Went to the Hampton location needing a front end alignment and there were no available slots and asked if someone canceled could I get there spot. I left my number and they ended up having a cancelation and I was able to get in and out of the shop in less then 45 minutes. Dre and Bobby where the ones that helped me and I am very thankful that they took care of my truck.

So thankful for RNR. Auto tech had no idea how long of a day it's been. Had a flat.. ordered was the wrong part to get my tire off. I couldn't take my son to school. We spent the day walking up and down Warwick Blvd going to different auto stores looking for the correct part.Finally thought to try fix a flat and got to a tire shop only to be referred AGAIN But this time to RNR.He was able to assist effectively in a timely manner and get me out of there in time for my class. Ask for Randall! Thanks again.

RNR went far and beyond to help me with my situation with my 24inch tires on my car. I went to alot of place, but RNR staff really was helpful and very knowledgeable. I will be returning and highly recommend you give them a try.Mike

I was at the carwash and asked an RNR customer what was the product they used on their tires to make them look so shiny. They were so convince on the product's ability that they reached in the trunk and gave me a partial bottle of the tire cleaner (since they had another bottle) to use that day. Fast forward to present, I have become a lifetime customer and so should you especially with the excellent customer service. Hampton RNR you are the best.

I cannot say enough about RNR Tire! Everytime I've been in there they offer the very best customer service! Duke repaired my daughter's tire today, and helped us to chose new replacement tires. He was expedient, courteous and informative They are always friendly and accommodating! We will be bringing our other daughter's car there for services! Highly recommended the team at RNR

Came here to get 5 new tires for my jeep. Experience was great. Service was amazing and fairly quick. Didn t rush to just make a sell on set of tires. Overall great place to go

Randall Thomas and Dre took care of me. We had a problem but it was fixed and fixed fast. I have been using RNR for years and I never have an issue. Definitely recommend them !!!

I had a great experience at RNR Tire Express! The staff were overly-accommodating, scheduling me on short notice on two occasions made it convenient for me and my work schedule. The technician offered recommendations about my vehicle that wasn t based on up-selling like I have dealt with at other shops, rather he had vehicle safety in mind. The manager and service advisor were both polite, conversationally pleasant, and nearly all of them offered some sort of compliments about my vehicle and expressed a sincere excitement to see my new tires installed. It is rare for me to find people so passionate about their jobs these days, and these guys seem to truly enjoy custom wheel and tire projects. I m glad I went to RNR Tire Express in Hampton.

Doing a restore project on a 92 Jeep and needed a lift and some sharp rims and tires, not having a lot of experience with that I talked with Canon who proceeded to give me every bit of info You could imagine! He is sharp and has some awesome experience and connections in the truck world! Needless to say I ended up with an awesome looking setup and without the headache I thought I would run into like every other aspect of this restore. If your on the fence about what to do for tires or lifts, please call Canon he can set you up and at a great price too! Thanks Canon, you did a great job!

Love lots of the rims. They offer payment plans on tires and rims at reasonable prices. Good service, but they do get busy so sometimes there is a wait and hey Burger King is right across the street. So if you want tires or rims or an alignment check these guys out.

I had a great experience with RNR. I came in and talked to Nate about getting tires for my truck. I supplied the rims, and Nate worked with me on getting tires, installation, and alignment. After all was said and done I was very impressed with the outcome. My truck rides like a brand new car and looks great. One of the rims I supplied was defective so I came back and talked to Nate about getting it switched out with my new one. He swapped everything out within an hour. As I was preparing to pay, I asked him how much I owed him. He said "dont worry about it". I wasnt expecting that, and that made my day. Keep up that great work RNR, you have my future business.

I needed 2 "not so common" tires for my 2017 BMW 7-series ASAP! RNR was able to get the tires and install them on the same day! Customer service was awesome and the whole crew was very professional. Thanks RNR

Affordable! Somehow...i cut open the tire on a 2016 ATS and needed it fixed ASAP but did not want to go to Cadillac...They asked me what i needed when I called, let me know where to look on my car and stayed in the phone with me while we found it which made everything go faster! I came to my appt on- time they did the work finished when they said they would! Kinda decent affordable respectful

There was a nail in one of my tires, I was looking for somewhere near the hair salon I d just taken my mother to. So I Googled and RNR popped up, so I headed there. In hopes of getting my tire repaired and returning to pick my Mom up timely. This worked out perfectly, I was pleasantly assisted immediately by the young man, I didn t get his name, at the counter. Then Levan returned my vehicle very promptly, with no charge. Thanks so much for your outstanding service.

From beginning to end this was by far the easiest process! This is not our first purchase and I promise BUFFALOW makes it easier every time. All the staff were very friendly and courteous making sure I was assisted right from the door. At every stage BUFFALOW communicated to make sure it was 100% satisfaction. The technicians made sure everything was balanced and aligned and in good driving order. If you are in the market for new wheels and tires.....stop by RNR Tire Express in Hampton and holla at BUFFALOW:)

I want to share my great experience with RNR tire spoke with Buffalow on the phone about mounting and balancing of new rims and tires that I had purchased they told me to come even though they were busy not only did they finish the job very quickly but also did some extra touches I was very pleased with also the professionalism of the staff was top notch I will definitely be a return customer!!

Mannn I wanna give a BIG SHOUTOUT to Buffalo and the RNR staff on Mercury blvd in Hampton !! They really been working together to help me in the process of finding my new WHEELS . I love them and I highly recommend RNR staff in your search of wheels. Once again thanks to the RNR staff.

I have been dealing with a balancing issue causing vibrations on my 2020 Tacoma ever since getting new wheels and tires. after 3 months of other mechanics giving me non satisfactory maintenance and wasting money I decided to give RnR a try. needless to say my experience was very satisfactory, they fixed my issue in less than an hour and for an unbeatable price.just from talking to them upon arrival they had discussed 4 possible reasons for my issue and looked at every possibility ultimately resolving the issue and restoring my truck to its non-vibrating self!

Went there for a tire rotate and balance and I must say my wheels and tires have never been this well balanced. My truck rides so smooth now. Definitely go see them. They go above and beyond.

Customer service at this tire shop is the best. I brought in a tire to be patched based on the reviews. Buffalow advised that the tire could not be repaired and needed to be replaced. He did not have one in stock and gave me the option to have him order the new tire or go to an alternate place. I needed the tire today so I returned to take the wheel to another provider. Buffalow was very helpful. I definitely recommend that you get your tires serviced here. All the service people were a pleasure to talk to.

They do good work here. The checking in process is a bit overwhelming. Some free snacks would be nice. A shuttle service to a local bar might be a nice touch.

As a woman my knowledge of tires and rims is very limited. But by chance I stopped in to R&R and their knowledge and experience made me feel more than comfortable while they helped me make my decision. I would definitely go here again and recommend this tire shop to all my friends. Ask for Randall Thomas that's who I dealt with and he was amazing the whole process was easy and quick
