I called to this location and spoke with a gentleman named Alfred, and he went above and beyond to answer All of my questions. Upon ending this call I was Highly Satisfied with his service. I called and had questions about a battery that I had purchased and he was Very Helpful. I really Appreciated Alfred for his Awesome Customer service . I would definitely recommend this location...

Had my daughter jump my car. Took it to O'Reilly. Chris was awesome. Very personable and helpful. He replace my battery and double check to make sure the issue wasn't alternator or starter issues. Awesome customer service. Was in and out in no time..

Do not, i repeat, do not. Take car advice from Tim. He has repeatedly sold me the wrong products at higher than necessary prices and doesnt seem to know what he's talking about.

This is a very nicely and we'll stocked auto parts store. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They have great business hours, and a military discount. I was able to find parts here that I could not find other places.

Quan and Chris did AMAZING tonight. I had a rough day when everything was against me and they hooked me up with a battery and helped install it. Super cold outside but regardless they did everything right providing the most excellent customer service I have ever experienced and not only an auto store but maybe anywhere. Keeping the mood light on a rough day and ensuring I got back on the road safely. I appreciate you guys.

Great crew. Majority of them are willing to chat a bit and help you figure out what you need. It takes a few moments sometimes because some vehicles have sooooo many different options on them and that can mean a big difference on the parts and supplies you may need. Enjoy popping in to pick up stuff with this group.

Great service and great selection, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Chris was very helpful in helping me with finding the right parts. Definitely going to be going back whenever I need parts for my vehicle

Phenomenal service - helped me replace a burnt out marker light and my windshield wiper blades. A younger Hispanic gentleman was the manager, and he was courteous and respectful. I would definitely shop here again.

Knowledgeable, professional staff works at this location and everything i needed was available in stock as well as online. Stopped in for a few bottles of transmission fluid and the staff on hand hell me to compare brands as well as the pros and cons of each item purchased. Highly recommended

They were the only store that had the part for Mt car so I give them credit for that BUT I got back home and a gasket was missing out of the box!

Had to have both an engine check code read and a battery test done. They were very helpful. Didn't feel like I'd inconvenienced them at all. They got right on it. In addition, I needed some wiper blades and miscellaneous other items that they found for me very quickly. Close by and genuinely helpful. I don't need to go anywhere else.

Excellent customer service and very knowledgable about what to install! I was extremely impressed. I had to replace a broken windshield wiper and was clueless on what type to buy or even installing it. The nice gentleman was very kind enough to go over and chose the right one for me, and took the time to install it on my car...

The clerk was very helpful! Checked my battery and alternator for me. Found out they were fine. Light was popping on. The lights stopped coming on afterwards. Must have been loose cable to battery. Thanks!

Had some battery issues I have to say that guy Kenny went way above and beyond the Call of Duty to help me out. And will recommend anyone speak to him 4 advice he is absolutely 110% customer service driven. Thanks a lot I would definitely be shopping at O'Reilly's on Mercury Boulevard in the future

I never had such a more friendly more pleasant experience at an auto parts store, the clerk was very knowledgeable and convenient, he never seemed to be in a rush and even help us with find the store address and time of closing, this was probably my best experience yet going to an auto parts store to say I visits them pretty regularly...O'Reilly rocks

I called and spoke to a gentleman named Curtis who informed me they had the part that I needed. I get there in 5 minutes and they don t have the part because he gave me the information for the wrong part! Didn t apologize or anything and was super rude on the phone will never spend money here !

I accompany my sister in law to O'Reilly's last week to get her battery inspected.After determining the battery was no good we were going to purchase a new one from O'Reilly,until John told the other guy to not install the battery because it was snowing. Not know my sister in law was standing at the counter.She heard the whole conversation and was taken back from the actions of your store representatives.She said he through the battery was for me. So he was determine not to go outside. O'Reilly was my automotive store of choice,until this incident.I went 1/2 mile down Mercury Blvd to AutoZone and was treated like a King in the same snow.OReilly until you get them two clowns out of your store,you'll continue to loose business, maybe they will keep you in business if it's not snowing something to think about.

I received excellent costomer service at this locaion from a worker named Alex. He went above and beyond to provide me the information I needed and also print out material based on my problem. You guys need more employees like you him!

Little better than the other AutoZone in advance but they're a little pricey
