This place takes a long time to sit here and wait to get the breathalyzer refilled. My battery died one time. I ask is it the breathalyzer ok because my battery died and it s acting weird. It still started and everything. Sat here waiting for 4 hours and got charge $50 even though it was still working and allowing me to start my vehicle. Felt like it wasn t anything I did wrong a got charge. Another thing that upset me that my payment isn t due for another 8 days but if you come here you have to pay your payment. So annoying. Also got charge $72 extra for missed appointment fee when I was here just was taking 4 hours to do.

This center was very helpful and did everything in such a timely manner compared to their competitor Intoxalock. I was not disappointed honestly glad I made the switch! The staff were very nice and genuine as well. Highly recommend.

Tyrone at the SmartStart in Hampton, Va was such a tremendous help. One of the most organized and informational people I could of hoped for. His customer service was outstanding, and answered all questions. The install was flawless and very quick. Hats off to him!! I m 100% glad I went with SmartStart.

Tyrone has been very helpful and cooperative during the months I've gotten serviced here.I definitely came to smart start with plenty of questions and he was able to answer all that he could within his scope of work. If he did not know an answer, he pointed me in the right direction.The first installation appointment will take time and it is important to come prepared with all documentation.Additional service appointments have been very straightforward and effortless as well. You don't have to leave your car and they're about 20 minutes or so.It is important to note that he is not affiliated with he corporate phone number and can be contacted with the information provided on his business card.

Mr Tucker is a Awesome instructor, he went over everything step by step showed me how to work the interlock and made sure I knew what I was doing before I left... He was fast with the service overall I'm glad I picked Smart Start...

I was pleasantly surprised and pleased with the service I received. Tyrone was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I feel informed and more comfortable about the next few months ahead. What should ve been a stressful situation and experience was turned into a most enjoyable one.

Tyrone answers every question asked thoroughly and quickly, and is very easy to get along with. Appointments are easy to make and quick to get done. Hands down the best customer service you could ever ask for.

Very professional service. Never makes you feel like a criminal or a bad person for having to have these services. Always accommodating to my crazy schedule. This service has been phenomenal from the beginning. The tech, Tyrone, has been nothing but professional and understanding. I appreciate the way I was treated and the need sometimes for him to be flexible with my schedule. I was late leaving work quite a few times. Very honest. Treated with dignity.

For five months now, Tyrone has been nothing short of professional. His workplace is clean. He s always available during business hours. And he has a knack for teaching: Interlocks can be confusing, but Tyrone goes out of his way to deliver crystal-clear instructions. It s been a five-star experience all the way.

After not driving for a few years getting back on the road seemed a bit rough thinking about the pricing of having to get a interlock system put in my car!! But with some research and some help with Google I found Smart Start And their Service technician Tyrone Tucker in Hampton he took me through step by step and made sure I was able to blow to keep my car started before I left thank you man you're the man Mr. Tyrone !! Thank you keep you the awesome work!!!

I was DREADING getting an interlock on my vehicle because of all the horror stories that I heard. Smart start is very user friendly, and the technician, Mr. Tucker is one of the nicest, most professional folks that I have met in many years. THANK YOU SO MUCH MR. TUCKER!

Tyrone is the absolute best ! He broke down the whole process of having an interlock . The Do s and dont s. He made this whole process a smooth one . If you have to get a interlock in your car smart start in Hampton is the place and Tyrone is your guy .

Although the whole ordeal with the ignition interlock is stressful as it is . Tyrone ALWAYS does his work efficiently and has STELLAR customer service . He makes my trips to Smart Start ALOT less stressful than it already is Very Good Guy !

Although I am not happy about having to use their services, I must say that they have been extremely nice and helpful throughout my whole process. They are always polite and accommodating with my hectic schedule. Definitely would recommend them if you need to have their services.

Tyrone at this shop is always very helpful and makes and is willing to answer questions. I would definitely recommend smart start in Hampton to anyone that has to deal with getting an interlock in their vehicle.

Since I have had the interlock unfortunately almost 2years. Smart Start in Hampton Va.(Tyrone) has helpful during this process. Any Questions that I have had he has answered them fully. If You have to go this I recommend Smart Start of Hampton Va.

This place is nice. The guy is always helpful and will explain everything that you need to know and what to do. When you come to your appointments, you're only there for 20-25mins and your done.
