I bought my Type R at this location. My salesman Austin and the sales manager Brian were awesome. This is a specialty vehicle and I had very specific instructions on how I wanted to take delivery. They did everything I asked and I couldn t be happier. I would highly recommend this dealer, one of the best car buying experiences I ve had.

Exceptional service!!! Austin was proactive, and pressure free. He listened to what i wanted, and was so patient. I truly felt it was the best experience I could have ever had. He was extremely knowledgeable in providing comparative data between make and model options, that I would have never known, which allowed me to eventually make a fantastic choice. John the manager & the entire team provide the highest quality of service. I highly recommend checking them out.

Great day. Today Tyler and the staff helped me get a new car, Honda CRV. They gave an excellent trade-in price. The finance people did an awesome job with helping me choose the best financial plan..of course I chose the pay longer with lower rate. Chose the CRV because it had great highway miles to go visit the grandkids.. it was hard deciding between the gas and hybrid. They had so many colors to choose from on the hybrids.. ultimately I was old fashion and chose the gas one. So happy I came here.. now I am riding in comfort. The heated seats will be awesome in the winter.. Kyle in parts helped me get all weather mats for the car..front,back, cargo area and even the back of the seats in the cargo area.. now the inside of the car is protected from mud, sand..etc. I can just take them out and hose them down.. thanks priority honda also for priorities for lifetime oil change, inspections, towing and engine

Steve Hernandez made my first car buying experience a great one! It was extremely easy and stress free. The process was quick and he was always around to help and answer any questions I had. He made sure I was getting the best deal possible and went out of his way to ensure I was comfortable throughout the process. The whole staff was respectable, friendly and enjoyable to purchase a vehicle from. I cannot recommend Priority Honda Hampton enough!

I made an appointment 2 weeks ago to have my vehicle serviced today and when I showed up for my appointment I was told they will no longer honor the priorty for life service because I didn't purchase my vehicle from that dealership when you serviced it twice before. I work hard and took the day off to have my oil changed today. So moving forward when I am in the market for a new vehicle for my daughter in a few months I will not purchase from a priority dealership as I was planning to.

I absolutely despise going to a car dealership however the service I received from Kemonii was amazing. He was patient and was not pushy when it came to me selecting my new Honda Accord. I loved how he walked me through the process and how I not once felt pressured to hastily make a decision. Other dealerships should take a page out of this location's book when it comes to training. Thanks Priority for such a seamless process!

Before even getting to the door, I was greeted kindly and efficiently. The things we spoke about over the phone were the same in person, all important info and proceeding was done well. Besides a small wait time, which isn t in the control of staff, my time spent at the dealership was great. I felt no pressure from the staff, and had lots of assistance offered to me with each process of purchasing my new car. I love the car, and I am glad I chose this location.

Tyler is amazing. Although it took longer than I expected (actually I was just supposed to be window shopping!) it was near perfect. They got all my trade-in and insurance, financing and title work done onsite. Made it so easy. LOVE the car! Omar took extra time to show me how everything works! Lots of bells and whistles!

John Figueroa, the finance managers and his entire team were phenomenal to work with. He took his time to get to know myself, my family and our sensitive situation as we were going into a chapter 7 bankruptcy with a record of repossessions on our records. He walked us through every step with honesty and integrity and helped us get into vehicles that we love. I would recommend him a million times over. He s not a sales rep. He s family now

I called the service center to schedule my van for a software update. I was met with an extremely rude lady on the phone.The conversation went a little something like;I explained what I need done and she asked for my phone number on my account.I said oh I don t have one.She said WELL you HAVE to have an account to schedule an appointment.I said oh okayThen she s silent for a few seconds.Asks for my information because she guesses she can make me an account (although it seems to VERY much inconvenient her).I start giving her my information. Then she asks for my vehicles VIN number. Which I read at an appropriate speed, giving about 2-3 numbers at a time. She proceeds to just say there are no recalls for your vehicle . I said oh it s actually a software update not a recall.YEAH THERES NOTHING BUT MAYBE YOU GAVE ME THE WRONG VIN NUMBER BECAUSE YOU WERE READING IT SO FAST (Okay, if I had read the VIN that fast then immediately after reading it, she should have asked me to repeat it to verify).I told her I can give it to her again to verify and she says WELL I TRIED TO BUT YOU KEPT TALKING (Weird because I was not talking and you were but ok I continue..)She reads the VIN and then the jets start flying so I can t hear super well but I do notice at least one letter was a number.I said I m sorry, the jets are flying and we live right next to them so I can t hear you super well but I did notice one thing is off.She says YEAH I COULDNT HEAR YOU THE FIRST TIME YOU READ THE VIN BECAUSE OF THE JETS (they weren t flying the first time I read the VIN )I tell her which thing is wrong and she looks againTells me that she still does not see a recall. I remind her again that it s not a recall, rather a software update. She says YEAH I KNOW THERE IS NOTHING HERE THAT NEEDS TO BE DONE TO YOUR SPECIFIC VIN. But she will check the Honda website tells me that we can pay $100 there to get another diagnostic test since she s not seeing anything that needs to be done to our vehicle.I tell her I will have to call back because I m just going to get the diagnostic paperwork from my vehicle that I already had done.Overall one of the worst interactions I ve ever had over the phone for customer service all just to schedule an appointment.This was absolutely unnecessary, and this woman needs some new training or maybe just a new job. If you don t like helping people, then find somewhere else to work.

Over the past 20 years I have dealt with quite a few dealers. I can say without reservation that my experience at Priority Honda was probably the best yet. We came in to drive an Accord Hybrid and left with a CR-V Hybrid Touring. Our salesman (Chris M.) was fantastic. Very knowledgeable, down to earth, and most importantly not pushy. We truly felt that he helped us find what was right for us. Again, excellent job Chris. Even after the purchase, the dealer support has been excellent. Overall I say well done to the staff at Priority Honda. Very happy customer.

On 3/30, I came here to PHH after having had a terrible experience with a different dealership earlier in the morning (not a Priority location). I had already been in contact with Tyler Bryant, the day prior, expressing interest in several models, and the following morning, let him know I was coming to PHH and hoping for a better experience than I'd had elsewhere.At Priority Honda Hampton, Tyler made sure I felt just that- a prioritized, valued client. Not only was Tyler incredibly attentive and well informed, he also went out of his way to make sure we had a good rapport by being up front and completely transparent when answering any and all questions I had along the way!When anyone I know is looking to buy a car whether used or new, I have always recommended Priority dealerships, because with their "Priority for Life" benefits, they've always been my first choice, but after my experience with Tyler Bryant today, I would not only recommend my friends and family use Priority, but specifically insist they go to Priority Honda Hampton and ask for Tyler!Thank you so very much, Tyler, for making my experience with you today well worth my time! I attempted to come here at 5:20 to get some air in my tires that would have taken no more than 10 minutes, the unhelpful receptionist stated that the technicians leave at 5 but the cashiers stay till 6. Therefore the auto shop closes at 5 and not 6 right !?! Update your hours and customer service!

Let me start off by saying this was my FIRST experience purchasing a car. It couldn t have been ANY better or EASIER anywhere else. I had the pleasure of working with Steve Hernandez. AMAZING. Amazing might even be an UNDERSTATEMENT. Super knowledgeable of everything from the car facts to insurance, and he went out his way to ensure I was set with the best deal (unlike most places where they pressure you into picking anything). He walked me through everything and ensured me that I WOULD leave with something and he would do whatever he could to help me find what I was looking for. I didn t expect to leave the dealership in almost tears !!! He did exactly what he promised and left no questions unanswered !! I recommend this place to ANYONE , if you re looking to purchase a car . DO NOT WALK , RUN to steve . Let me also add that JOHNNY RATCLIFFE was the best! He s the Finance Manager , super friendly , down to earth and quick. He went through all the required paperwork with me , and also helped me pick the right coverage for my vehicle! He was also knowledgeable, able to answer any questions for me as well as providing a laugh here or there making the experience feel even more like I was working with family (if that makes sense lol). All in all PRIORITY HONDA.. WE LOVE YOU GUYS!

Just bought my 8th Honda vehicle and 1st from Priority. Priority Honda is the best Honda dealership I ve visited in 30 years. Sam Salter is the man to see for purchase. He s friendly, intelligent, and sincere. He ll treat you right. Thus dealership is straight forward and will get you back on the road in your new wheels fast. No all day haggling. I highly recommend Priority Honda for any vehicle purchase.

I absolutely love Priority Honda of Hampton! I had Courtney as my sales person there and she was just awesome, great personality, honest and made it very easy to buy a car there. The patients she has is off the chart with me, she is down to earth and will not push you to buy anything. Best sales person ever.Customer service is fantastic to. Courtney and the rest of the people are incredible. It was so easy to buy from them, Courtney made it happen with ease.Matter of fact:Priority Honda in Hampton VA are wonderful, that we ended up buying two Vehicles from them, thank you Courtney for all the outstanding service you gave us.What a fantastic place to buy a car. This was the 2nd Honda dealer I went to. The other dealer didn't seem very interested in negotiating, but Priority was very accommodating and I felt they were fair in the process. I met Scott when I arrived and really enjoyed talking with him about Accord options and the deals that Priority Honda offered. He surprised me with a deal I couldn't refuse and I left the dealership with a new car. I was also pleased that the finance office gave me warranty and protection options, but was not pushy about any of them.

Priorities for life is not worth the media that it is printed on. I purchased two vehicles from this dealership in 2013, and until a few years ago, and again recently I would have had a different opinion on priorities for life. Three years ago, the Honda Odyssey that I purchased started running erratically, loss of power, rough idle etcetera. I bring the van into the service department and they diagnose an issue with the piston rings. The service advisor at that time told me there was an issue with the Odyssey engine where the piston rings shift over the life of the engine, it is a known issue, and Honda would normally help with the cost of this repair. Engine guaranteed for life, well kind of maybe? Let it be known that over my life I have owned 5 vehicles with over 100,000 miles some over 200,000 miles and have NEVER had an issue with piston rings shifting. End of that issue was resolved for just over $300 out of my pocket with the statements that they have never seen the issue repeat.Fast forward to earlier this week. Same symptoms develop, and the check engine light comes on. I take it into the service department, and am charged a $99 diagnostic fee, with the service advisor saying that the piston ring issue that I had encountered previously has never happened a second time and that it is most likely a sensor in the emissions system that will need to be replaced. That was not the case. It is the piston rings again. 3 years and 36,000 miles later. enter the "repairs guaranteed for life" ... not at all.Not only are they claiming that it is not covered since piston rings fall in the category of "seals and gaskets" they are asking for $1200 this time to fix the issue. (Yes Honda has graciously reduced the price from $4000 for the repair, but I had this repair done by Honda in a Honda repair shop previously).This has definitely changed my mind on the value of Priority Auto Group advertising slogans that include any "for life" statement. They have repeatedly proven themselves not to honor that premise.*EDITED TO ADD* In fact, they are outright dishonest when dealing with customers (See below).Looking into the issue online, I came across a class action law suit for 6 cylinder engines 2008-2013 in certain models that settled in Federal court. Honda admitted no wrongdoing, they did agree to fully compensate vehicle owners who had to pay out-of-pocket for model years listed in the article (of which my Odyssey is a part). When I had the repair done the first time, the service department did not mention the lawsuit. Nor did they mention the ability to disable the Variable Cylinder Management system that in some cases prevents this issue. I guess they are looking to gouge more money out of hard working citizens in order to make an extra buck. It worked, I am now paying for the same repair twice, this time even more money out of my pocket.To make things even worse, 2014 and later model years are also having this issue, and Honda is still not fixing these issues for them either (anecdotal statements from personnel responding to the article).I will be ditching this money pit at my earliest opportunity, and I will not spend one more dollar at any priority auto group dealership.**EDITED After discussion with the General Manager.Long and short of it. GM was unwilling (he says unable) to do anything other that what had already been done. When I responded, that is fine, the review stands as is, he accused me of trying to hold a bad review over him unless he adjusted the repair bill, AND he replied with "I will remove the dealership contribution from the repair" which would equate to more money out of my pocket. I felt that statement alone warranted an update to this post. Glad I had already paid and taken possession of my vehicle. Good Bye Priority, you have proven once again, that I was not one.
