my friend took his truck here for ac diagnosis and repair. He had an appointment which was delayed by one day. They kept truck for 3 days. During these 3 days was never advised of progress or what was going on with my ac. told them my compressor wasn't coming on. The final news was the ecm was grounding out which wouldn't initiate compressor. was charged $318 for this service and ac still doesn't work. approached this business about a return of some of my money and this wasn't granted. don't feel he was treated with respect as a customer and this should have been handled differently. karma will come back to them. writing this review to warn possible new customers of this injustice happening to you. was treated unfairly and will not be returning here for future service.Service: Air conditioning

I recently have gotten all four brakes and rotors replaced on my GMC Acadia there only to find that I still had existing issues which I realized was bad wheel bearings on both front wheels. This tells me that they did not test drive my vehicle to check their work otherwise they would have discovered the issue. I decided to take my vehicle to another shop the same day to get the wheel bearings replaced and the mechanic at that location discovered that all my lug nuts on each tire were not tightened and could have caused greater damage and put me and my family at a high risk of an accident. I was highly disappointed since I have spent thousands of dollars and years of loyalty to that shop.

Pro Alignment personnel were polite and very knowledgeable of their trade. The waiting room was nicer than my living room, with fresh coffee and plenty of reading material. I recommend pro alignment *****.

This place is on point and you cannot be their prices for the service that you get. I have taken my vehicle there several times. Went in for an oil change and state inspection, was informed I had three nails in one of my back tires but all four of my tires need replacing. I proceeded with just getting the one damaged tire replaced. After picking up my vehicle my low tire pressure light now was appearing on my dashboard. I proceeded to get air for my tires and the only tire losing air was the new one they put on. This occurred for two days and I was forced to take it back where I expressed once again the issue. The clerks were great but the mechanic acted as if he had an attitude and tried to be argumentative about the issue. I requested to have my spare put on and a refund issue due to the poor work and unprofessionalism. I ve had work done here before and the original owner Harold was great but the mechanic is very rude and inconsiderate. It s hard finding good mechanics and it doesn t make it easier when you have ones that give you the run around. If I m spending my money at a business I expect to receive the quality work which I m paying for period.Services: Tires, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

Spoke with Becky and she was very friendly. They were honest and Fair. Glad I was referred to them. Looking forward to bringing all of my vehicles to this location. The mechanic was on point and alerted me to other potential issues before they happened.

Communication and workmanship were excellent. I have a 10-year old SUV that gets a lot of wear. I contacted Wall's for alignment issues and to run a diagnostic test on the check engine light, after I had noticed some issues with low power and fuel smell. They responded promptly to my initial call to setup an appointment, and got back to me very quickly with a quote for the work. I was able to get just about all of the work done the same day, the only exception being a more complicated job that I decided to wait on. I really appreciated the friendly, helpful staff. Parts and labor prices were reasonable for the work done. Would definitely recommend this mechanic!

Beware of this business. They will try to rip you off if you let them. I twoed my vehicle in to be fixed because of a blown head gasketd . I was also tolded that. my engine needed to be replaced and that it would cost $9 ,000 to put an engine with the same amount of mileage that I on my car.I was also told that I had a wireing problem.My car was checked three days prior with no such wireing problem.I was also tolded that I had a hose leakage the bottom hose going to my radiater. I asked to speak with the mechanic that did the diagnosis.They refused to let me ask him about theproblem.I told her that the hose was just put on, and that it was having a leakage problem, and the company that put it on want me to take it to a shop , and have it diagnosed and if it is leaking they will pay for the diagnose and any other problem that the leakage might have caused. This shop failded to do that they want to say that my car has four hosees ,and it only has three the radiater hose the one that I had put on the car is leaking.The women who work there don't tell the truth. I am glad that I am done with this shop.She told me of the hose leakage and which hose is leaking.I will be taking my car elsewhere to be fixed ,and it want cost me $9,000 to be fixed.This is the way that they treat disable veterans and there customers. Beware of this place. I had my car twoed from this shop.Thank God!

I took my car for inspection and a break job on3/31/21. I was charged a total of $1789.00. 805 in labor and 889.00 for parts. I was grossly over charged. When I googled the pricing I was charged 180% more for parts and labor. I also reviewed my form for the inspection and it clearly states that I paid 1400.00 for all the repairs needed to complete my inspection. I was told all items needed to be completed before inspection. I never mind paying for repairs however being grossly overcharged should be a crime. I will never never use them again. On average it should have been 400.00 for all break work. I was charged 212.08 for parts on the front and 202.08 and back. 257.60 for front rotors 172.85 for rear rotor 86.42 for rear pads front break pads 94.00 oil 91.68. Oil filter 28.91 then I needed a rear upper engine tort 148.48 to pass inspection. Oil change 15.95. They just padded charges. The part that needs to be reviewed is my windshield won t spray this should have been an inspection issue. Forget the safety and rob the customer.Services: Brakes, Oil change

I've had a hard time finding a trustworthy mechanic that has fair prices. I'm so grateful that I found pro alignment and walls auto repair! I have taken my car there twice now and both times they got my car into the shop and fixed the same day I called. They took great care of me and my car both times and the prices were very reasonable. It feels nice to know I now have a mechanic that I can go to whenever I need them and I'll be properly taken care of.

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE. I don t know how these people have such good reviews (they must be fake accounts) the receptionist I dealt with tonight was one of the worst customer service I ve ever received. She s extremely rude and unpleasant to deal with. I needed some work done on my car, spoke to Harold (the owner) and he gave me a price for labor and parts ($600) he seemed super nice over the phone, but he is not a man of his word. When I showed up to pick the car up just two days later (super fast, which I thought was awesome) the receptionist told me my balance was nearly $800 I informed her that Harold had just spoke to me two days prior and gave me the $600 price, so she called him and he refused to honor the price he gave me initially. Had I known the price was going to change I would have picked a different shop. I will be sure to advise all friends and family to avoid this place at all cost.

Wall's is awesome. Harold and his team always take care of me and my family. Repairs are timely and reasonably priced. The mechanics and staff are all great at listening to my concerns and following through with requests. I will continue using this shop for my repairs.

Update: since writing my original review I've had nothing but horrible experiences at this shop. Harold had seemed to be the only real good part of the shop and since then has fallen short. I've been overcharged for work that was quoted to me (after the work had already been completed); when I called the shop Harold said he would figure out what happened and get back to me and then stopped returning my phone calls. They did a water pump job on my car and didn't reseal the valve cover gasket appropriately so now it's leaking oil and needs to be pulled back apart. They left an absurd amount of oil on my 400$ white steering wheel TWICE, and honestly I won't ever take my car back. Please avoid this shop.If you're looking for an alignment (or any service for that matter) DEFINITELY come to this shop! I work on my own car and have an entire family/group of friends back home that work on cars so I am always very hesitant to take my car to a shop (especially being female) because lots of shops will falsify things and try to charge you more than they need to if you don't know what you're talking about. I needed an alignment after getting 4 new tires this winter and have gone to/called over 10 different shops (none of which would align my car because its lowered). When I called and talked to Harold he assured me they would be able to do it. I came by the next day and sure enough they put my car up on their rack and aligned it perfectly!!!! They also let me know that my back wheel bearing was going bad and would need to be replaced soon and gave me a very reasonable quote on it. The ENTIRE staff talked to me very respectfully and recognized that I had decent knowledge about cars and was very friendly. I would absolutely send anyone here to get ANYTHING worked on! This is hands down the best service I've ever received at any automotive shop!!!! I will definitely return!

Nice place. Took my SUV in to replace the fuel level sensor and they did just that. No extra stuff at all and they did push anything that was not needed. People are nice and very informative. When I got my SUV back I thought the sensor wasn t working. They took it back with no questions and looked at their work to make sure everything was working properly. Thank you to everyone at Walls for the work. If you are looking to get your vehicle serviced test this place out. It worked for me.

Be warned!!!... Over priced. 247.00 for alignment a rotation!!!They didn't bother to tell me that the tie rod ends are worn out. Now we have to fix that and get another alignment. I feel we were taken advantage of and essentially ripped off. An alignment is no good when the front end parts are worn out. a phone call from a qualified tech would have been nice prior to doing the alignment. They are either incompetant or on the shady side, I havn't decided which one.

Took our daughter's car in for a rough idle. Harold told me it needed a throttle body cleaning. Paid $364 for it and it still ran just as rough. No refund or part thereof. Google'd the problem, bought a mass airflow sensor for $73 and installed it myself. Ran like new.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

Away from home my daughter had some serious car trouble. Walls was recommended and they took care of the car and my daughter-giving her a ride back to her home. Harold was awesome--owe them much more than I paid, which was also a very fair and reasonable price!

I have had them replace my struts and tires on my 10 year old Mazda Miata. Very pleased with the work which of course included alignment.

So had them do two jobs on my Jeep. The first being that I needed my A/C fixed because it was the middle of august and I wasn't having that. The second being I had a mysterious coolant leak and about every week I had to add coolant. They fixed the first, however the latter was where there is some question to their credibility. They said they needed to replace a radiator. Charged me 800 for it as well. Found out it was a head gasket gone bad. I feel as if they should've known that seeing that they have the word "Pro" in their name.Services: General repairs & maintenance, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning

My new place! Came in for inspection. Very little wait, staff was friendly and down to earth. Quick, fair assessment small issue fixed on the spot. Good coffee, nice wait area. All techs seem legit and professional. Mil discount, added bonus!

Take you car here! My truck broke down on the way back from vacation and the first shop I took it too said it was almost hopeless and couldn't do anything. So I called shop after shop and Walls was the only place who said they could get it in that day and see if they could fix it. Not only did they get it in immediately, but due to some very skillful drilling, they were able to fix the sparkplug hole that was destroyed, saving me thousandsService: Engine repair

I came to this establishment because the clutch on my 1990 BMW was not responding. The mechanic and owner looked my car over and told me that I needed a new hydraulics tank. They charged me $300 for a new tank which I paid and thanked them for the service. 7 months later my clutch is again not responding. So I take a look at my car manual, which I should have done the first time, and learned that the hydraulics tank they said they replaced was nonexistent. The clutch slave cylinder holds both the brake fluid and clutch fluid in my model and all I needed was brake fluid. They even held my car for a few days to make it seem like they had put in real hours. They basically conned me out of $300. Lesson learned.

Incredibly helpful and friendly workers. Engine Overheated, had my vehicle towed here winging that they would do walk-ins (they did) and they showed up 30 minutes prior to their posted schedule and were all incredibly helpful in making sure both me and my vehicle were taken care of.Would completely recommend and revisit if I was a local.

Don't go anywhere else for tires! Pro Alignment offers VERY competitive prices for tires and labor with a great selection. Unfortunately, in order to save money on insurance they've had to stop installing customer-provided parts. Hard to really fault them for it, but parts at auto shops always have a huge markup. Nonetheless, I'd recommend Pro Alignment for any routine maintenance your car may need.

BEWARE! Do not do business with this super expensive shop. They are con artists. Failed me for state inspection then I went to another shop 2 minutes away and my vehicle passed state inspection. They tried to rip me off for $2012.00! They also put the wrong oil in my vehicle!
