Vinny and Tim were absolutely amazing! They helped my fiance and I get into a great car. And the customer service skills omg absolute best. Such a large variety of vehicles. They even work with you and offer in house financing. Totally happy with the service

I had a great experience getting my new SUV from Vinny and Tim yesterday. I had some worries about the insurance and they were able to help me get it all worked out. They worked with me & had in house financing. They were amazing & very helpful. I m so happy to be back in a vehicle. It s nothing worse than losing your car to an accident then needing to depend on rentals/Lyfts etc to get around when your used to having your own. They made this process easy & quick. Thank you!

Tim and Vinny are absolutely amazing. They had me covered from the moment I made the first phone call. I explained my situation and these guys guided me through the process with such expertise. I was showed all my options. Absolutely made sure I was comfortable in what I chose. I was so worried about walking into a shyster buy here pay here shop. These guys are so far from that and so family oriented. I am forever grateful and I love it here. I will definitely be back. I d recommend anyone to come here.

I called this morning and spoke with Vinny. Told him my situation and he told me he could still get me in a Suv today. That s exactly what he did the service was great and everyone was nice. Vinny really took his time and helped me out with everything I needed. I recommend if you are looking for great service and a nice car go to them. You won t regret it.

Sold a 2009 Honda Civic to me. Told me ALL their cars are inspected at Firestone. Not this one. It has damage to the rear tire and sensors going off and needs a motor mount. It doesn't pass inspection. It was inspected at McPherson's Garage. I was advised to contact State Police. Buyer beware.

If you are lookin for AWESOME SERVICE this is the place to GO! Tim Vinny and Uncle Jeezy will definitely get you straight and into a vehicle. I enjoyed the great customer service and happy cheerful vibe. Told them my situation and they worked with me and got me into the vehicle I wanted! I appreciate these guys and so will you! Great service! Felt very welcome as soon as I pulled into the lot. Vinny was very helpful and got me in a nice vehicle with no problems. They also work with you! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Awesome people and amazing customer service! They worked with me on my down payment and was fast and simple when I came into get a new car after mine broke down . 10/10 recommend !!Not to mention so accommodating to my baby who was toddling around the office while I was doing paperwork

Y all this place is amazing, everyone in there is super nice and they really try to get you in the car that s most comfortable for you! The process is really fast and they work with you on what payments are going to suit you the best, I honestly love this place and the people that work there

I'm on my second vehicle with them. Very trustworthy and all around good people. If you need a good reliable vehicle it's a must you go here if your going to go to a smaller dealership. I would recommend them to anyone that I know who is looking /needs a good vehicle. And they will do their best to get you into the vehicle you want.

The mechanic David is the absolute worst. I took my car in to get my AC/Heat fixed, when he gave my car back it was making noises, my brakes are rubbing together, and the engine is overheating causing the fan to continually run. I have been trying to get my vehicle serviced again for over 3 weeks now. He never remembers who you are or what he told you, it s completely unprofessional.

I bought my Ford Fusion here 7 years ago. I still drive it and about to put 100,000 miles on it. I got my money s worth. Might need some maintenance once or twice a year, but that s normal for anything you drive. I love my baby!! Thank you for a chance at my dream car And I would repurchase from them.

Vinny and Tim are absolutely awesome. I've never had a better experience with used car salesmen. They made sure the car we picked out was a great car. They explained any issues that we could possibly have but they not even selling any junk cars! Great personalities. Very thorough. Great prices. Worked with us on the down payment and payments. If you want someone who will listen carefully about your needs this is your place, we drove down from Richmond VA based on reviews and they didn't let me down Vinny and his brother Tim was patient kind and made a deal work for me when I was in hard place they told me don't worry you will drive awayWell I did then I had issues with the van the owner said no worries bring it back we will get you straight he stay true to his word as wellThanks team

Got my Hyundai Sonata from here and it is awesome! Vinny and Tim are so nice and made the process so easy. They even came in early due to my work schedule to make sure all paperwork would be signed and I could pick up my car. Needed a new gas cap. Ordered it for me and loving my car. I recommend Garrett Motors if you are looking for great service, a great car, and a great experience!

I bought my car from them about 6 months or so ago. The customer service I received was absolutely amazing and everything was very straightforward and about as simple as buying a vehicle can possibly be. I work all the time, so they even came and delivered the car to me. I signed all the paperwork at my own workplace with my coworkers cheering and celebrating my purchase in the background. I felt like a VIP! I waited to write a review because I wanted to see how the car held up. I had one minor issue shortly after signing the papers and the staff promptly and very professionally resolved it, never had a problem since. My intentions were to buy a car to get me and my family around. Instead, I ended up buying what turned out to be my dream car that I didn't know I had. I love this car more and more everyday. What started as a search for a decent family car, ended with a hidden gem, a luxurious, flashy, smooth handling, economical, quick, aggressive asphalt queen. Thank you Garrett Motors for making the normally stressful car buying process a surprisingly delightful experience. I couldn't be more happy with your staff or with my 2011 Chevy Malibu 2LT and I'll be seeing you guys again for my next purchase without a doubt!

Garrett motors is hands down the best place to go in hampton roads. Vinny is awesome ! Works with you and let s you know his recommendations and what s the best car for you and your needs. Doesn t fast talk you or rush you into anything. Very honest. Vinny actually treats you as a customer not just a number like typical car sales men. Vinny thank you so much for your help and patience . Phenomenal customer service .

The cars look nice but they are overpriced and the mechanics don t really give you confidence that they know what they re doing or even what services/repairs they have for the month. Once you buy the car the front office is literally no help at all. I bought a car here recently and within the next week I was having problems and major ones at that. They show no since of urgency and will pretty much use the same excuse anytime you call for an update. I ve had a car in there for a month just sitting and waiting to be fixed. We scheduled to have the problem fixed less than a month after I bought the car 5 months in advance I repeat 5 Months and here we are in a new year and same problem.

Purchased a lemon from here about 15 years ago. Transmissions issues within the month I purchased it. They never fixed it.Just let it sit in someones shop for months. They finally gave it back only for it to mess up again. Based off of reviews they are still up to no good smh.

I ve been going to Garrett Motors for about 2 weeks looking for a car. Vinny and Tim didn t stop until we found something that I loved and that was in my price range. They were polite, respectful, honest and understanding. Even went out of their way to let me know when something I might like would come in. Finally, i fell in love with a gorgeous 2009 Chrysler 300. I m so grateful to them for all of their help, time and dedication.I highly recommend this place for car purchases.Thanks again Vinny and Tim!!

I just wanted to say that i had an excellent experience with this dealership. i love how they show that the customer is always important and i love how they represent family. my salesperson was Vinnie and he gave me his undivided attention and treated me like i was a person and not a number. thanks to everyone that helped me in purchasing my 2005 Chevy Tahoe. I LOVE MY TRUCK. thanks Vinnie for giving me your word and to everyone who made my visit very pleasant from that time i came there to the time that i left.

I haven t had my hopes let down so much. I read the google reviews and felt pretty confident about buying my vehicle from here based on other positive feedback. Well, so much for my luck. The car buying process was easy, as it normally is because of course they want your money! I picked out a car and by the time I had the vehicle for three weeks, it kept shutting off on me. It did this 2/3 times. So I finally took the vehicle back to them. They had no sense of urgency of fixing the vehicle. They didn t seem sorry and poor poor customer service. Every time I called, I was given an attitude. From sales to service, everyone seemed like I was a bother and I also didn t have a vehicle!! Did they care? No. Not at all. Even to Mrs. Garret (which now I understand why her employees talk that way to customers because she does) this has been an awful experience. I returned a vehicle in less than a month because the battery and check engine light came on. They didn t offer to put me in another vehicle, to trade the vehicle or even take it back. I wouldn t recommend getting a vehicle from here unless you bring your own mechanic first. Definitely gonna look into seeing what I need to do about this, because it is not fair!

I had purchased a car & got scammed , I only had it for four months and everything was going wrong with it. I m pregnant and needed transportation to my appointments and to work plus my two year old son would be riding in this car.. It wasn t safe at all for us. I thank god I came across Garrett s Motors. I was Helped by Vinny & Tim and they were such awesome help to me and my family .. they worked with my budget and also explained things way better and gave me a better out look because I was scared to purchase another car after getting scammed. I got to take my new car home that day and I LOVE it !!!!!!

From the start it was a bad experience. I only went because a friend recommended them and had no problems (he's a guy). Once I handed over the downpayment they were no longer interested in quality CUSTOMER SERVICE and maintaining the maintenance on the vehicle-even under warranty. Upon walking in your not greeted, and the individuals working there just walks past without acknowledging you. Talk about horrible service. I recently needed to have work done that wasn't supposedly covered under warranty, only to find they charged 3x of what it would cost to clean it and a closer to the price of actually replacing a part and putting it in new. Not even 3 hours after paying to have the car repaired it broke down again. When calling them back I was informed it was my lost and they would be more than happy to start over charging the new price of $800 not considering they just took half of that and the car still wasn't repaired.. What a Joke. Run far and fast. Keep your money. You'll be out more in the end.

I love Mr. Vinny. He took such great care of my mother. He was so friendly and very helpful while she was uncertain on what car she was going to choose. I would highly recommend anyone that is car shopping to come to Garrett MotorThey get an A plus but Vinny gets 5 A plus.
