We are out of town and had some problems with our Chevy tracker. They had a tow service right out to pick us up. Dropped the car right into the work bay an immediately started working on it. Great service and friendly folks. Will make sure it is done right. Thanks and God bless y'all.

Had a fantastic experience here. Their service prices are fair and competitive with other local shops when price matching. In my experience here my service was excellent and timely. Also got the chance to speak the father and son who run the shop, awesome guys. I got a good genuine feel from them, so that made the experience here a lot better. I came to this shop for the good prices and ended up find a diamond in the rough.

My fianc�e and I were traveling to VA beach for the weekend when my car began making a terrible sounding noise on the highway. I promptly pulled off the road and luckily found Joe from Phoebus Automotive. After explaining the issue he offered to drive in the car with me for a mile or two to assess the issue and then immediately serviced the vehicle, accurately diagnosing the issue and promptly resolving it for a fair price. I can t thank Joe and Phoebus Automotive enough for saving our beach weekend! Thank you Joe!!! If it wasn t 4 hours away I d go here for all of my automotive needs!

Phoebus auto care is beyond wonderful. On a family girl's vacation our brakes started acting up. Joe not only helped us with the car issues including interacting with the car dealership, but allowed us to hang out in his garage for hours while we waited for our Uber. He was fair and honest. I cannot re ommend him and his business enough.

Don't take your vehicle to this it's a rip off my brother wasted $8,000 try to get his vehicle fixed it's still wasnt fixed correctly the first time it's aftermarket parts on the vehicle that didn't work correctly

When it comes to integrity and honesty, Mr. Joe is at the top of the list. Mr. Joe not only knows how to service automobiles, he also genuinely cars for his customers and their safety. Mr. Joe worked with me to get my daughter's Jeep Wrangler repaired. He spent more time than he should have working with my warranty company to process the claim (a very time consuming process). He was patient and worked through it to get the job completed with the utmost quality. I will definitely be going back to him with any car issues, and would recommend him to anyone.

I have been a customer for over a year now and it is refreshing to have a mechanic that will talk to you honestly, get your repairs done with the highest quality and at a very competitive price. I have had many bad experiences in the past, but Joe has really earned my trust. When it comes to auto care TRUST is at the top of my list. Unfortunately for me I am moving to Florida and it will not be easy to find someone again that offers the quality of service Joe offers.Services: Auto maintenance, Oil change

Coming in from canada my car overheated . Bring to one mechanic and got the car repair but still not working. Was introduce to Joe and he was the best thing happen to my entire trip. Joe took care of the car and even call the other shop to make sure they refund me the money for the wrongfully repairs. This is a super qualify and honest shop. Thank you Joe

We took both our Honda s in the shop and joe was amazing and really helped us figure what s best for both cars. We have a road trip we are taking and he really made us feel more confident and safer by explaining what needs to be done and how to make it safer for us on this upcoming trip. I was traveling through the Hampton area Friday late afternoon when my car decided to blow something and begin making an extremely loud noise. I googled nearby automotive shops and Phoebus Auto was right around the corner. right as i pulled into their parking lot it completely locked up. Joe was able to diagnose the problem, order the parts and have it fixed within an hour and have me back on my way. Reminder that it was on a late afternoon on a friday. Rare and unbelievably good service. This shop saved my day and weekend and i am so appreciative. Also the lady that works the front desk is also super awesome. Thanks Phoebus Auto!!!

By far, the best place to take your vehicle to be serviced in this area. The manager Tri, along with his mechanics can fix just about everything. I've recommended them to multiple people and they have had an awesome experience as well. Best prices in town and work is done in a timely manner. 100% recommend

We were taking my friend to the airport this morning to catch a flight with her children and got a nail in her tire, and the tire went flat. With only 2 hours to spare before her flight in Norfolk we stopped by this shop and had never been there before. They were short staffed, and very busy, but they dropped everything and fixed my friends tire so that she wouldn't miss her flight! We will definitely be coming back to get all our cars serviced here because people who take the time to drop everything and care for others in this manner are very rare and we are super grateful! Thank you so much!!

Brought my car in because something wasn't right, they diagnosed everything, gave a fair estimate and fixed it. Cars running great now. They're very friendly and seem to really care about their customers.

Was from out of town they fit me in even tough they were busy gave me a ride to were I was staying till my car was done and got my car back on the road also went over everything so I felt comfortable driving the ten hours home with out worrying very reasonable priced did not try to have me fix a bunch of things just what needed fixed to get me home me and my family are so greatful
