I had a WOW moment with the servicing of my car. From beginning to end my service advisor was wonderful. She kept me informed, she was polite, and she was a great resource for getting my car fix. I had a very good experience at this dealership. My service associate, Georgina was very attentive And she kept meupdated on the progress of my service. She was also very pleasant. My experience with this establishment was overall great and they also provided a courtesy shuttle which made it very convenient for me to still get to work while they serviced my vehicle. Very clean establishment and my service was completed in a timely manner.

I cannot say enough about my experience with Jeffery Neise and the whole service department. I was visiting from out of town, and literally stuck in Hampton. Jeffery was able to get me seen very quickly (without an appointment) the problem was diagnosed and repaired within a few hours and I was on my way back home. He has such a warm and understanding personality that makes him a pleasure to work with! Thank you for the amazing service.

This was the absolute best service visit. Was fortunate to be assigned to Greg Lee as the Service Advisor. He is great; easy to talk to; explains things well; definitely value his advice. The service was completed on time! (Also liked the video that the technician put together on the inspection points during the service)

Customer service is super garbage, extreme dumpster juice. If you absolutely have to go make sure your service advisor is NOT GREGORY LEE, STAY AWAY FROM THE ENTIRE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IF YOU CAN HELP IT BUT DEFINITELY DO NOT USE GREGORY LEE AS YOUR ADVISOR!!! Also, management is trash too I see where the advisors get it from! AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS IF YOU CAN

My service advisor, Eric Bailey, was phenomenal from start to finish. My car needed its rear subframe replaced due to rust perforation. Eric got it quickly inspected by a tech, approved for a warranty extension by MB, and replaced at no cost to me in barely over a week. I had heard stories of customers waiting weeks or months to have the same job done. I would not hesitate to trust Eric with any MB service in the future!

Erick Bailey and the Service Team here at Mercedes-Benz of Hampton were incredible. White glove service from the time I walked through the door. They quickly identified the trouble with my vehicle. Provided clear displays and explanations for my understanding. Plus had parts on hand and my car back to me next day. Great Experience. Highly recommend!

It was my first time working with Eric B. for my regular Mercedes service along with some outstanding items with my car. He was exceptional! A great communicator along with being a good problem solver. The mechanic's video and explanation was super helpful. Definitely a great experience!

I had a view good experience. My service advisor was detailed and thorough. He paid close attention to what my car needed at the time. He went above and beyond making sure I was comfortable in the lounge. And making sure I was shuttled where ever I needed to go for food. Thanks Eric for being a kind and sincere person.

I found this dealership very underwhelming and I am gathering the impression this is a taught behavior when a vehicle has not been purchased from said dealership. If it is done from training there is a fundamental flaw in it. It is counterproductive rude and nonsensical from a business standpoint. We all have a want for the perceived prestige that comes with owning a luxury vehicle. Mercedes-Benz has always been symbolic of that prestige. The performance, the look and notoriety of the vehicle has always been its key selling points. However the customer service has not lived up to the brand. Most customers like myself experience unfriendly cold and rude behavior from service associates and mechanics alike. This makes for bad business relationships and low retention. There should be a certain level of personal attention and welcoming attitude that should accompany the services. Mercedes-Benz should be an experience so great that paying the price for any repairs pales in comparison to the level of customer service and respect you receive. Today that was not on display. I felt uncomfortable, not attended to properly and treated as if I was ignorant or didn't belong at this place of business. I did not receive any feedback from the service rep Brenda Ortiz or the mechanic. I was merely handed a bill /recept and shown the door. I would have gladly paid for any additional services recommended had I been attended to properly. I wasn't greeted with a smile, offered a seat or beverage nor was I given any explanation of recommended services. These are the common sense practices that need to be associated with doing good business. The lack there of gives any owner of any year vehicle the impression that their business is not wanted or appreciated. I would've love to have had a great first time experience as a new Mercedes-Benz owner and I had hoped it would be different from BMW which I have driven for 15years but this was the worst experience I've ever had and will seek other means of servicing my vehicle. Please do better; products,price tag personal performance proper attitude are the hallmarks of customer service. People will get over how much a service costs but they will never forget how you as a business made them feel.

Been a customer since 2015, for the most part been satisfied. Bought my car in for maintenance 12/27. Wasn't ready for pickup, but because Eric Bailey really was determined to make it right for me the customer I felt good about that, because at the end of it all customers are the most important. He was courteous when needed, apologetic when had to be and I appreciate that. Eric was a outstanding Service Adviser.

Once again, top tier customer service. Everything from scheduling, arrival, vehicle processing was quick and easy. My car was ready exactly as promised, properly serviced and cleaned. Joni Withrow was excellent and my car is running better than ever! Was easy to get an appointment (on a Saturday!) and quick turnaround to pick up my vehicle on Monday with a ton of work performed. Great experience all around!

Had a fuel smell and they took care of me with no problem and free of charge under an extended warranty through Mercedes. They did not have to keep my car long and kept me well informed and always replied to my messages quickly. I will definitely be using them for all my future needs! Best experience with a dealership!!

My wife and I have a new EQS 580. We were on our first long road trip with the car. Unfortunately, the car had a complete 12V battery failure. We had to have it towed to MB of Hampton. The service team took ownership of our problem. They provided me Lyft service to the dealership, gave me a loaner car and worked for 2 and half days to find the cause of the problem. Although they tried to replicate the issue, they were unable to. However, they thoroughly road-tested the car and conducted several diagnostics to make sure the car was road-worthy before releasing it to us. I wish to recognize Joni Withrow for going above-and-beyond in her communications with us during the process. The folks at MB of Hampton took care of us simply because we have a Mercedes Benz, even though we did not acquire the car through them. Job well done.

I took my Mercedes in for a fuel pump recall by the manufacturer. Brenda was assigned to me, and I couldn t have been more pleased. The repair was done much more quickly than I expected. My car was waiting for me when I arrived, and the check out process was as efficient as the check in.

The absolute best experience! Service B5. I am in town visiting my daughter and scheduled my maintenance at Mercedes Benz - Hampton. It is usually serviced In Knoxville, Tn. Keion was very knowledgeable about 2 cars that we were interested in. He sold us exactly what we wanted and didn t try to upsale us or push any extra sales/upgrades or products. He was very attentive to our requests for payments, maintenance, etc. The overall experience was very good.Note: If you are browsing in the winter time, bring your personal size heater, they don t have the heat on.
