Great expert, professional, friendly & fast service is exactly what describes my visit yesterday. Justin was more than exceptionally helpful when I brought in my daughter's van & he saw right away that the tire was beyond repair and quickly retrieved a new tire getting us back on the road in no time!

I've gone here several times, fair prices. Quick service. My tires are usually not in stock so I have to wait until after 11a for them to order from their sister shop or wait 2 days until it ships. They do not have a warranty on their tires. The guy on the phone was impatient because I didn't know my tire size, I gave him the year make and model of my car and told him the tires were the factory set and he was very rude and said if I didn't know my tire size he couldn't help me at all. Mind you, I was in the tow truck shaken up when I was on the phone with him. My tire popped mid highway going 70mph, his attitude, I didn't need. It's like he just expected me to know the numbers off the top of my head. I ended up just buying a used tire elsewhere, they didn't have my tire in stock and I didn't want to deal with the guy with the attitude anyways.

Staff friendly but given the incorrect delivery time for my tires due to4th of July holiday. Waiting since Saturday and it's Tuesday. Received tires Wednesday fasy process but just threw the spare in back instead of replacing properly

THEY ARE SCAMMING BUYER BEWARE. THE PRICES MAY BE ENTICING BUT ITS NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE. Idk what type of scam they re running but I wish I knew then what I know now. They re unnecessarily aggressive when taking the tires off your wheel, in hope they break one so you can buy another from them. They cracked one of my wheels and claimed it was like that upon coming in, they changed the wrong tires and got upset when I inquired about it. I needed the tires on my passenger side replaced and for some reason they changed both the ones on my driver side. When I asked for a refund they said that s not possible, when I asked to just undo the job and give me my original and flat tires back bc I didn t want to support their lack of attention they agreed but wanted to charge me extra to put my old tires back on the car even though they messed up.

I ve always had very positive experiences with this place! They always have the tire I need, work fast, and are great with price! It s the only place I ve used for years and there are a lot of choices near me.

Amazing customer service. We got a patch done due to a nail in the tire. The wait was about 19 minutes. Good pricing

I arrived in Virginia Friday night and noticed that I had a flat tire. The next day I went to Henry's tire Express and the lady behind the desk was very pleasant and helpful with finding me a new tire at a great price. She also gave me some great information about buying tires for my vehicle. The mechanic in the back was also very friendly and got the tire replaced quickly. I definitely would recommend this facility for your tire needs. Thank you both. 04/23/2022

Over the years Henry's Tires has been my "go-to" place for tires. Whether it's a simple repair, or a replacement. The words that constantly comes to mind are "Fair & Fast." When my dealership said it couldn't be repaired, the Henry's tech did it. When the dealer said, "We can sell you...." The Henry's tech said, no, you still have life in these tires. And don't get me started on the $ savings! on a new complete set. Highly recommend your first stop for tire repair, or replacement, is Henry's!

Best service I've ever received, they showed me the tires first and had them changed in less than 30mins. Terrific price and very polite! 10/10 recommend and would go back!

Ive been to Henry s tire twice now and both times have been a wonderful experience. The staff are very knowledgeable and will get you back on the road in no time. Prices are great and they will work with you if you are running tight on cash. I am a loyal customer now and will refer all of my friends to Henry s!

Second time here and I gotta say they are fast. Was in and out within 30 minutes prices are fair. Diffenley going here again for any tire issues in the future. Highly recommended.

Somehow I got a bolt screw in my rear tire. They were able to repair. Only cost me $25. In and out in within 30 minutes.

I loved it here! I waited awhile to put up my review because I wanted to see the lifetime of my tires. As a Camaro driver I usually pay a good 1200 for a full set of new tires, here I spent less than 600!! That's a savings of more than half! I had one incident where my tire went flat because it had a puncture I was in and out of here in less than 20 minutes. The staff is great! Very friendly, and customer oriented. The tires are just as awesome. I will definately be coming back.

Henry s Tires helped me a bunch and was able to find the tire I needed within the day and ordered it while I was at work. Great prices and reinstalled the tire within ten minutes. Awesome experience. If you are near Mercury and need a tire replaced, this is the place to go.

Not happy with them not replacing a tire and charging me for a used tire to put on my Lincoln; after I had invested over a $1200.00 purchasing four new tires less than 6 months ago from them for the same vehicle who does that? I feel it was because I was woman.

Don t go here!! They gave me bad tires and being that I am a female and was alone, they took advantage of that. He lied and told me they were all the same tires (my fault for not checking them before I left) a week later I went to get an oil change and had them look at my tires and they were all different, cracked and made in different years!! One was made in 2005, another 2008, the other 2014. He had me sign a paper before I left and I asked him to explain and in a nutshell it basically said if something is wrong with the tires or I m not satisfied I can t come back, so that was $230 gone! This place is bad business, very bad.

My husband got a used truck, he likes it a lot. He got a screw in his tire, so he went to Henry's Tires on Mercury Blvd in Hampton. He said they fixed him up real quick, but then broke his drivers side mirror. At first they said they would fix it, but my husband said he would pay half as it was an accident. Three days later Henry's tires still doesn't have the mirror to put on. They wanted to send my husband to pick & pull to get the mirror, then return & watch them install it & pay them $60 for the privilege. It was at this point that my husband finally decided they were to incompetent to take his door apart to fix his powered mirror with blinker light. He should have figured out not to go there when he first went in and a dissatisfied customer was yelling at them. My husband paid $20 for the tire patch, and is now on the hook for a $130. replacement from LMC trucks. Save time, money & headache. Go somewhere else.

Very bad and slow service . They could have caused a tragic accident.... bought my daughter two tires and one of them they put on backwards and it was very damaged, hence putting it on backwards so we wouldn't see it . My daughter was driving on 64 , made it to Richmond but had to find a tire place and get two tires to replace the two we bought ! As a result she lost a hubcap on the highway and was lucky the tire didn't fly off as it wasn't even on correctly...and the bolts weren't tightened. We contacted them and it took weeks and paperwork from tje other tire place to get a refund . I would recommend if you need any type of tire go to another place on Mercury or there are a few on Jefferson just don't buy any tires from Henry's !!

Their service was excellent! They explained all options with me specials, tire types, mileage, and pricing. They weren't just there to take my money. I had one newer tire and I was told how I could get a rim for it and use that as a spare when needed. I had an issue with one of the wires in my car I was referred to look into their servicing center across the street and they didnt hesitate to take a look for me. They found the problem infront of me and fixed it in front of me. I can tell that they love what they do and they really appreciate the consumer. For now on this will be the only place I go to service my vehicle.

I was taken advantage of by the gentleman at the Mercury Blvd location. My tire maintained drivable pressure before the "rim repair" I paid the quoted amount of $130 and now my vehicle is at the dealer - I've incurred a tow expense in addition to the repair/replacement of the rim and tire. Keep driving pass Henry's Tires - they are not part of the BBB.

Shelton really helped me out with my Nissan. I was able to get some body work and tires for a reasonable price. If your car needs work I would recommend you going to see him

I am astounded at the level of decency, respect, and honesty Henry's showed me this morning. I discover a flat tire last evening and was devastated at the price of a new one. Taking it to Henry's was the best recommendation EVER and I WILL recommend and bring my cars here again! They did not lie or try to haggle me because I am a female. They patched my tire, checked the air pressure on all of my other tires, and helped to reorganize my trunk.This is a stand up place. BRING YOUR TIRE NEEDS HERE!

I had a problem with a lawnmower tire. While Henry's doesn't usually deal with small tires, Miguel made a good suggestion about buying a new tire, and then he put it on the rim for me in a few minutes. Great service!

They sold my wife a used tire that was messed up with multiple leaks in the side wall and when we went back to tell them they said there is nothing they could do about it.. they knowing sold a bad tire and did not care. We haven't even had the tire for 2 weeks and have already had to put air in it 5 times. Never by used tires from this place

My son went to the williamsburg store to get his tires installed on his custom painted rims and they ruined the rims. Chips and scraches everywhere. They ruined one of the tires to the point where it wont seal and then they proceeded to sell him a used tire that wasnt even a match to the others. When he questioned the service they said oh well that is what happens when you install tires. I have called the shop over 6 times now to get ahold of the owner with no response. The foreign lady that answers the phone is VERY rude and hung up on me. This is the worst place to get service. I have been waiting for over 2-weeks with several phne calls to the owner to get this resolved with no response. Horrible place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
