Scheduled appointment for Feb 20th @ 1pm for a wheel alignment. In the process Tech broke the lower control arm bolt and lower control arm. Mike accused me of doing it and states he didn't do it and his tech said they didn't do it either. So he is accusing me of lying. I told Mike if there are cameras in the shop he needs to check them because It wasn't me. Repairs were covered by the shop as they should be. When I picked up the truck Feb 23rd 3 days later the truck is still pulling left when driving. This was my first and last time doing business with Firestone. Not only was this a waste of time but also money. Matt was courteous enough to give me a 15% discount for my bad experience however wheel alignment still isn't correct. There is definitely customer service and integrity issues at the Hampton location feel free to contact me for more details.

Two things:1. I told multiple people at the Firestone I went to that my car has a slow electric draw and to disconnect the battery when the car is not in use. The tow driver acknowledged that my battery was full and working properly upon arriving at my home to hook the car up. I made sure he disconnected the battery after he tested some things on my car. The Firestone people did not disconnect the battery after they connected it and the battery died.2. They could not diagnose my car with their diagnostic equipment because of the slow drain I told many of them about before I had my car towed there. I told them to put a starter motor in it, as I believed that to be the problem due to the symptoms as to why it didn't start. They charged me $594.00 dollars, which is suspiciously expensive for a new starter motor, which is what I assumed they would use. They used a refurb. Refurb starter motors never work too long. About two hours after I took my car back it wouldn't start.

Will make mistakes then blame it on you, then try to upsell you. Will tell you different prices. There are too many other good alternatives too lose hard earned money just not to get what you wanted done.. I came out with more issues than when I went in.. The manager also showed he had the lease amount of care

Had appt. at 12:00 for alignment. 1 hour later, my car is still not in a bay. No consideration for people's time. They just want to get you in here and wait

I went in for a state inspection and understandably sometimes things fail. I was told that the rear brakes did not pass and the front brakes are irregular. They then proceed to quote me $509 for my brake pads to be replaced. They did not specify whether it was the rear brakes or front brakes or all of them. I am writing this because I am a girl in my mid 20's but I understand I also look like a teenager. I felt like they thought they could overcharge me and get away with it. Girls, becareful coming to this location by yourself.

Took my car in for an inspection, and wow do they try to nickel and dime you. Only thing that failed was my front brake pads. They are trying to charge $659 for that... and then they recommend new tires for $500 and replacing brake fluid for $200 and adding air to my tires for $20. Declined all services as I can easily replace my brake pads for an insanely cheaper price. And listening to what they are telling other customers while waiting for my car, it's clear that they are way overcharging everybody for ridiculous things. Also they put my Vin number in wrong and had my car as the complete wrong year and model... also had the state for my license plate wrong.

Again. The service advisor yelled at me and my husband in front of customers! Paid to have my challenger repaired. Repair failed. Husband booked online appointment for drop off. SA was extremely rude and could not check my car in because they were closed 2 minutes tops? Door was open. I was inside. Another customer was inside waiting. We left because of her rudeness. Husband was told to only deal with Mike. Mike book s appointment for Saturday around 10 to drop off. Yup. Mike isn t in. Service advisor yells at us AGAIN in front of customers saying, We were closed the last time you were here . Do a better job of closing and lock the doors? You didn t have to say a word to us. Grow up and learn to shut your mouth. We weren t dealing with you.

I went in to do my lifetime alignment and tire rotation and also had check engine light on. I get a call and the guy says it's you catalytic converter, 02 senors, battery, airfilters. I tell him that I have the catalytic converter fixed at Big Al's and he said well Honda's are sensitive to aftermarket parts and needs a OME. I told him its under warranty because I had it repalced in May. I call the guy at Big Al's who was Tech not a Salesman and he said none of that makes sense. He said start with the battery first because a weak battery will throw error codes. My wife takes it to O'Rielys and gets a new battery and guess what. check engine light doesn't come on. I saved myself 3K. I don't uderstand why after telling the firestone guy I had it replaced why he wouldn't start battery first. Very dissapointed.

Have been loyal customer for many years but most recent change in store hours to 6:00 pm nightly with poor communication from present store manager has led me to decide to take my business elsewhere. I recently had a flat tire dropped off for repair Sept 21 and the store was in process of closing but technician took tire off and wrote ticket. Store hours are listed on multiple websites at 7:00 pm closing. I returned on Oct 2nd to pick up tire and store closed by 6:00. pm. I returned next day to pick up tire and manager could not find ticket or my tire as tire was next to her in display area. I observe my tire and manager said I could take tire. No offer to put tire back on like previous technician. When store hours were mentioned manager became defensive and said they were attempting to change google listing. I expressed my opinion that I would never come back and her response was Go Ahead, we have plenty of business from other people. So if you want rude , inconsistent and uninformed customer service go to this store on Mercury Blvd Hampton Va

This is the first Firestone to not treat my wife and I as if we did not know what we needed or were talking about. The service here is wonderful, they are very accommodating and willing to help however they can.

I was told that my wheel studs could not be replaced and it would cost $760. Watched a YouTube video and replaced wheel studs for $50 .

Always have great, trustworthy experience here but can be difficult to get your car in and out due to their sheer volume and low staffing. Wish they could hire more staff so turn around times can be what they were 3 years ago. Love the lifetime alignment they offer!

I called yesterday letting them know my tire size, 225/50r17 (not original wheel) so guy on phone knew I had custom wheels, he told me that s not original size, and I replied correct. I come in today to drop my car off and was told the tire mount machine might gouge my wheels and there gonna be an extra fee for custom wheels seems to me like they re lazy and didn t want to do their job and charge me more. Bad business. I don t even have ridiculous wheels.

Was going on a long trip, needed tires same day. Was kind enough to offer discounts and waived some fees. What can I say, it came out to better than Internet pricing. I'm a master tech myself but will come back for stuff I can't do on my own (alignments, tires).

FIRESTONE IS A JOKEIf I could do less than 1 star I would, firestone sucks, i had Monday off after working the weekend, i showed up before 7am and waited for them to open. I was the FIRST person through the door, i have a lifetime alignment on my truck and asked if i could get an alignment and tire rotation done. the guy at the front counter told me it would be a few hours before they could get to it. i decided i would wait. after about an hour other people came in to get various things. there vehicles were brought DIRECTLY into the shop as my truck sat in the parking lot. 3 HOURS LATER i managed to get a ride home while my truck still sat in the parking lot. i thought ok it should be done by noon, right? 5 hours to do an alignment isn't too bad. 1 pm came around still no phone call, so we rode by to see what was going on. my truck was in a bay with 2 workers leaning on my truck so ok I'll just go goof off at bass pro for a bit. AN HOUR LATER i come back to my truck on the lift with the tires FINALLY removed. it has taken 7 hours at this point to get the tires rotated meanwhile all the other walk-ins after me are LONG gone. I went home and around 3-4pm I get a call my truck is ready; I go to pick it up get in to leave and my steering wheel is SIDEWAYS. I said screw it I'm not dealing with this i have to get to work for the rest of the week. after a week of driving around with a WAYYYY out of alignment truck i decided to go to Casey Chevrolet for an alignment. as soon as he put it on the machine NOTHING WAS GREEN OR EVEN CLOSE but yet the paper firestone gave me showed everything perfect. so why pay for a lifetime alignment if they WON'T DO IT OR EVEN DO IT CORRECTLY? firestone is a joke and nothing but a money grab. you're better off going to a dealership or even some guy in a Walmart parking lot. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY firestone save yourself TIME AND MONEY

Drop off a loose road hazard flat repair today April 22nd at 12:05pm, wasn't called so I reached out at 5:14 pm to see if it had been looked at, sat on told to find out it hadn't been touched yet, went to store now its around 6 and I just find out it's nonrepairable. I'm a former Firestone employee that left on good terms, this was an awful customer experience. You guys suck and scratched my wheel

My wife dropped our car for a state inspection, just an inspection, but several hours later, she was called about a laundry list of recommended items. Some the dealer had already done. When she told them to just do the state inspection and we would look at the recommended items for a later date. Then she had to wait for another call when they had placed the inspection sticker on!

guys took FOREVER for 1 tire. A replacement for a tired should be 30 minutes max. And on top of that they were super rude. I WOULD RECOMMEND GOING TO ANOTHER PLACE AND SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH PEOPLE WHO CARE AND DONT DRAG THEIR FEETService: TiresService: Tires

Booked an appointment to get ny AC inspected. The next day, 4hrs before my appointment I get a call from them telling me that I booked an appointment online and that they didnt have any open spots for the day. I explained that I did not book online and that I dialed a 757 number and spoke to a women who booked the appointment. The associate got rude and said I am the only woman who works here and I know you didnt speake to me the point is we dont have any availability to get your car in today do you want to reschedule or not? I told her I am all set! They just lost a customer! I been getting my tires from them for 8yrs now..What kind of business has a thirdparty making appointments that are not available. How was I suppose to know that the 757 number I called and person who picked up and said Firestone was not actually the Firestone locally. Bad business on their part. Now I have to find another place last minute on a 90 degree day to fix my AC!
