Mike was very professional and helpful. They had my SUV since Dec 12th and I received it back Jan 14th. Although the turnaround time was supposed to be 17 days it was longer. Mike made sure I had a rental car after my time expired for my rental car through my insurance claim. The tire had a slow leak and I returned it. The TPMS sensor light wouldn t stay off for nothing. I had to have my vehicle taken to a Nissan dealership to have the sensor reprogrammed. I would definitely use ebbys again but praying it has nothing to do with tires. Thanks again Mike
