Called kinda early and explained my problem first of all the fact that he was kind enough to answer with empathy already earned my respect but then he explain that he couldn't do it today but tomorrow. I respect the transparency and offered a solution. I felt the the need to show my appreciation through this review though he hasn't done anything yet, I'll definitely go to him for any issues. Thank you Mr. Hammond

My 12 year old car was leaking power steering fluid from work it had done at another shop. I was on the verge of tossing the thing, but not before taking it to Hammond's Auto.Besides LITERALLY going the extra mile to accommodate me, Hammond's also saved my cars life! Smoothest ride its ever been too!Not that I was concerned, but I had plenty valuables in the car that were undisturbed as well. Very thankful for their services and will be returning anytime I get car troubles in the future while I'm in VA.Hammond's Auto - HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Extremely Honest and an excellent gentlemen that runs this place. My daughter took her car there and Mr. Harris did the work and was done in no time and did not charge her - He told her that the charge was that she do well in school and be nice to all. She is a senior in college and was extremely appreciative of the kind words from the owner.

Mr Hammond has been my mechanic for over 27 years. He has excellent customer service and excellent excellent experience and advice when it comes to cars all types for I have had many. Thank God for Mr Hammond.

Mr. Horace is a very respectful professional. He worked on my granddaughter's car and had the repairs done in no time. He's compassionate and listens to your concerns so that he give you his suggestions on how to proceed. If you're looking for a good mechanic Mr. Horace is the guy.

Hammonds auto knows what he is doing! Does very good work has never let me down , he is an awesome man and technician! Does good work and doesn t rip people off . He tells you up front the problem and the cost to do the job. I need my car look at I will go to him again!i would recommend anyone to go to him!!!

Horace is a very skilled mechanic. His prices are on point. You will get beaten in the head if you go anywhere else! Glad I was recommended to him!!

This is the first time I have ever been to his repair shop and I can honestly say I am very very pleased with the service that I received he made my car almost brand new again I just wanted to say thank you to mr. Horus call he did for my vehicle.
