They did a great job with my car. Got all my tires replaced as well as my brakes. They ensured everything is all good to go before I did my long drive to see my son's. Not sure who the employees were but they're very friendly

Just left out of there. Terence was amazing. Took care of everything that we needed for my Toyota Hybred. They were quick and efficient and even had a recommendation for the next time I come in. 10/10 This is the best Jiffy Lube I have gone to.

I called on Sunday morning ahead of time to get a price cost for an oil change the gentleman I spoke to was very friendly and polite and explained the difference in price of a synthetic blend or full synthetic. I arrived to the location I was greeted by the gentleman who I spoke to over the phone I get registered in their system and one of the mechanics proceeds to check my oil and consults with another mechanic and they both let the gentleman who assisted me know that I don't need an oil change right now that I had only used 70% of the oil that I was good for another 2k miles. I just want to say I greatly appreciate their honesty and trustworthiness because they could have very well changed my oil anyway to make a sale but instead he said that's money you can keep in your pocket thank you! He said when it is time I should receive notification on the dash letting me know. I will definitely be going back when it's that time.

Service was great, not a long wait at all. My gage for my oil was at20%, I had to go back to get them to set my gage. Last time they set it but guess forgot.

Everytime I go here it s an honest experience. I m pretty sure if they did everything else when it comes to body work I would be here non stop wanting only jiffy lube to work on my vehicle. They know how to hook it up and make it happen. Thanks Jiffy lube

I got a free oil change which I thought was free but they overcharged me for everything else and stuff I didn't need that could do myself and I ended up spending $150 not happy

This Jiffy Lube is located on the main road in Hampton VA, Mercury Blvd. It is close to my house and convenient for me. Their prices are very good and they often have a coupon for a better price. I go there for oil changes on both my car and my truck. The service is normally fast, I haven't disappointed in them at all. The staff working there are very nice and helpful.I would recommend this Jiffy Lube to everyone. I know that I'll keep coming back.

Trustworthy, reliable, intelligent, and expeditious service! These mechanics are very good at what they do and they are fun to watch while they do it! I came in to get one of my cars an oil change. They treated me like royalty even though my car is 14 yrs old. Their service was fast and their manager was great as well (midday on a Saturday). His team was awesome. And I was out of there within 30 mins.

I was in a rush and had to get a service done pretty fast and had a pretty busy day ahead of me. They were very courteous quick and did a really good job and even vacuumed my car which was unexpected .After my vehicle was done my car door was opened for me which was a nice gesture. Excellent customer service I will be back.
