I brought my Range Rover in to have my badge lettering changed from chrome to glossy black and Leonard hooked it up. He knew exactly what to do and the Rover looks even better now. Thanks Great Job!

Go somewhere else or do it yourself. You ll get better results than these guys. They just want to get paid and not deal with you. Took my Mustang with a Shaker 1000 system there to get a new head unit. The first time I picked it up my subs weren t even working. And my old head unit was sitting on my leather seat . They asked me to bring back the next day. When I did I told them I wanted the phone charger to go into my center console and delete the old phone charger. The guy told me the charger cable wouldn t reach, the cable wasn t long enough. (Nor did they delete the past cable.) Today I went to turn on my ac and it wasn t working so I removed the center console and side panels. They didn t reconnect my ac and the power supply does reach my center console. So I just made the fixes myself. You can keep your money. You re not worth my time or dealing with you. You guys can t even change the lightbulbs in your shop. Do better.

I showed up 2 hours before closing and they were able to fit me in. They installed a headunit for me and a backup camera and charged a reasonable price. Only reason its 4 stars instead of 5 is because the backup camera quality isn't as good as my factory unit was and my original backup cam was 10 years old. The other reason is my steering wheel buttons do not work with the headset and it looks like they would needed to splice a certain headunit wire together with the steering button wires to add that functionality and apparently it wasn't done. Still, the fact they were able to get me in and charge a reasonable price will have me go to them again if I need tint, paint, or audio work done.

I came thru to have them fix my audio. a couple years ago I had a friend hook my 12"s up. It ended up shorting and cutting my radio off. Come find out wires went bad. I brought it here, and they went behind the deck and diagnosed the problem.... in the end I needed to get a new deck and the wiring needed a miracle... in the end they fixed everything! i recommend this place. Shouts to the one they call "nephew"!!!

Purchased a new Sub and amp for installation a little while back. Installation was beyond subpar and downright Mediocre. Yes it was hooked up and worked but the amp was screwed in with one single screw which interfered with my ability to close the backseat without rotating the entire amp. In doing so the converter cables for my car got torn out and had to be reattached and the bass adjustment knob was just left sitting in a tangled mess stuffed in my driver side next to the seat. The panels for my car were not all clipped back into place and just left loose.Would recommend to go elsewhere for installation or install it yourself.Outside of that they had a decent selection of stuff and were helpful in deciding what to get.

TAKE YOUR CAR SOMWWHERE ELSE. I took my 2013 ford fusion there to install a new radio, the radio works fine but my ac doesn't work at all ! I had to take it to the dealership to fix my whole center console because the rewired my things horribly. And didn't even have the decency to tell me. Awful service

Scheduled an appointment for 10:30am, pulled up to the shop at 10:20 and the doors were locked even though the business hours states it opens at 10:00am mon - sat. I even stuck around an extra 30 min from my appt time giving the benefit of the doubt and by 11 am no one had showed I called and texted and still received no response. I don t usually leave reviews but this was very unprofessional. Please do better.

I have my remote starter put in 5 years ago It never worked!! it will always cut off and they will have to reactivate it. they've tried tightening it they put a new one in twice, . the latest new one they put in made my engine light come on and off and my car alarm when i remote start it sometimes with just unlocking it. Took my car to the shop for the engine light and nothing was wrong and I had pay for the diagnostic. although I can't prove it was Hampton roads custom the coincidence of it coming on right after they put the new remote starter and nothing actually being wrong with it. I was beyond patient with them so when he didn't give me back my full refund because I didn't have one key I felt he should overlook that with the trouble I've been through. Not all black businesses deserve our business. They was definitely more concerned about my money than the services they was actually providing

Tried charging me $25 just to grab one wire & pop it onto my positive battery terminal. Smh. A $5 job that requires less then 2 minutes of time. Then hung up the phone on me when I said I was thinking more like $10 . Very unprofessional, obviously bad for business if they can t work a deal on a job that s literally not even a real job, grabbing one very accessible wire & unscrewing one very accessible bolt & tried charging me $25 no Thankyou

I took my Black 2009 Nissan Titan in for full paint job. I had just purchased it from the dealor 2 months prior. Yes, they had it all shiny after the first rain the hood & the roof of the truck was grey. I took my truck to Hampton Roads Customs for a full paint job. It's been a year later and it's still shiny. Prior to this, they installed the tent on my car, no issues. I have sent other customers to them. To this day, not one of them have said anything negative. Two months ago, they installed a new radio in my truck. I stand by their work. That's why I'm a repeat customer.

They always do a good job on my cars. I've taken a total of three of my cars to them over the years. They have done systems on all three and tint on my newest. Always friendly and has a family like feel when I come to the establishment. Very knowledgeable on whatever you want done. I highly recommend them. Thanks for always giving me great service

Had a stereo and speakers installed they fit me in witch I appreciate, but when I get looking over things better when I was home the heating and air vent was broken, the 12v plug for my charger doesn't work and the plastic under the radio was not completely connected

I purchased a $1200 radio in my Lexus and AC brain and radio doesn t sync together anymore, it s been dysfunctional ever since it s been installed. I recently, stop past to see if they can assist on why the screen isn t functioning anymore and the technician said he doesn t understand and it s nothing they can do. I would never go there again, I ve wasted my time and money. Lastly, I purchased the top quality radio and I doesn t work and I paid for a l full car wash detail when I originally purchased it, and I was better off going to a car wash. Don t waste your time and money

I came here because my amp in my car blew out and was hoping to get it swapped. These guys were super helpful through the whole process. They were first willing to take a look at my problem and diagnosed what was wrong. Then they cut me a good deal on a replacement and installation. The whole process took about and hour and a half. I would definitely recommend.

I have spent a lot of money in my life I have wasted a lot of money in my life but nothing like the money I wasted today. How much you ask $789.95Put in headlights and I have no signal turn signals put in backup camera. And took out my license plate light now I don't see what's behind me only what's to the right ( )..So take it from me please do not waste your money it Hampton Road Custom. This is why it's so hard to support black business.... .. all I wanted was what I paid for.

5 stars isn't enough!! I went to this establishment to get a unti installed and a back up camera. They informed me on everything. It was a difficult job but they completed it, with no complaints. Very professional, superb customer service, and their prices are beyond fair.

Really wanna support black businessBut these people make it hard. Slow long-winded, dirty...left my car a mess...an hour late for an appointment set a week ago. Totally sloppy and unprofessional. Would give them zero stars if I could...run..don't walk

I went there to have 4 interior speakers, an amp, capacitor, Dynamat and subwoofers installed in my car. They do outstanding work. My car is rather complicated being almost brand new and European, and I was not dissatisfied with their work by any means. We did have one mishap (Not everything fit in the trunk at first) but that was because the size box I was trying to use made it extremely difficult to fit everything in the small trunk of my hatchback. At the end of it, they were able to figure it out and my audio system sounds AMAZING! I respect the fact that when I took it back to them, they stood behind their work and fixed the mishap without any issues. Customer service was exceptional, the staff is extremely knowledgeable, and the people who work there are really friendly. Very reasonable labor prices, as well.

So I bought a radio on line. i...So I bought a radio on line. it just got to my house and I wanted it installed the same day. I found this place and decided to try them out. it was about 6:00pm and the store was about to close. I was pleased to see that the manager made his crew stay late 15 minutes to install my radio. during the installation the mechanic lost my Bluetooth inside of my dashboard and I thought it was stolen for next 3 days. I was pissed off for a few days thinking they stole it, very sloppy work! also..... watch out...! this shop will charge you for every little step you take. for example I asked them to remove a CD changer from my 04 Cherokee they charged me $30 bucks and its a simple disconnection of a wire and 3 screws. this is just one example of many. every time I go there I get the feeling that there just out to take my money by nickle and dime-ing petty work. I get a uncomfortable feeling any time I go to this place better off going somewhere else.

Installed 2 amps, 4 speakers, and a dash kit in my 2014 Camaro. Extremely neat work. Guys even stayed after closing time to get the job done. Great service.

Went there today to get a remote start and security system installed. Dropped car off at noon went back at five and found out they installed the wrong system. But they understood that I can't take off work so they stayed late to fix the mix up and they took some off my bill. Thanks for correcting the problem

I had a head unit and backup camera installed, shortly afterwards I realized I really didnt like the setup. Mike and staff didnt hesitate to have me come back in and did everything to meet my desires for my truck. Awesome service and job well done!!!!!

I paid a $1000 dollars for door speakers a touch screen an window speakers that do not work properly the work they did was trash they didn't put my door panels back on right the touchscreen is crooked in the harness an it cuts on an off I do not recommend this place

Love this place and the people that work there they redid my whole stereo system my tint and my decals just a great atmosphere and they work with you and you can always go back and ask questions or if you need help with anything they're very helpful

I went to Precision today...and I am very pleased and impressed. I was met by the owner who listened to my concerns and dispatched my needs with professionalism and courtesy. His daughter Jada and his brother who did the install are two of the most mannerable and well disciplined young people I have had the pleasure of dealing with in a while. Jada is even a Bethel graduate which is my Alma mater. The prices were reasonable and install was done meticulously...the installer even took the time to walk me through the operation of my unit. He was so darn good and kept saying , "yes sir" and ended each sentence with sir. Man....you don't see that much these days! My customer experience was refreshing and an extreme pleasure. Went to another audio place and he jack the prices up came to hampton Roads custom and they took care ove me. Thanks guys. I went home aww and yea and come on to my music. Sound so good i will be telling my family and friends about you thanks
