Josh understood my needs and wants and put me into an affordable car fit perfectly for my family. I purchased an 2008 SUV but the inside was in pristine condition, not including the way they detailed the vehicle before I bought it. Very impressed !

Josh made my car purchase easy and smooth! He really care about the customers. Soon as you walk in his place of business the presentation is very professional! There are so many nice cars to choose from ,good and reliable! I Love my New Vehicle!

Went to purchase a car 12/19/23 and by 1/3/24 the car will not run. I was given 2 key fobs as this car is a push start. He tried to convince me the car wasn't starting because 1 of the key fobs was missing. Well I later found the missing key fob and still can't drive the car because it won't start. I work from home and literally had only driven the car twice between 12/19/23 and 1/3/24. This whole ordeal has cost me my hard earned money gone down the drain for a car I can't drive. I'm so hurt because I waited so long just to get a car and this happens. I'm so disappointed and extremely unhappy with this experience.

Hey, I just purchased a car from peninsula auto gallery January 20 of 2024. I ll let him know about some things about the car and the first thing he said it didn t happen when I was driving it everything I said this gentleman wanted to just debatedebate debate debate, not good Customerservice.I called to let him know about something else then he got into a debate with me again about the car then he says we got your tags but we couldn t get in touch with me. He has my phone number so my tags been there and if I didn t call today how was gonna get my tags. this is the experience that I went through at Peninsula Auto Gallery. I just like to know what we can do to fix the solution instead of getting in a debate all the time and work it out. So this is what I m talking about. The owner gonna tell me that I really love the car. so the owner can speak for me and talk for me really you know sometimes when you leave the car lot the car act up and different things act up when you keep the car so please don t talk for me are speak for me and it s not even really about the car anymore. It s about the customer service that I m getting from the owner again debate and debate and debate in debating and then he gonna tell me it always gotta be. Our people are kind of people what do that mean?

Personally Josh and the other workers made me feel like family I wanted a car and he did everything he could to make sure I got it. All of the staff is amazing and welcoming being a first time car buyer I m most definitely satisfied

I was helping my daughter find a vehicle. After doing a lot of research, we found the vehicle within our budget- but it was about 3 hours away. We decided to ride to Hampton and check it out. We were not disappointed! The vehicle was just as described on Car Gurus, and 2 years newer than many of the other vehicles we had checked out in that price range. The people we dealt with were super polite and professional, they went above and beyond what most dealers would do to make this transaction as easy as possible for us. What a pleasure to do business with such kind and professional people! I would certainly encourage you to check out this place if you need a vehicle!

After 7 weeks of searching for the right car within my budget, and an extremely bad experience at another dealership, I found Peninsula Auto Gallery. I decided to pop in on a Sunday when closed to check the inventory. I was very happy to see all the cars on his lot were in pristine condition inside and out. I contact Josh the next day who worked with my work schedule to test drive a car. Carfax in hand, a great test drive and the feeling of a trustworthy Owner/seller the deal was done. Thanks Josh, for the great and stress free experience. Love my car!

I purchased my daughter s car for her 18th Birthday from Peninsula Auto Gallery. Josh and his team was very helpful through the whole process. He made sure the car of choice was very affordable and reliable. Upon picking up the car they gave me a full detail service and included a bow for her big surprise. It was great doing business with Peninsula Auto Gallery and would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a Car, Tires or get a Detail.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this dealership if you are like me and are tired of spending your hard earned money on cars that don t last long and or cost you hundreds to thousands to keep fixing. Josh and his team provided my mother and I with excellent customer service, they really make you feel as though you are part of their family. Josh is very patient and very professional when it comes to helping you choose a nice, reliable and affordable vehicle, he is HANDS DOWN....AMAZINGLY THE BEST!!! Searching for a car during this pandemic was a bit of a challenge, until I got to Peninsula Auto Gallery where Josh took excellent care of me. I arrived after closing and Josh went out of his way to meet me back at the dealership, let me test drive, and facilitated the most effortless car purchase I ve ever experienced. I got an amazing deal and I felt catered to, all while supporting a thriving Black Business. I can t imagine car shopping anywhere else! Thank you

Whatever you do don't go here to purchase a car. The price of a used car here is ridiculous. I found the same exact car with a better interior and less owners from a different used car lot. And don't get set up with their contract make sure you read the very fine fine print. Make sure you check the Blue book value versus what they're trying to sell it to you for and if the price is too high for the car you need to ask why. If they tell you it's because of the selling the car you have to put taxes on a car and make sure you do your homework before going here. Have all your duck in the roll. And for the ladies who know about cars don't be afraid to speak up. I found that a female that knows about mechanics before purchasing a car they won't try to get over. I'm a female and I've been working on cars for over 26 years. I love the slick talking that they do but you can't get me..

I have nothing but praise for Josh and Ambrossa and wonderful experience they provided me during my purchase of a '93 Benz 300SE from Peninsula Auto Gallery. I live in California, so this was an out-of-state purchase conducted entirely by phone and mail -- a first for me. Both Josh and Ambrossa were supremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about the car and what steps needed to happen for the car to change ownership to me. They worked hard to facilitate the transaction, including sending the bill of sale and title transfer by UPS, answering every text or voicemail promptly, giving me detailed information and records about service history, being patient with me as I searched for a car shipper to make the cross-country delivery, etc. The car was exactly as described in the ad and arrived with all promised paperwork and a fresh interior detail. This was simply top-level service from start to finish.It can sometimes seem like it's getting harder and harder to find genuinely great service anymore, but at Peninsula, especially with Josh and Ambrossa, you will find it. I absolutely would buy another car from them.

My husband and I were in the area from out-of-state for a day with the goal of driving home a van. We searched CarGurus and found a Sienna at this dealer. Fantastic customer service from beginning to end. They not only worked with us on price but on maintenance of the vehicle. It was the only van we ended up needing to test drive, we were that thrilled with our experience. Would absolutely recommend and may even consider making the eight hour drive again just to buy a vehicle here.

It was a great experience getting my oil changed today. Thank you for the speedy and informative service. Most of all, thank you for making my son comfortable. Both mechanics were nice and professional. We also had a great time laughing. This is a comfortable environment, which is also a plus. Thank you, this location was awesome.

I bought a beautiful sedan from this business. The way Josh operates is impecable. He cares about the customer and is willing to help. I would do business with them in the future and I recommend you do business with them if you are considering purchasing a pre-owned vehicle. If I could rate them more than 5 stars I would. If your looking for a dealer who is highly professional, transparent and provide exceptional service with their customers then you need to visit Peninsula Auto Gallery! Additionally, their vehicle service department is top notch too! They perform the best service and detailing for each vehicle in their inventory ensuring you drive off with the most reliable and affordable vehicle. I just purchased a 2005 Chevy Corvette with 44k miles, clean CARFAX for $18K...$3K below market value! That should tell you how they go above and beyond to sell affordable vehicles. Peninsula Auto Gallery really stands behind their inventory, post sale. When a major problem arose shortly after my purchase, Josh really came through and made sure that everything was right, and that I was satified with my purchase. He always took my calls, and was committed to fixing the problem in a way that I would be satisfied. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Josh, and Ambrosia was also a pleasure to work with as well. Thank you Peninsula for a great van!! Cheers!!

Josh (owner), was very helpful and accommodating, honest. Our own mechanic was very happy with quality of the car we were looking at...recommended we purchase it, as the prices were very reasonable. I would buy from Peninsula Auto Gallery again.

I bought a car back in June from this dealership and paid over $8,000 in cash, not even 2 months later it broke down and I needed a new transmission. When I notified the dealership I was told it was due to the car being driven in sports mode.My car was in an accident that was not disclosed of and I never was shown a carfax. The owner said he always shows his customers a car fax however I did not work directly with him but with his colleagues who would occasionally call him back and forth for dealing with the purchase of the car and neither one of them handed me a carfax in my hand/paper work or mentioned one. I wasn t going to share a review of my poor experience and eventually let the incident go however I thought I should share.

Joshua and Cory were super helpful and understanding in my needs. I have been looking for a car over couple of months now and finally after going through dozens of low quality and dishonest dealerships. I have somehow miraculously discovered about Peninsula Auto Gallery. Unable to respond to response left by business... my last name is different on my Google. I m pretty sure I m the only only Rocio who has called you all within the last month though. I spoke each time with the owner and have his number, my calls will be on his phone. It was most definitely Peninsula Auto Gallery, not another company. Nice try though.Left multiple messages, called back so many times after being told someone would call me back. No one ever answers the phone number on the website anyway so you have to do it this way. Still haven t heard a thing. Very unprofessional. I was referred to them as very nice, helpful and easy to work with. That was a while fairy tale. Don t waste your time. Would rate a 0 if possible.

When I saw the vehicle I wanted. Ask Joshua for car fax and he show it to me . Test drove the vehicle and was very happy with it. Joshua is very honest about the cars he sells. I got a good deal and I would highly recommend his business.
