The staff is always really nice (even though it's clear that they're rushing at times). I know them to be very supportive of the neighborhood community as well. They've never tried to take advantage or upcharge and always do great work. Highly recommend if you're up for supporting a small family business.

I have been here a few times now for various repairs, inspections, etc. There is only one mechanic, so this isn't the place for your last second inspection or a quick drop-in. You will want to schedule as he always stays busy. Adam is knowledgeable and is good at what he does. He's also a no bull kind of guy; and I like that about him.

I got my injector o-rings done as well as one injector was replaced on my 1989 f150 a while back. Adam was honest with his work. He told me what he saw was wrong when as he was taking it apart instead of ignoring it. That's one thing I liked. Another thing I liked was that I could schedule an appointment. That was very convenient and something that most small shops won't do. I'll definitely return next time I have engine work that I'm not able to do myself.

This business provides 1st class service! Adam is a thorough technician and service is reasonably priced. I'll be happy to do business at Joseph's Automotive again.

Have been doing business with this repairshop for over, five years. Have had a pleasant experience with owner. They're definitely professional in what they do. Will continueto do business, with them in the near future.

I have been taking my vehicles to Joseph Automotive Service for several years. Adam and his crew are excellent mechanics; they provide quality work at reasonable prices. A small auto repair shop always surrounded by customer cars will tell you something. If I had any friends, I would send them to Josephs for all their car repair needs.

I have been doing business with the professionals at Joseph Automotive Service for 10+ years. The knowledge and integrity Adam shows is second to none. Each year he pushes to be on the cutting edge of automotive technology. He continuously updates his equipment and invest in the growing knowledge of his technicians. I was a former Ford Dealership Technician prior to relocating to this area. If you are using a Dealership to do your repairs you are selling yourself short. Give Joseph Automotive a try and you will not be disappointed.

This what you call love at it's best. Meaning these guys take good care of your car. And they are honest and they know what they are doing. Yes it may be small shop be its quality of people are the best. I will recommend these guys to anybody.

Went for an inspection and was failed with a cost of over 900 dollars. I purchased all new parts and installed for less than 80 dollars myself and passed after being charged for turning a screw for 30 seconds. Business is about getting the most money from the customer. I won't be returning.

I've been bringing my cars to Josephs' for ten years. They are always honest and professional. They explain what needs to be done in terms that I can understand. Their personal attitude keeps me coming back!

Brought my car here because my A/C wasn't acting right. They found the problem quickly and kept me informed through the whole process. Adam called me and explained the problems in words I can understand. It's hard to find quality, honest auto service. If you haven't been here before, you need to try them out. I promise you'll be a repeat customer.

I have been using there services for years and they have been nothing but courteous and professional. They have saved me money numerous times by performing only necessary repairs. The quality of there work has been excellent. I recommend them to all I know.

JOSEPHS AUTO SERVICE MECHANICS ARE ONE OF THE BEST AUTO REPAIR EXPERIENCES I HAVE EVER HAD. JOSEPH AUTO SERVICE PROVIDES SUPERIOR QUALITY OF SERVICE, PRICING AND FAST REPAIRS. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXCELLENT. THEY ARE EXTREMELY FAIR ON PRICING REPAIRS. "THE BEST" MECHANIC, BY FAR, IN HAMPTON, VA, AND, MAYBE EVEN THE ENTIRE REGION!!
