I went to this place today because my tire light was on I experienced the horror of trusting the guy that had did a tire repair for me in the past. I asked him if he was busy he said only about ten minutes however another guy took my tire off and put a used tire on my car that had less tread on it than my tire he did this without asking me the way I found out was when he gave me the bill for fifty dollars after explaining to him I did not put used tires on my car and asking him to put my tire back on he started telling me a lie about my tire (take into consideration that I just had an inspection sticker put on at the dealership) pushing the jack under my car really hard and I could hear it hitting against metal so I told him to stop, Thinking that the guy that I trusted would clear up the issue was a mistake he told me that he would still have to charge me for labor? He did put my tire in my car when I asked him to give me my tire that was in a pile of other tires for some reason white X's was put on mine? Now I have to go and pay for my tire to be replace and disposal of the tire that was put on my car by that person? I hope that the Fifty dollars was helpful because they will not get anymore money from me.THIS WAS CRAZY!!!!

By far the best service I ve ever received the staff was amazing and I didn t have a long wait at all.Extremely professional and definitely aided me through the frustration free process!!They both need a raise !!!thanks Guys my tire was bad off and they helped me in no time at all!On a holiday at that!

The manager/owner challenged meto write a bad review. Well here it is! I called around looking for cheap tires for my daughter. I called one place and they quoted me for 3 new tires for 200 dollars out the door. I was trying to find them again and called J&M. I got the manager and asked if he had new tires for 200 dollars. He said no but I have used ones for 150 out the door. I went to see them and the guy behind the counter used his calculator and figured the cost as135. It was obvious 135 was the right price, and the owner was gouging me. I got the tires and the owner said I talked to you on the phone and I quoted you 150. He. Charged me 150 for tires that had almost 3/4 the tread life gone. He said an honest man would not try to get the lower price. I say an honest man would not have gouged me. The true price was 135. Avoid this place at all costs. Plus I almost got a contract high being in their garage. Be careful who you challenge.

LB keeps me rolling! I met him about five years ago and from flat tire repairs to even new tires. From my truck tires to even some Z Rated tires for my car. He and his crew are efficient and quick. They have a air conditioned lounge area that I can watch a movie or even play chess. Tell him AC Church sent you. Do not forget to tip. Also my guy PITT is there so all of the best mechanical work that is needed can be done. I highly recommend this location.

Just got a pair of quality used tires Jason and his crew are real cool people and was a pleasure with quick service. Will definitely keep them in mind when my 95 5series needs to be outfitted with new shoes and soles. Thanks again!

First of all I called before going in and LB was very kind on the phone. I informed him of what I needed and was advised to comeOn in they would take care of me. As a woman I am leery about getting anything done on my car without a male present with me. My daughter recommended this place so I went on in.Needless to say, I got two tires and had them balanced and rotated for exactly what I could afford in that very moment.I ll definitely be going back next month to replace the remaining 2 tires.Hands down the best customer service I ve encountered in quite a while. Not to mention the service was very quick.Thank you LB for for being the professional that you are!!!!!*****

Honest business establishment and great customer service. I took my vehicle in because I could see a nail in my tire and hear it every time the tire would turn. They took my vehicle back for service quickly and within a few minutes they came back to tell me that the nail did not penetrate the tire and that there was no cost. You just don t find that kind of honesty as commonplace anymore. I am very pleased and will definitely return in the future for all of my tire and alignment needs. I would like to say Thank You and I highly recommend J&M.

Good service! They had the tires I needed (205/70/15's) I would give them 5 stars but I had to wait a while for my tires to be installed. There were only two guys working at the shop when I arrived. If you have the time and patience i recommend going here.

These guys are awesome! I have never bought from any discount tire shop before because I was scared of getting a bad deal, but I realize how silly that fear was after having them replace 2 economy brand front tires with almost new Goodyears for a total of around $110. The best part was that I pulled into their service area at 10:45am and left with a smile before lunch time.

Please really look over your tires before you buy. I bought 4 tires 2 matching in The front and two matching in the back. Because two of the tires had a good brand name they sold them but they were bad tires. I was told they didn t have anymore in stock to replace and they took my number down and said that they would call when they got some in I never received a phone call . Just beware. The workers are very nice and polite.

Great service. Quick and cheaper than quoted over phone. Heads up, not a fancy place. No bathroom and waiting room was rough. But the reason I came for was tires, mounted and balanced quickly, not to chill in a luxury waiting room!

I had a 1 hour lunch and I needed a tire. Used to deal with them years ago and it was close to the job..so boom! They were quick and gave me a great deal on two tires. The tires look real good too!

So far so good. Not the best for appearance, but for service the guy was awesome. Called about pricing on a used tire, went down had it mounted and installed all for $65.It was a friends van and come to find out installed the wrong size. Went back and the guy reinstalled the correct size on for free.Had to give the guy a tip after that mess.Word to the wise....THIS IS A USED TIRE SHOP. You are buying tires AS IS with no warrantys. Use at your own risk. You can choose the tire you need.

Great place to get one used tire for old or new cars. They don't push you into getting more or better tires. Took care of me right away and I was done quickly.

Long Post!So...I needed new tires, right?Called J&M and went to the address the gps sent me to, plus I always look for image of the building.Honey! They have it all wrong on the web!! So once I'd arrived, I told them I'd called first. He said, You must've called J&M across the street.Me: This isn't J&M? He said, "It use to be."Well since I'm here can y'all change my tire?"Them: Checking to see of they have my size. "We don't have it ma'am. Sorry".Me: Still confused about the address. "So do a lot of people come here thinking it's J&M and you end up working on their cars?"I can tell he was kind of scared to answer that question because I'm sure my facial expression look like I was interrogating him and I might snitch.Him: "Mmmm, yeah."I drove to J&M. I entered and saw 2 nice looking brothers.Me: (Yup, I snitched.) " Look, y'all need to fix the address on the web! They are stealing your business! They would've had mine if they had my tire size!"Brother 1: "We ask them to fix that. And they haven't as of yet."Brother 2: "We asked 4 times and nothing."Now I don't know who 'they' is. But 'they' & 'them' need to take care of that....ASAP!!!!Btw- they were so friendly.I tried to give a tip and he said, "No worries just come back to see us!"Me: "I surely will and tell others too!"

The staff is very professional and honest J&M is definitely my go to for tires. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM
