Scratched up my 2021 5th wheel and a-lot of other stuff i had to clean and look over. They got the job done but quality control and not scratching your 71k 5th wheel not so much. I guess they don t care about your items. For 16k in repairs i was blow away.

Rv warehouse exceeded my expectations their customer service and quality repair is amazing! I have a 2016 Travel Lite slide in truck camper and I discovered some water damage this past spring. I discovered that the cabover had been leaking and rotted the entire bed. The camper was unusable. I had taken it to another repair shop and they discovered it was to much for them to repair after many months. Lane did a demo and reconstructed it better than the day that I bought it! THANK YOU LANE AND TEAM!

These guys are rock stars! I crunched my rv rear corner 2 weeks before a big planned trip. These guys worked with the insurance company and got me on the road in time! Highly recommended

Our family can not thank RV Warehouse more for their professionalism from first contact phone calls and estimates. This establishment works on business ethics and correct essential job repair. Taking your RV here and dropping your keys off with these skilled workers gives you confidence in that the job will be done right like no other place has done. Our RV is still under some forms of warranty and we will have to use another place for that and that is now our biggest fear. ALL and I do mean ALL other work will be done by RV Warehouse because they can be trusted to go beyond in helping us feel safe and secure while we camp. That is what each of us want to be Happy Campers. Thank you again RV Warehouse for your kindness. We will be back and so will all of our camping friends.

We left our van with Lane at RV Warehouse, along with a list of jobs for them to complete while we were away from the RV. All the work was carried out to a high standard and Lane communicated with us throughout to ensure that our expectations regarding quality and price were met.Very happy with the service and we will certainly put business this way again. So far so good, dropped rv off last week to have cargo door damage and rear end cracks repaired. Already received an update letting me know that I will have my coach back in a couple weeks in time for my trip. Already better than the last repair shop in Norfolk that didn't even touch my rv while it sat there over a month.

I used RV warehouse two times, the first time was very good and I had them do a lot of work and help sell a unit for which they made good money as they should have, they are in business to make money. On my second visit with a newly acquired Class A, I needed help with the refrigeration which they were unable to repair. I also asked them to check the roof mounted air conditioners which I felt like the front unit was low on Freon. I was advised that the unit was cooling ok and that you could not add to the sealed unit. Now that I am in Florida where the temps are higher, I can definitely diagnose that the unit should have been changed out as it continues to freeze up while the second unit in the rear of the coach is performing as it should with good cold air. I tried to contact Lane several time before I departed for Florida to get a few other thing taken care of, however, I never heard back from him or Raquel. To say the lease, I am disappointed as I misjudged their sincerity in actually helping their customer out.Services: Body & Trim, Air conditioning, Oil change

Can t find anyone to work on your RV/MH? Look no further! This is the place! This team works on everything but upholstery! Had a burst pipe on our travel trailer over the weekend. They got us in that Monday and fixed it in less than a day. Super quick turn around, incredibly nice people, and very affordable. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

We were traveling on 64 from Powhatan to Virginia Beach to Holiday Travel Park when a truck driver alerted us we had a problem. After pulling over we realized our back passenger side axle had broken on our Grand Design Momentum 351 M. We were about 4 miles to the closest exit so we limped the RV to the exit and parked in a Cracker Barrel Parking Lot. When we arrived at the Cracker Barrel both back tires were completely shot and the back tire on the passenger side had actually wrapped itself around the back leveling jack. We thought the camper was going to flip over. I googled closest RV Repair and thank the good lord that we found RV Warehouse. While they do not do road side work the owner told me that if we could get the RV to him that he would stay late and fix it. After hours of Good Sams trying to find someone Lane gave us a number to Tidewater Express Towing and they came out removed the tire from around the jack and got the axle straight so we could limp the RV another 10 miles to get to RV Warehouse. It was about an hour after they would have closed and they stayed true to their words and were waiting for us in the parking lot. Due to the extent of repairs, they had to replace leaf springs, hydraulic lines, and 2 new tires they told us it would not be ready until the next day. The service repair man stayed until dark or after on Wednesday to get as much done as he possibly could so that we could get our camper back as early as possible to be able to enjoy our long weekend. They went ABOVE and BEYOND sending pictures of the damage to our insurance company for us. We weren't sure what to expect with the bill since they were working later and the cost of materials and labor but they treated us fair and reasonable and we could not have asked for better customer service. I would highly recommend taking you RV there to have any repairs done. They may be a good little distance away but to find not only an exceptional quality of work (my brother in law inspected the work upon pick up and he said you would never tell anything happened on that side it was so nicely done down to cutting the installation perfect) and the customer service this company provides it would be well worth the trip. To ALL the employees and the owner of RV Warehouse we THANK YOU! I will be spreading your name to all of my camping friends and people that I meet along the way.

RV Warehouse owner Lane McKee was incredibly helpful and excellent to work with. I suffered through an insurance nightmare where the insurance company tried to short me the money I was duly owed. Lane was unbelievably helpful throughout the process. He had all the requisite paperwork and was very quick to communicate and provide exactly what was needed at every step along the way. If it wasn't for this truly great service then I may not have received the full payout for my totaled RV that I was promised by the Insurance company. Thank you Lane, and Thank you RV Warehouse.

RV Warehouse recently did some major repairs on our travel trailer. Lane was very fair and knowledgeable. The work was done in a timely manner and he always provided updates including pictures. I am so glad I found a 1 stop shop to handle all of my RV needs. I would recommend there services without hesitation.

We had some serious water damage from a storm to our 2017 Road Warrior. We called around to so many places looking for someone to take on the project, and finally RV Warehouse said they would! They even helped us find a tow company to get it there. RV Warehouse did a great job handling our insurance claim with State Farm, even after they found another area with water damage that we didn t even know about! Once we had it back (in the desired time frame of our campground opening) there were a couple things that had to be tended to but they went out of their way to get it done! I would most definitely recommend RV Warehouse! Their communication was top notch, and I was definitely the annoying RV owner anxious for opening of camping season! Job well done! I hope we don t need to use them again, but if we do that s where we will go! I will definitely be sharing their info to fellow campers!

Words cannot describe how happy my wife and I are with the final product that was produced by Lane and his staff. I was kept up to date with all facets of my RV repair, he did a superior job of interacting with my insurance company to get everything finished as quick as possible, and took the time to personally call us with updates and any questions. If you need ANY RV repairs no matter how minor or major, talk to this guy first. He was my one and only call I made when getting estimates and I couldn't be anymore pleased. THANK YOU!!!

Great experience, would highly recommend. As a service member deployed RV Warehouse took my trailer in repaired the slide floor and bunkhouse floor from water damage. Even with some miscommunication they went out of their way to produce a quality finished product in a short time line. Thanks again, I will be using them again for any future RV needs.

Since it was a challenge to find a good RV service shop we can trust in Hampton road, we used to drive our RV all the way to Fairfax to get it serviced at a place we knew.Now, we are very happy that we've found RV Warehouse in Hampton. The owner Lane & his staff are very caring professionals. Especially, Lane is an RV er himself and understands the issues from the RV owners point of view. He is also great communicator to inform us as the progress are being made with our RV service and that is very refreshing.We are also excited to learn that his store will offer to sell our RV on a Consignment bases because we are planing to switch to another unit in the near future.Further, we truly like the fact that we are dealing with owner directly who got things done for us professionally, very fair price and on time to truly satisfy his customers.Daniel & Monica Kim,Happy RV Campers

I had my AC replaced on my 24 ft Class C. They did a great job and quick too. I also saw some of the fiberglass repair work they have completed for another customer. It looks factory new. I am so happy to find a RV repair company like this in Hampton Roads. I will be back. Give them a try.

I selected RV Warehouse because of the rating and because I was able to get an appointment much faster then the other RV repair shops in the area. I had two nagging problems, one my low beam headghts quit working and when I would pull out the headlights the bulb was fine and when I put it back together it work for a short time. The dealer's solution was to change the wiring but the manufacturer did not have the light wiring only a whole wiring harness at a cost over $600 plus a huge labor cost to replace the wiring. My dealer I bought the RV from suggested I order the parts and just cut off the headlight part and replace that. RV Warehouse found the headlight wiring for $32 and installed it by splicing it in to my wiring. The second problem I had was with my front propane furnace. The air flow was slow but my dealer told me nothing was wrong and that was normal. After talking it over we decide to replace the fan motor and that improved the air flow. I will definitely use this company for any new work.

I needed work done on my RV's refrigerator, all the other RV service centers were booked and wouldn't even look at my unit for a month. I called RV Warehouse and they told me to bring it on. They said they are busy too, but I was a small job and they could work on me while waiting for parts for bigger jobs. Lane kept me informed every step of the way, and had me done and back on the road before anyone else would have even looked at it. I try to do as much of my own work as I can, but if it's out of my hands, I'll be putting it in the guys at RV Warehouse!

Man I can't begin to tell you how impressed I am with Rv warehouse. Lane and his staff promised a finish date and with no hiccups the job was done and on time. I had a major slide problem with my class a coach, after one week the job was done and it works better than it did when I purchased the coach. I cant recommend them enough. My 2016 Holiday Rambler was involved in an accident recently. We took it to RV Warehouse and they repaired it to "better than new." It was a pleasure working with Lane. Will definitely use them for all my future repairs and service.

Got me in there in 2 days and out in about 10 days. Crazy fast work compared to the other "major" store up the street that was going to take a month just to get me in!

They were supposed to take one week to look over our RV after which they would call and let us know what's wrong. Subsequently they would take one week to fix whatever they found. Our RV sat there for two and a half weeks in the same exact spot, roof further damaged by Hurricane Isaias. Of course they claimed no liability because it was an act of nature. Right before we came to pick up our RV That was never touched, they lied and said that we need it a carburetor for our generator When our generator doesn't even have a carburetor. They said our roof would be $15000 to redo, not the case at all. They told us all of our hoses were dry rotted , but they are not. They also said they had no clue what the batteries under the RV steps were for. They never touched my Rv whatsoever. If they had looked up anything about it they would have figured out what the batteries were for, DUH! Liars

I explained what I needed done, and ask how long it would take, they said I would be told how before they did the repair, they did the repair with out telling me the cost, the oil cap was damage them and they refused to replaced it.I told the day before , the next day when I pick up My RV the amount increased, I had to pay it in order to take my RV home.I was told never to come back, and told to leave.Service: Oil change

Great service. I'm new to RV ing. They would only fix what was wrong. Thought I might need oil change. They said oil was good no need to change. Wow! Honesty is so hard to come by.
