I had a bit of a tough situation going on with my tires. Shelton and Mike are the best! They really took time out and worked together to make sure I would be leaving safe and happy. Not the first time they've been great and i'm sure I will be back!

The original employee I was speaking to was amazing, very helpful and knowledgable. The 2nd person I had to deal with, didn't give me my call to come in and get my tires that were ordered 4 previous day's before. I had to call 3 different locations just to get an answer on the phone, and when I showed up no one was even in the waiting area and I had to yell in the garage (which no cars were even in) about 6 times to even get the employees attention. Other than that he did a good job installing and balancing my tires. I was supposed to receive a date for an allignment appointment and he never gave it to me..

Very prompt, courteous, professional and reasonably priced service done to fix a screw puncture in my tire. Inside patch done on the tire while I waited.

Hanz was extremely helpful this Christmas Eve! Tire on my truck went flat, I called and even though closing was in 15 minutes he waited for me to arrive and got the rubber switched out promptly!!! Much appreciated guys!

Brought 4 tires I bought elsewhere to Pembroke store. They did right by me. $20/tire on the rim and balanced. Ride great.

Blew out two tires on 664, called Henry's.He arranged a tow, sold me two tires mounted and balanced, and had me back on my way home in an hour.
