Man if I could give Clyde 10 stars I would. He went above and beyond for me today. The part that I need was for a foreign car and they didn t have it in store, I mNot going to say what or how he did it but just know his expertise and knowledge of how to get the work done is appreciated and well respected. God bless you Clyde. Napa sure knows how

I don't know if It's this location or the person behind the counter. But I was told that they don't carry any windshield items such as gaskets and such???? I though NAPA was the last resort expensive place to go to cause they had or could order anything. Guesssssss not!

I ordered a part last week (Thursday/Wednesday) and the gentleman I spoke to said that the part would be here on Friday/Saturday. I waited and no part nor phone call to be updated on my parts. I called back Monday and asked if it s in but they said that the order had been delay and it would be for Tuesday morning. I check back Tuesday morning and they told me that the Order was deleted . Very unprofessional and they didn t even call to update me. From a business standpoint I don t understand why they couldn t just called me and update me. Wasted my time waiting. I will never use napa and non of my business will ever again.

So awesome! Lovely gentleman put oil in my car for me. He just came out of the store when he saw me doing it...then he cleaned the covers for my headlights because they were so cloudy. Now they're crystal clear! How kind!!!! Give these guys your business!!!!

Excellent service here, always. If they can't find it on the computer, not only do they have the books but they jump right into them to help you. I would have had a nightmare of a time without them getting parts for my 1973 Dodge D600.

Outstanding service first time in there won't be my last had exactly what I needed couldn't find it nowhere else and the guy behind the counter helped me out tremendously keep up the great work you got a new customer

Now granted, I only spoke with one guy there, he was rude enough to warrant one freaking star. I don't know who it is, he's a short round bearded guy, but it was almost a problem when he decided that the first thing he was gonna do was be rude to me. I'm sure there's great folks in here, but this guy needs some lessons in customer service. I would be more than happy to speak to a manager about this, I'll even come to the store. Thanks.

Best place in town be for tires shine not sure on foreign part but they got everything you need for any car. They had my oil for my Mercedes benz. Price cant beet

THE CASHIER NAMED CRYSTAL WAS HORRIBLE. Reasons why:1) Prior to driving to the location I called to receive a price for an air conditioning compressor. On the phone I was quoted a price and Crystal stated the part came with a warranty. Upon driving to the store, while AT THE COUNTER WITH THE PART ready to pay for it, Crystal tells me, "It's only under warranty if you buy these 3 additional parts".2) I was never told the air conditioning compressor I was purchasing was a refurbished part. Well, I literally could have gone to any other parts store to get the new A/C compressor for the same price as over priced NAPA.3) While this next gripe is partially my fault, the handling of the situation was piss poor. There were 2 similar part numbers for my a/c compressor and of course I was advised incorrectly (by the service Manager at the auto repair shop) that either part would work so I ordered the less expensive one. Long story short it was the wrong part and i had to return it. Once again CRYSTAL tells me, "the new part will be AT NAPA THE NEXT MORNING BY 8:30". I arrive the nextmorning at 8:45 and was told by Kim, (she was polite and competent) the part was never ordered. UGHHH.I COULD go on and on but the main point is go SOMEWHERE else NOT NAPA.

Came in because the wiper blade on my truck broke while it was raining and needed something quick. I had to wait for the only employee in sight to get off of a personal call. When I asked if he would mind putting them on he looked at me and said only if you park closer. I was 5 spots down from the door. He did end up changing it without me moving but he had an attitude the whole time.

They have everything you need plus stuff for older vehicles. Customer service is wonderful take time help out with whatever project you are trying to do

I picked up a battery I ordered online. Clyde was the man. They were closing but he still helped me out and I was having issues with my bracket and he helped with that. A+++++

Staff at this location leave a lot to be desired. I'm the customer folks. You're not doing me a favor by taking my money. I'll shop elsewhere.

Says they have parts in stock and boom i get there and they dont have it even tho their computers say they do. And the emplyee and rude about it. Apparently they dont do any inventories of the store.
