This is just one of the many things that we got back on our brand new car that was supposed to be repaired by this shop that came back worse, 3 months later. We had after market brand new Katzkin leather put in this car only for them to take windows out and leave it sitting outdoors. They were supposed to be repairing body work on the front and back passenger side. We can not get this off. Not sure what it is

Usaa customers DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT go to Hampton collision. They take the insurance money and move other companies customers ahead. They quoted repair s of 18k when I m sure it s not even half that. They had my moms car since August of last year. Consulting a lawyer for compensation and inconvenience. It's hit or miss with this place. Our first visit was a great one. Great service and workmanship.Our last visit was awful.The work was incomplete, the car was dirty inside (there was grease on the seat and gravel on the floor!) and attempts to resolve the issue were rebuffed. The manager (owner?) told us to bring the car back so they could complete the work. I scheduled vacation to do this and called to let them know when we'd be getting there. They told us that time was not good because they wouldn't be there. Apparently the entire shop took that particular afternoon off.We won't be going back.

Office Manager: I was given an estimate to repair my car. I was told the part was ordered. Periodically, I called, was told the part had not arrived or someone would call me back. Needless to say, no one never contacted me. Almost nine months later, I was still waiting for confirmation from Hampton Collision Center. No call. No confirmation, nothing. Trying to get my car repaired through your company has been a very dismal discouraging depressing experience for me. As of yesterday, I'm scheduled to have my car repaired at one of your neighboring competitors. On Yelp or on social media, I would rate Hampton Collision Center, a zero. Hampton collision center is the very worst. I would never recommend your company to anyone, ever. You wasted my time and you're simply thoughtless. Hampton Collision did the estimate and repairs on my car after I was rear ended. They were incredibly helpful, professional, and understanding during the process. Communication was great, they kept me updated during the repair process and when I got my vehicle back, it looked amazing! Gonna start this by saying I have never left a negative review. Years ago (probably 2019) my wifes car was backed into in a parking lot. Our insurance scheduled us with Hampton Collision and the experience was great--quick work and attention to detail. Staff was friendly and helpful, everything was great.The second experience has been a complete 180.Long story short my wifes car was damaged in late August 2022 but still operable. We filed an insurance claim, got a few quotes and decided to go back to Hampton Collision because of our past experience. Initially my wifes car was scheduled to be worked on in November. In November, January, February, April and now May the work was rescheduled due to parts being on backorder. Each time we were assured the parts would be in, and because of ease we decided to keep letting it be rescheduled. Today (Friday) I called to make sure we were still good to go for the work scheduled to begin Monday so I could line up the rental car. The gentleman that answered the phone told me the phone lines and internet are down and that I should have gotten a call from the receptionist letting me know the work would have to be rescheduled again. Talking to him further he said they had been backed up on work since January of 2022. I asked why they even took on new work in August and he dodged the answer. Not sure whats going on here but it sounds like either Covid did alot of harm to this place or theyre just being mismanaged. Take your car somewhere else.

I took my car there for repairs on October 4, 2022...... . I called almost every week to see where they were in the process of fixing my car . . .for several months I was told the parts were ordered but were not in yet . . . .about about 3 months - In January 2023 I was told the company sent the wrong part and they were waiting for the correct part to be sent . . .. January, February, March - when I called "their system was down" and they could not tell me when the part would arrive . . . late April when I called I got this recording "the number you are calling is not in service at this time"! On May 1, 2023 the insurance company informed me that NO PARTS WERE EVER ORDERED FOR MY CAR! Every time I called - I was LIED to . . . . . so a tow truck went to the shop and picked up my car to deliver it to a new body shop!!!!

The body work was done well and I have no complaints there. The issue is that I have been waiting 6.5 months on the rear gate Nissan Badge to come in. They keep saying they are trying to get it but can't, from their supplier. I have asked them to simply give me the money to purchase one myself, since it was already paid for in the insurance claim. Meanwhile on E-bay, I can find them available. Actually the original one was not damaged in the wreck and could have been used again.Services: Body & Trim, Auto rear window replacement

I've had two experiences with Hampton Collision Center and they've both been great. They first time I needed them, someone side-swiped my car. I filed an insurance claim. They set up my car rental for me and performed my repairs in less than a day. They second time I used them was for a busted glass. It took forever to get the part due to COVID related shortages (Nothing against Hampton Collision Center. That was a nation wide issue with Nissan). Once I got the glass, they were able to schedule me quickly to repair my glass and they HAND WASHED my car! I don't know if you've ever had a window busted for months, but having my car cleaned was heavenly! Excellent service, excellent prices, and just great people overall!Services: Painting, Auto glass repair

Hampton Collision Center was overall a good experience. I was referred to them by my at fault driver's insurance company due to them mentioning that the repair would be covered by a lifetime warranty. Hampton Collision Center gave a quick quote and an accurate repair time of two weeks. We were given our van back on the exact date they quoted us, which was nice to see a company deliver on its promises. Upon inspection of our van on the day of pickup we did notice the driver's side mirror was scratched that previously wasn't. They ordered us a new one with no further questions asked. Their repair work was great and you could never tell our van was in a accident. The day after we brought our van home we noticed the air conditioning wasn't working and I knew the ac compressor was something that had been replaced by Hampton Collision Center. We called Hampton Collision Center and they were apologetic and quick to get our van looked at and fixed. They provided us a rental van for the one day they gave our van a thorough look over to fix the ac and the driver's side mirror had came in so they replaced that as well the same day. They were also nice enough to buff out some scratches that one of my kids put into our passenger side door free of charge for our inconvenience of having to bring the van back in. Mistakes happen and Hampton Collision Center owned their mistakes and were prompt and professional on correcting them. That goes a long way in my book. I would recommend Hampton Collision Center to anyone who is looking to get quality repairs done by professionals who are courteous and fulfill their promises.Services: Body & Trim, Air conditioning

I used Hampton Collision Center to repair my passenger door after my neighbor backed into it. They did an amazing job fixing my truck. The replacement door was damaged. They notified me and ordered another replacement door. When I got my truck back, it looked great. I would strongly recommend this company! Top notch customer service!

I have taken all my cars to Hamption Collison center, I like to have no collision at all but you can't control life when others driving your car but when something happens you can take it to the best. The people have always been professional and very courteous. I recommend this organization to anyone who needs collision repair.

This situation with my car has never happened to me so I started out distraught. The manager and staff at Hampton collision was ABOVE top notched. They kept me aware of what was being done to my car every single day and kept me at ease. Superior service hands down and on top of that, made my car look like it just came off the showroom floor. Reassurance was what I needed and they provided it so well. If I could give ten stars I would.

I got rear ended back in May and Hampton Collision Center fixed my car last week. We arrived just as they opened and the receptionists were friendly and professional. They called Enterprise immediately so we could get picked up quickly. My car was fixed within two days and when we picked it up, it was spotless! The bumper looked perfect, they did a great job repairing it. They even vaccumed the interior and removed some trash I had inside my car! My car looks brand new and I'm so totally happy with the work they did! Five stars!

Great service, and knowledgeable reps, who will guide you step by step through the whole process. I worked with Hector and Betty and they are awesome! I was rear-ended, and my bumper was fixed flawlessly. My Caddy is riding clean again. Wait time for the repairs was aprox 2 days

Very friendly service, kept me updated with calls daily. They had to custom order the paint so it took 1 day longer, but they kept me informed on the situation. Picked up my vehicle and it looks amazing. Very friendly and professional staff - I definitely recommend this company for auto repairs.

They had my car for nearly and entire 30 days and never, not once, called me with an update. The day before I am to pick up my vehicle I give them a call to see which time I should be there and they tell me it will take 2 more days. No one bothered to update me with information and I believe that is the utmost unprofessional move an auto shop could make. Who waits for the client to call the day before to deliver a message like that.? I do not recommend this place. I will not be sending anymore of my vehicles or friends their way.

I've never been in an accident where I had to have major repairs done to my vehicle. This place was suggested by my old insurance (statefarm) and I went in to get an estimate of the damage done to my rear right corner bumper and it came up to a large amount. The lady in charge of my vehicle told me what they would replace and about how long it would take. She told me it shouldn't take any more than 2 weeks tops. I turned my vehicle in on July 11 and every week they tell me it'll be ready by Friday. I get an email (the day of pickup) telling me that it won't be ready till the following Friday. They had to order more parts, which is fine and understandable, but you don't inform the client a day before pick up that it will take another week to finish. Now that was a week and a half to two weeks ago. I got an email (today) telling me the estimated date and time for pick up won't be till next Friday, the 10th. They will have had my vehicle for a month next Friday and they're still not notifying me of what's going on and why it's taking so long. Unless they're waiting on parts to come from the other side of the world somewhere there's no reason why they shouldn't be done. I called them today to talk with the lady in charge of my vehicle and I'm still waiting for a call back. This is the first and only time I'll ever use Hampton collision center. If there's ever a next accident and I have to have major repairs done I'm taking my vehicle to a dealership or someone I know that can get the job done and in a reasonable amount of time.

TAKE YOUR VEHICLE SOMEWHERE ELSE!This is State Farm's preferred repair center but I don't see why/how. They did a shoddy paint job on my vehicle and told me it would be 2-3 months before it could be re-done correctly. After 90 days w/o any follow-up from them I personally called and re-scheduled my own repair. Once they finally corrected the first botched job I got my car back and now it shakes at high speeds. I called the very next day and said my car didn't have this issue when I dropped it off. Betty's exact words to me were, "it's a coincidence".If you want a job done right the first time this is NOT the place!

My white car needed a paint job as the manufacturer paint was peeling off. Hampton Collison Center did an awesome job! I will definitely go back if needed for paint and/or body work!

They suck sorry guess I should of done it my self it would of had it been done right. If I could give them no stars I would someone hit me in the rear end twice they were the last one to do it. It was all good up until I found something we didn't see the first time they looked at it. After it got new paint on the rear bumper you can see the damage on the tailgate no one ever questioned it or called me to ask me if it was like that. Couple days later they call me back in to fix it two or three days they said. 5 days went by no call which was a Friday I called them to ask when it would be done they said it was done Wednesday nice to know. The biggest thing the grapes mean is I hooked up my trailer my turn signal didn't work. I started thinking something was wrong with my trailer went through all my wiring. Started thinking let me look at my plug they replaced they wired it Up wrong. The only two wires they had right was the marker lights and brakes I don't know who got took worst insurance company or me they charge them for all new parts don't look like it to me......

I scheduled an estimate with Betty. Came out front to see my car and made a fast assessment of what the car needs. I explained the car was pulling a bit to the left while driving , she countered it and said we can only fix the bumper everything else you have to do on your own . I explained the car was driving just fine prior to the hit, I would like for a mechanic to at least drive the vehicle for a professional opinion. Betty continued with her combative stance speaking for State Farm saying well statefarm isn t going to pay for that, it s either the bumper or nothing . I asked if we could meet half way, I am not demanding an alignment just a mechanic to drive the vehicle. Betty realized her difficult tone and scheduled for a mechanic to drive the vehicle two weeks later. I decided to take my business elsewhere, Suttle autobody took my car in the next day. The adjuster took note of the bumper hit and suggested that while the bumper/fender was hit the wheel may have been hit also. I recommend to stay away from Hampton Collision and drive an extra 5 minutes to Newport News for better service. I encourage management to council their members as the adjuster is one of the first faces we the customers see representing the company.

First time repair ok,If I could have posted no stars I would havesecond one I got my truck back with front end damage and unable to four wheel align truck, took to mechanic for additional 534.00 repairI asked for additional parts to be installed I was told what I wanted was not available and would cost over 800.00 for a bed cover installed by him. Jamie also told me that stainless steel rails were no longer made for my year make and model.a quick google search provided me with many rail options, so I called the company Crutchman in Newport News they informed me they had on display the liner in question. This is where the owner Jamie told me he would go, and also informed me it could be installed by them for half the amount Jamie quoted me and those rails not made any more, could be installed as well.

after our car wAs damage in an accident, I took the car to Jamie at Hampton collision and in less than 2 weeks the car wAs ready to go. My wife was beyond happy and the car is perfect . So thanks to everyone at Hampton collision for the great Work . I highly recommend Hampton collision if you need your car repair.
