It was a great experience! I d been looking for a dealership to work with me for a few months now, because of my age (18) and no loan experience I knew it would be hard for me to get a new car, even though I had the means to afford it on my own I knew without a co-signer it would be difficult. Josh jumped through the hoops and helped me get the exact vehicle I had talked to him about previously. The finance department was also amazing and worked with me, and helped me stay totally under budget!! I m now 18 with a new 2018 Kia Optima that I pay for, with no co-signers. Thank you Josh and his team for working with and trusting me.

Got over $4000 worth of work done. I had to call to get updates. Cause I was told my truck wouldn t take longer than two days. Dropped off truck on Friday got it back Wednesday. No one ever reached out. after the work was done noticed my truck got scratched up and had new metal clank noise. Took it back. They said they were not responsible For scratches they said looks like I had been keyed. And the metal noise was normal for my brakes that I just never noticed before. Keep in mind I ve had truck for two years and brakes never made that noise. Moral of the story, always take a video of your vehicle before dropping off and do not use this Toyota.

It was my first time buying a car from a dealership they went above and beyond they have more patience than I had they did everything good and did everything great they worked with me and my wife as first time buyers Ron Tomaino was amazing and I do mean amazing the manager was awesome Jessica was very nice and professional also the rest of the team was great my wife and I look forward to the future business thank you all very much for everything we enjoyed Our Time and experience there I highly recommend looking up it's "hot on this lot" on Facebook thank you classic Toyota I look forward to our business in the future keep up the great work thanks again peace and love

If I could put a zero star then I would. Unfortunately I can't.The lady whom showed and test drove the car with my son had absolutely no idea about the car and was very rude to any questions or concerns I had. I believe they put a new inspection sticker on the car without doing a full inspection. Tire had a huge gouge in it when I pointed it out she said it was the last person who test drove it but, with a brand new inspection sticker on it. I believe it was never inspected.she also said the car just showed up on the lot the day before. I will say it was the worst experience I've ever had with a car dealership. I would absolutely never do business with this company nor would I EVER recommend this company to anyone else. To anyone who is thinking of buying a car from this dealership please beware. You will probably get played. This dealership is horrible with horrible experienced people. the tire was supposed to be replaced first thing the next morning when my son went to pick it up they haven't even started yet. But they had our money. Then the lady would not even speak to us when we finally got the cat after 3pm the next day. Rude

I had to visit the service center on two occasions within a two week span. The initial visit was for an oil change and the 20k mile service. However, upon reaching home, I realized that an inspection was also necessary. I had anticipated that they would go above and beyond in addressing my automotive needs, as they had promised when I purchased the car from them. Therefore, the second visit, which I scheduled as a drop-off appointment at 8 am on a Saturday via their online system, turned out to be rather uncomfortable and disappointing. I encountered a service advisor, whose name I unfortunately did not learn, but who had blonde hair and was not wearing glasses. Regrettably, she displayed rudeness by insisting that I drive my car inside the service center, despite my specific selection of the drop-off method.In my opinion, it may be discouraging to continue using this free service if one has to handle situations with service advisors who may lack competence.

Service I received from the parts department was phenomenal. Unfortunately, when I was getting my vehicle serviced, one of the service representatives misquoted me by over $270 dollars and then swore up and down that he had clearly communicated with me the price. This man took ZERO accountability and instead insinuated that I was lying. Be careful when dealing with the service department and ALWAYS ask for a PRINTED itemized estimate for any service work to be done. That way you don t have to deal with service representatives calling customers liars.

Fantastic service and easy buying process. Josh Dennis was exceptionally knowledgeable and had prompt and thorough follow up when we had questions. His proactive approach meant that we were able to get the car we wanted in the trim we wanted despite it being a popular model (Venza). I would highly recommend buying from Classic and Josh.

If you want a sales person who will commit to taking care of you from start to finish, I recommend asking for Anna Goslin. She recently helped me to make my purchase of this 1996 Land Cruiser. She remained focused throughout the entire process and was friendly, even going as far as picking me up from the Airport so I didnt have to drive all the way out. Also a Veteran so if you are a fellow Veteran she will have that in common with you.Thanks Anna!

FOR STARTERS THIS IS NOT A PRIORITY ANYMORE. dont drop your car off here, i had an 8:15 appointment so i dropped my car off before they opened because i had other errands to run. I called at 12:15 because it was just an oil change and a state inspection and THEY STILL HADNT GOTTEN TO IT. turns out they dont prioritize appointments at all. AVOID THIS PLACE

I bought a car Saturday with salesman Josh s assistance. This was a real process but I have to say Josh went above and beyond to get me into a new vehicle that met my needs. I was at the dealership on Friday for a service appointment when Josh approached to enquire if I needed any assistance. This is important because I have been to another Toyota dealership in the area and was ignored for over 30 minutes while looking at a vehicle. Josh s attentiveness meant that he paid attention to what I wanted, needed and what was the dream vehicle. He assisted me with sorting through my options and secured the deal on Saturday after much digging. Each day I find out something else that my new vehicle does and I m very happy with both my purchase and Josh s attentive service. He took the time to hear what I actually needed and got me into the perfect vehicle for me!

As soon as I walked in, I was received courteously. Sean Beck took me to the car I was interested in and walked me through the process, the approval was quite easy, the test drive was seamless. Joshua Dennis was also great. Exceptional service overall. Look forward to driving the car which is very clean.

SERVICE CENTER - TOO TIGHT OIL FILTER CAP!! I had gotten an oil change there as I needed them to look at something that the collision shop had sent to them months before. I usually go to Casey. I had moved out of state and went to get another oil change but they couldn't remove the oil filter cap as it was put on to tightly. They did ask if I wanted them to continue to try but that it most likely would break. I told them not to as I was headed to VA in a week and would take it to the dealer who did the last oil change. I came back here and told them the issue. When the oil change was done I was told they had no problem with removing it. I paid the $93 for the oil/filter change as stated on my receipt and moved along. FF to needing my next oil change. Tell me why the cap would not come off then cracked and took EXCESSIVE force to get off, which now needed replacing. DID PRIORITY TRULY CHANGE MY OIL FILTER ON MY LAST VISIT?? OR AS IT WAS PUT ON TOO TIGHTLY THE TIME BEFORE DID THEY JUST SAY THEY CHANGED IT?? OR DID THEY EVEN CHANGE IT EITHER OF THE 2 TIMES IT WAS BROUGHT THERE?? IDK BUT EITHER THEY NEVER CHANGED IT OR THEY DIDN'T CHANGE IT THE 2ND TIME OR THEY OVERTIGHTENED IT BOTH TIMES. I am doubting it is the later as I can't imagine if a shop couldn't get it off before I brought it there the 2nd time they wouldn't have.

SERVICE DEPARTMENT WILL LIE TO YOU AND RIP YOU OFF! Had my wife take my truck in for a front end alignment 1/19/24. We were charged $139 for a front end alignment we did not receive. service writer told my wife that the tech tried for 40 minutes to loosen the tie rods but was unable to do so. Quoted $900 to replace tie rods so alignment could be done. 1st Red Flag how can you replace them if you can not get them off??? When my wife returned with the truck i was able to loosen tie rods on both sides while laying in my driveway. Called service department and told them i was able to loosen the tie rods with little effort. The service writer spoke with me on the phone like i was an idiot. (our business repairs and services equipment) Service writer told me that the jamb nut was not the issue, it was the tie rod itself. I told him i would send a video of me removing it. He quote " I Challenge you to remove it, if a master service tech can't remove it I know you cant!" in short i sent a 13 second video of me removing the tie rod. Was instantly offered a free alignment or refund. I obviously opted for the refund, however my wife had to drive an hour back to the dealership to get a refund because the credit card had to be present. To make it worse we were told a few months back we needed new brakes and rotors less than 30 days after we replaced them. I am not sure if this is a shady business practice or very inexperienced "MASTER SERVICE TECH's" no matter which it is there is no excuse for this!

I just want to start by saying that Justin (Sales Manager) and Yanira (Sales Consultant) are heaven sent. I was so nervous when I went in not knowing what to expect because buying a car can be stressful. Justin took his time and explained EVERYTHING to me. He was patient and kind and listened to my needs. He went above and beyond to get me what I wanted and didn't stop until I was happy and satisfied. Yanira was always kind answering every single question I had. She went above and beyond to find the perfect car. In the end, I didn't get what I originally wanted but what I got was something even better that i could have ever imagined. I GOT A NICE RELIABLE VEHICLE THAT I LOVE. Our experience was great at Classic Toyota. We were looking at another dealership but got a weird feeling and headed to Classic Toyota Hampton. We were welcomed, not pushed into anything, and had the color and trim level Highlander we were looking for shipped in. Highly recommend working with Joshua Dennis, he was super helpful, nice, and informative. Definitely recommend Classic Toyota Hampton for your Toyota needs!

Never liked dealing with car dealership until I met these folks. This is a repeat buy, and will continue dealing with this dealership. Very patient, took their time, no hard sell, and got me what I wanted at a very reasonable price. And free oil changes for life... Would highly recommend.

I went to a few places but due to my budget they weren't able to help. I saw Josh here at Classic Totoya of Hampton. He worked really hard to find me something and I LOVE the vehicle. Just when I thought I couldn't get a vehicle they made it happen. I worked with Josh and the manager was Bob Johns, finance manager was Jess and Ashley was my delivery coordinator I would highly recommend these guys. I will definitely be back and I'm telling everyone at work to go see Josh.

James Fralin is the only person I will go to for a vehicle. He makes you feel like a priority and it doesn t stop after you make a purchase. Every time I am in the building for service, he speaks and refers to me by name. Professionalism is extremely top notch!

Where s the 0 star button? I m sorry but a $5,000 market adjustment on a 2024 Tacoma SR5 . Mind you this is March 2024 as I m writing this (the pandemic has ended, there s no shortages at all). We re also talking the mid tier trim here for 53 GRAND after they added a $1600 addition charge of paid maintenance (that is FREE for 2 years with any new Toyota). What a joke, this dealership is out to scam you, shop elsewhere.
