I must say, coming here made my Sunday morning. Very kind, sociable, and all their workers were in good spirits.I loved how the manager/boss communicated with his staff, did check-ins just to see how they were doing mentally and physically before shift. That means a lot to people when management show concern about their employees.Thank you for helping me today!!

Excellent customer service. I was more than satisfied with the service I received. My problem with my tires were well explained and the price to fix the problem was worked out and they fixed the problem at a great price. I was told a wait time when the work should be done and it was on point. They even went the extra mile to clean my headlights. If you are needing tires, alignment, or just not knowing what your problem is this is the place. I drove away 100% satisfied.

Excellent service. Steve is great!! Very helpful and professional. All I needed was a battery replaced and they took it same day and got it right in. Very reasonable prices. Only took a couple hours and done right!! Highly recommend for tires, batteries, and minor services.

Called into store to place deposit on 4 tires, dropped vehicle off at 2 PM next day picked up at 5 PM that same day.fast, efficient ,and good pricing. Clean location, friendly staff.

This location has been my goto place for tires for almost 30 years. I recently got a tire rotation/balancing and a wheel alignment on my Mazda 5. I had gone in early afternoon to setup an appointment for later in the week but they were able to fit me in almost immediately. They also checked the battery which I knew I would probably be replacing in a few months but they could accommodate replacing that at the time also. So I got everything done in less than 2 hours time without an appointment. I feel I received good service and competitive pricing on what I had done. I will keep using them for many of my car maintenence needs.

We use this location a lot for our vehicles and we always have great things to say about them. All staff members are friendly and helpful and they do great work. I'm always treated with respect and they work to keep the price as low as they can. I trust them with my cars.

Superb customer service. I brought my car in to have them look at my tires. The staff was curteous and knowledgeable. The service performed was of excellent quality. They got me in and out within an hour and offered a very generous price for the repairs. I highly recommend this location for tire repair!

I came in to get my tires changed out for 4 brand new tires. I also got an alignment, new brakes, and an oil change. The service was amazing and the staff was very professional. I highly recommend!!!!

I have been coming here for many years years for tire service and have always been met with helpful and friendly staff. They have been very accommodating to try to fix whatever is wrong with my car in a timely fashion and with what I feel is honest service. I seem to be a nail in my tire magnet and they have saved me many times. This is a very convenient location for me for both my work and home so it's perfect. I can't recommend them enough.

Steve and Ayden are freaking awesome!! Recommend this place to anyone they wouldn t let my car leave until the alignment on my car was done the right way. Very professional highly highly highly recommend. They are very knowledgeable as well

Steve was amazing. I needed a battery 20 minutes before closing and he took me right on in with no hesitation and got me right on out. Customer service was a 10. I would highly recommend this place.

Update: came again 2 months later and super helpful! Also gave me a heads up on my tiresSo quick and easy! I was expecting For it to take forever for them to fix my tire because it normally does when I go to a dealer ship. Plus the staff is super friendly

I WAS TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF. I just spent over $400 for an oil change and battery replacement. I was already shocked at the $111 for the oil change but then was notified that I needed a battery change after the service was completed. I had already waiting 2 hrs even though I made an 8am appt. When the manager asked me for feedback I stated it could have been faster and I wish they would have let me know about the battery before they finished my oil change so I could make a choice. He blamed the call center for my appt which did not make sense, and then he offered to replace my battery in 20 minutes. I made the mistake of not asking for the price, and as a result I am now out of $308 additional dollars. I was in total shock when they gave the price AFTER the service was done bc I have never in my entire life ever had to pay $300 for a new battery and labor. This is a rip off and I really feel taken advantage off. And to put the icing on the cake, the manager stated he would charge me $19.99 for the battery labor instead of $74, but my receipt shows he charged me $40 instead! So he literally lied to my face. This is hands down one of the worst experiences I ve ever had. I can t state enough how foolish I feel for trusting them to be ethical. I would never recommend NTB to anyone and I would never step foot in that place again.

I took my 2015 Ford Mustang Ecoboost in for service before an upcoming road trip. They provided fantastic service and attention to detail, looking over my car, and that took care of all the necessary repairs and maintenance in quick turnaround! My car drives like new, and I'm confident there will be no issues while I'm on my long road trip! Thanks everyone at NTB!

Went there to have a tire plugged bc of a nail. First, my husband went in to make sure they would have time to help us, the guy said yes just to park my car. I pulled into a handicap parking space (I have a handicap placard) and my husband joked to the man that I have a hard time avoiding nails, the man said she has a hard time not parking in handicap spots too. My husband promptly put him in his place. Then they told us there was a screw and it was in the sidewall of the tire so we had to buy a new one. We said that was fine, we're getting prices for their tires and he said oh since your car is AWD you need to get all four new tires or it will mess up your transmission. My husband told him no just the one tire. Anyway, when he emailed me the detailed receipt he said my husband also refused struts that he told us we needed and said he gave us a price and he NEVER even mentioned struts. I've used them for new tires before, never a problem, but yesterday was a definite for me never going back there.

I have taken my cars and trucks here to this location of NTB for years for repairs and tires. Location is convenient, and the people who work there are really great. Special shout out Steve who always goes the extra mile for his customers.

Had a bolt in my tire from the highway heading to the VA hospital in Hampton. Found NTB on google maps and went there. They showed me what happened and it was obvious I needed to replace the tire. I thought it would take several hours but they finished in a couple hours. Faster than I expected. Great service and a courteous helpful staff.

We weren't starting out Wednesday morning planning on buying new tires for a vehicle that was a little over a year old. But things happen. My wife hit a pothole and blew the tire off the rim on her SUV. Aside from USAA's abysmal roadside service, and insane prices at other tire shops, we luckily stumbled upon NTB Hampton. They were able to find a replacement tire at a very reasonable price. We had her vehicle towed to NTB Hampton, and had a setback when we found out that we needed to replace all 4 tires and not just the one. Also the tire that we were quoted was impossible to get all 4. Thankfully, NTB came through again and found a comparable tire (priced a little higher), but locally in stock. They were able to secure the tires and priced them at the lower price of the original tire, saving us over ~$100! They also recommend an alignment, which we were glad they did and now my wife is back on the road with new tires and an alignment! We recommend NTB Hampton if you're looking for vehicle service.

I was recommended giving NTB a try after a friend had a great experience. My impression of NTB is that it is above and beyond a tire and battery shop.Steve and the staff at NTB, Hampton were nothing less than fantastic. I witnessed true leadership in Steve as he warmly welcomed the staff as they arrived to work, as he worked hard alongside them, and as he treated each of them with real respect.I witnessed a customer looking to cause trouble, but never caused the staff to lose their cool. When asked by another customer to explain their paperwork they went line by line assuring that the customer knew what the form was saying.I bought tires online from them. I also got an alignment done from them. I came back a few days later for another issue and Steve got me squared away.All of the other staff I spoke with were both professional and kind. I will be getting tires for our other vehicle from this very location. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience. If you have special circumstances for your vehicle call rather than booking online, they are happy to be of help.

NTB of Hampton is an amazing company. Every bit of the experience was wonderful, from getting a quote, to scheduling, and execution. They are honest! Their markup of the parts was nominal, where I could get the parts wholesale for only a few dollars less then what they charged. Their service labor was on point, and not overly inflated like the dealership. NTB saved me over $1000 off the quote the dealership gave me. The work was meticulously done, and my car drives alot better now. I highly recommend NTB of Hampton.

Steve provided great service and kept me updated on my cars progress. After the repairs my car drove like it was new again! And he knocked off $ from my final bill...awesome service!
