Got in and out for FAR cheaper than I expected today.I only wish they could figure out the glitches with my infotainment system. I've gone in various times for it because it regularly disconnects from Android Auto, which I've explained numerous times. Last time I dropped it off to get it checked out again for this same issue, they told me it "was working perfectly."Came to find out that they were checking it for CarPlay compatibility.

Let me tell you about priority, my car had a small issue. I took it back to the dealership they issued a driver to take me home, I had to get dress for work, then take me to work and bring me back to the shop to get my car. This is what you call priority! I'm so happy I purchase my car from here. Thanks so much Kareem and Taylor!!!

How can begin, Priority Honda uses that name for a very good reason. I love the services here, I feel comfortable bringing my car here, I purchased my vehicle here in 2015, a Honda Crv 2016, the best purchased ever. On Wed, the dealership provides free manicures for their customers while they wait for your service. Two massage chairs in a private room will soothe you and help you to relax while you are there. I recommend this place for services on your vehicle . Priority Honda confirms 1 more time, why you should take your car to them for service. Friday, Sept 22, wasn't the exception. I took my car to replace front and rear brakes, excellent service, now my car stops only with the slide touch of the pedal.

I bought my Honda CRV year-and-a-half ago got my free oil change once again and looked at this beautiful Honda Civic the people down here always so nice and friendly and I also got a great deal on my SUV

I took my car in for a diagnostic check and Mr. Knox informed me of the issues with my car. He did a wonderful job. However, things took a turn for the worse when I went to pick my car up. Mr. Knox was out of the office and the other service team members took 30 minutes to find paperwork.

I called around to local Honda shops looking for someone who would be able to get me in for service within a week since we needed the car to go out of town. I was impressed that Priority Honda was able to get me an appointment within my timeframe. Then Donna went above and beyond to get a part the car needed in order for it to be ready by the weekend. Sure you get free oil changes and priorities for life but how valuable is your time. I had an 11am appointment for an oil change. I arrived at 10:45am. It s now 12:45pm and my vehicle isn t ready. Another tech noticed me sitting here (not the person who checked me in) and gave me a heads up they are just now getting my vehicle up. That s insane to me. This isn t the first time this has happened between the three vehicles we ve got at priority. One of the three have this issue every time it s oil change time. Just luck of the draw as to who it happens too.Service: Oil change

Very courteous and caring. The only issue I had was the man who registered me was cold & callous. Completely stone faced with a hint of arrogance. A person working in customer service should have a pleasant mannerism. Other than that if given it 5 stars.

Took me 2.5 hours to get oil and inspection done. Work was done in 2 hr, but last guy Hoje was filed up with paperwork and couldn t keep up closing.I was waiting there since 8:30 am till 11 am.Priorities used to be much smoother but not now.

Took 30 minutes for the oil change 1 hour and 10 minutes for the service agent to do the paper work so I could leave. When question she said she had over customers. Not the correct answer to someone who about to buy a new car.Service: Auto maintenanceService: Auto maintenance
