I stopped by To purchase one Lug-nut and pay to have it put on. Just missing one !Super friendly customer service is what I was met with at the door. The gentleman immediately went to the back room, came out with tools in hand and replaced the lug nut and I was out the door and under 10 minutes & it was completely free ! even torque down to the proper specs. Employee said- hey simple fix & had it laying around in the back, no need to charge you! just remember us next time you need something and then informed me of free flat repair if I ever got a nail.Great customer service. Will definitely share my experience with friends and family.

I needed a new set of tires. I called and a gentleman named Ron answered the phone. Although I could tell they were busy, he was friendly, polite and professional. He helped me and never once did he make me feel rushed and made me feel like a valued customer. I've also spoken to several other employees in the store and every last one of them is on point with their service. They are proud and supportive of the military and help their customers to the fullest extent possible. If you need rims or tires, come to RimTyme.

My 1st and 2nd visit was good they took care of me with my Q45 and Acura but on my 3rd try with my current vehicle my experience with their product has been nothing but hell My 1st issue is they took my factory rim locks like why Bruh?? Smh ...Anyways I feel like they just took my money and threw the 22s on my car not caring what happens second day of having my 22s my LR Tire was flat the next morning I called and told them about it and omw to get it replaced the tire exploded but they took care of me got a brand new tire so I was cool... The second week of having them the FR Tire started going flat got it looked on my expense (it had 2 small cracks on it) because I hate having to drive all the way to Hampton I m not trying to bash the company in any way but the truth is the truth I believe they sold me some old trash tires that probably been sitting there for years idk who cares I usually get the lexani brand but this time I got some off brand tires I never heard of that just keep failing on me ...so now my current issue is my on way to work today my RR exploded I know some might say a user error but in this case it wasn t I ve had plenty of 22s on my previous vehicles so I know how to maneuver on bad roads and my alignment is A1 and I also feel they charged too much for used rims that have curb rash and that have been welded I m done dealing with these rims and the company

Working w/ Mrs. Laura "LK" was definitely an experience. She made everything smooth and I love the Rims and Tires they put on for me. I recommend this location to anyone in the Hampton area. Customer service was great as well.. Thank you

Great price, great service, great staff. They put Fuel Sledge wheels, TPMS, existing tires and balanced them on my truck in a timely manner. I. recommend them to anyone looking for a great store to fancy up you vehicle.

Staff was extremely nice every time I talked with them. When I went to return the rims, I was told they were unable to reprogram the tpms and was told to go to Hectors. I went to 2 places when finally I was told my sensors were gone. I went back to Rimtyme after paying diagnostic fees elsewhere and the woman told me I did not ask for the sensors returned or she would have had it done, but she remembered me asking and her sending me to Hectors for a hook up. Rimtyme charged me $80 to reinstall my sensors, which they still had in the returned rims. It took a couple hours and the reinstall for $80 was basically them strapping the tpms sensors to the rim instead of doing the actual labor. Quick $80 and I would be none the wiser. It's not right to try and get over on people and most people might never notice...

I went to rimtyme today to get new tires and tires put on my car and they helped me right away. I wanna thank Lauren and Bryan who put the wheels on and did an amazing job. They were helpful and also worked fast to get the it done at a good price. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I visited Rimtyme in Hampton to inquire about purchasing tires for my car. My experience was absolutely amazing. Tasha who is at the front desk was exceptionally helpful in every way possible. I also had a conversation with Lauren who is the General Manager. Both ladies helped me with getting the correct tires I needed. The service was great and everything was handled in a very timely manner. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to purchase tires or rims at a reasonable rate.

Called to see if I could get some tires already in my possession put on my rim. I went in around 5:45pm same day to get the tires put on. I let the receptionist know that I had called earlier and she responded with I didn t tell you to come this late. Then proceeded to tell me to come back tomorrow. Turned down a $200+ job for the last 15 minutes of the work day. I understand it s the end of the day but it s still business hours and I was willing to pay.

Awesome place and I have to say LK has been great with customer service and all the way around. She helped us out and we appreciate her. The gentleman at the front desk name Marvin has been great. The guys who pit on the tires did an excellent job. Rim Tyme is an excellent place if you need tires check them out.

Horrible customer service. Had better luck dealing with myself on their website. The person I talked to on the phone sounded very excited and made me feel like they couldn't wait for me to come in. When I got there anyone could care less. I never give a one star review but I believe they earned this one. After I had to take car of myself to find the "sticker" that was non existing, just to figure out I drove all that way to look at one rim. No one helped me or asked if I had any questions until I went to the register to ask questions. Don't get me started about the lack of care in their voice.

Lauren the sales manager was so helpful in getting me the products I needed for me and my wife s car. She was articulated her words well and ensured me and my wife that we would be well satisfied with our outcome shopping with them. As Lauren ensured me and my wife are well satisfied and are in shock because the prices were unbelievable affordable, they are definitely competitors and my family are very thankful. I will be recommending this company in the days to come!

Best Prices around. Ask for Nick. He's super knowledgeable and actually cares what your ride looks like. I've had plenty of rims and tires in my day from being in the military and stationed all over the country. RimTyme has by far been the the best from prices, customer service, to install time. I never felt rushed or put into something I didn't want like others. You won't be disappointed!!!!!!

Rim Tyme service is the best, awesome people working there. I worked with Ms. Laura which was definitely a pleasure. She ensured everything went smoothly throughout the whole process. I love the Vossen rims that she helped me purchase for my 2022 Corvette convertible. I recommend this location to anyone in the Hampton roads area.Thank you

I actually was amazed with the service here. I had a slow leak and they took care of it for me with no problem. I didn't have much to spend so I was able to rent my tires for real cheap. If you need some tires go here you will not be disappointed. They have excellent services.

I enjoyed the atmosphere, as well as the welcoming personalities of the employees. Specifically Ron, I appreciated the eagerness to help but not force a sale.You're offered a complimentary coffee or water before being shown the waiting area. Also updated throughout the process of what you're having.I had an issue occur some months later and was able to call and ask what could be done and brought it back in to be fixed. Most shops won't do that, and these simple things is what would make me return again.

Awesome experience!! Staff is amazing and the manager George was so helpful. He made sure I was very well take care of and my car was on point. Let's not forget the music Playlist was everything!! You will not be disappointed. If you're not one for waiting an hr there is entertainment in the break room. At home service impeccable!! Rims and tires are affordable so get your rims at RimTyme and go see George. He will take care of you!!

I purchased a brand new set of rims & ties today form this location and I must say the service was superb! Lauren provided excellent customer service and the process was quick and simple. Everyone was very polite & courteous. Thanks for everything!! I am in love with my new at of wheels!!!! I highly recommend this place, they are awesome!!!!!!!

Customer service with Rafael was a fun experience. Quality work & the wait time was about 45 min. Will definitely be back for another set for my other car. If you don't have the funds right then & there they do payment plans. Can't beat it for the quality & service u receive.

I came in because I needed a new tire after hitting a log which completely destroyed one of my tires and rim! They were extremely understanding and helpful! They even loaned me a tire so I could get my car from the tow yard. Very professional! I got a good rate on my tires and rims! I really appreciate the professionalism and friendliness!

My experience with this place has been a disaster. The staff and management have been negligent with handling the replacement tires needed to ensure safe driving of my vehicle. I'm currently under warranty, and continue to make payments. I requested new tires two months ago, staff gave me the run around. A couple of weeks ago a staff member left voicemail that tires were in the shop . However a week later tires suddenly sent back, I would have took my business elsewhere if I had not invested as much money as of now. Will not recommend anyone doing business at this hang out of a shop, very dissatisfied customer.

Rimtyme did an amazing job everyone was so nice and treated us amazing. The sales manager Lauren went above and beyond to help. She even shared her French fries with my daughter and taught her how to work They treated us like family and I couldn't be happier with who I trusted to get my wheels right. You guys rock! keep up the great work! We will be back again

Rim Tyme in Hampton is the BEST RIM & TIRE PLACE IN THE 757!!!! What an awesome team they have working there, they are very professional, speedy service & I was overwhelmed with the NEW LOOK the rims gave my car!!! A special thanks to the Sales Manager Kevin Reese for choosing those rims for my car... it looks AMAZING, RIDES FANTASTIC & I couldn't have asked for a better outcome!!! Thanks once again to Kevin and his fantastic team!!!!
