You know this is the first car dealership that was honest. Also ironically affordable, even for mercedes-benz brand. I'll say it again, this place was more affordable than me taking my F150 to hall ford, or my toyota to priority ! The reason why, is their team talks to the customer and actually fixes the problem the first time around. They even allowed me to negotiate part of the work. For example part of the job needed spark plugs, instead of them doing it and saying "surprise we added it to the bill" they asked me if I wanted to do that myself, which I did.

Took my car here to get a diagnostic done. After the service department having my car for close to a week, I was told by a mechanic what maybe wrong. They wanted to fix a part, retest it , and possibly have to fix another part. I then started inquiring about trading the car in. A man from sales called and told me they can appraise my car while it s there in service. About an hour later the appraisal was complete and I received a call stating my check engine light came on during the appraisal. MY CAR WAS NOT DROPPED OFF WITH A CHECK ENGINE LIGHT, nor has a check engine light been on since I have had the car. The service manager was extremely rude and not accommodating. This is unfortunate because I will never bring my car back here, I will drive however many miles to the next Mercedes dealership!!!!

This was our first time having our car serviced since purchasing it from a previous owner who bought and serviced the car at Tysinger. Brenda Ortiz was our service advisor and took great care of us. She was able to pull up the service record to inform us of all of the previous services rendered. That was very helpful as we didn't have those records. She also noted that we needed an inspection next month and was able to get it done today to save us an extra trip. We were very satisfied with her dedicated service and consideration. We will happily return when service is needed.

Brenda Ortiz is my service advisor. This was my first experience with her and she exceeded all my expectations. She is extremely friendly and fun to deal with. She wrote up my service order exactly as I requested and asked me to confirm all the details before putting me into my loaner car. She emailed and texted me when the servicing was completed, including a copy of the invoice and an easy online payment link. When I picked up our car, she went over the service invoice in detail and walked me to the car to inspect all the completed items outside the engine compartment. Best of all, she answered her phone instead letting my call go to voicemail. It is so important to me to be able connect with my advisor so that I know what to expect when I return to the dealership. WELL DONE BRENDA!!!!

Service is horrible, they don't take accountability. They charge for diagnostics which do not always identify the root cause of the problem. They hit you with an unexpected cost and don't complete the service agreed upon from the diagnostic check and tell afterwards it may be something else. You would think this is why you paid for a diagnosis first. Horrible service.

Worse experience!!!! And it s the only one around me(next one is 35miles away) so I have no choice but to come back here again SADLY. I called to make an appointment for my vehicle, asked all the questions I was concerned about including time frame and if I was going to pay anything outside my maintenance contract. I was satisfied and made the appointment, only to drive 25mins, get there and get told that it s going to take 3days ..So why was I told it was going to take 3-4hrs, and even booked me a ride to dropped me home and picked me up wen my car is ready . I WISH THERE WAS SOMEWHERE CLOSER..

First time using Service Advisor, Brenda. She was very accommodating. First time having Kenny as the courtesy driver - very engaging albeit professional and concerned for our safety. As usual, had Lloyd as my mechanic and he was thorough and competent. Very good experience, so far the quality of customer service Tysinger remains excellent.Service: General repairs & maintenance

This dealership went above and beyond the call of duty for assisting me with my repairs. Another Mercedes dealership didn t repair my vehicle correctly and I took it to this location. They ran a diagnostic test and guided me on how to get the car repaired correctly without having to pay the out of pocket expenses twice. Mercedes (the sales advisor) was awesome! She was kind and provided feedback as well as patience during this process! I will continue to take my Mercedes to them to handle my maintenance and repairs.

I continue to be extremely pleased with the service from this dealership. My Service Advisor, Brenda Ortiz, is dedicated to making the experience a positive one. It is the personal attention that counts: the thorough check of the vehicle before completing the service write-up, the ride home due to the length of time required for the service, the offer of a ride back to the dealership when service was completed, the cleanliness of the vehicle when returned, and, overall, getting everything right the first time. As at least one other reviewer remarked, this is what Mercedes-Benz owners expect.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Auto interior vacuuming, Oil change

Come in for service on the Second of August. They don't have the parts so they have to be ordered. Come back on eighth and they tell me it will be 1-3 days. Day 7 the parts are packaged wrong so I'll have to wait another day. 8 days for windshield wipers. Boo hiss

Kathleene Cipriano was my service tech and she was amazing. She insured that all my concerns were addressed, and that the service performed was what my car needed. She was always courteous, responded quickly to my texts and kept me informed as things happened. When I asked a question, she responded almost before I out my phone down!, She always tried to give me options. and I appreciated that!Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

I was very pleased by the services provided by Krislyn. I was having issues with brakes on a brand new car and she had the senior tech ride with me to hear the issue. He suggested they be changed and covered under warranty. I was very pleased with them both ! I highly recommend Mercedes- Benz Tysinger.

Kryslin DiCesare was my service advisor. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly and direct to the point. Theres a sense of being treated like family here. They simple get things done ! My vehicle was serviced in a timely manner and I couldn't be more happy with the results. I would like to thank Krislyn DiCesare for excellent customer service. When I say she went over and beyond to help us is unreal. I don t care how many times I called her throughout the day she never blew me off or act like she was too busy to answer my questions. This was my first time coming here because I lived in Va beach and the Mercedes dealership over here was not providing good customer service. The only problem I had was not getting a loaner for two weeks that they had my car but I understood how busy they were. She was amazing and she save me so much money from what Mercedes Benz in va beach was trying to charge me. If you need to buy a Mercedes Benz ask for Ms. Wendy Stradford. She is knowledgeable and welcoming. She will give you a deal you will not believe and take care of every detail.

The service representative was extremely helpful in focusing on my vehicle's problems and identifying solutions for them. He also made suggestions for preventative things I might do to avoid similar problems in the future. Service Manager, Krislyn DiCesare, is always exceedingly helpful. I recently went through the process of purchasing a used Mercedes and her input was very helpful. I've had my 2008 E350 there for service and all went quite well. I recently had the TPMS indicator go on and Krislyn was gracious enough to walk me through the reset process via a video chat. Thank You Mercedes- Benz of Hampton! I was slightly distraught for a couple of months ok to tell the truth it was overly distraught. Ok. Let s begin there. It was because my (Baby) 2005 ML 350 was wreaking all sorts of havoc upon me. Being of the old school adage the dealer was the last place I wanted to go. I got her back on yesterday. Now, let s just say that Mercedes- Benz of Hampton is the only place she will go henceforth! Superb! Is what I have to say about them. I felt so,so Special there and I m totally satisfied with the professionalism and service I received. Actually, overjoyed would not be an understatement.They, the service writer, Ms. Brenda Ortiz and the service technician, Mr. Heimer, were excellent! Superb! And I can be finicky and pick at times.
