Caliber collision in Hampton, Virginia, has amazing customer service. They really took care of my family while we were there even though we did have some issues with the car they were very quick to make everything right. Thank you Megan and Heidi for amazing customer service.

Caliber Collision exceeded my expectations for the repair needed on my truck bumper and tail lights.They were patient and polite considering I had to reschedule quite a few times and I found the text updates regarding the progress of my vehicle repair very helpful.I believe the representatives that assisted me were Sarah and her manager Jenny.I finally have my truck looking as it did when I first bought it. Caliber Collision on Thomas street has exceptional customer service and the manager is just phenomenal. Additionally, the service repair work is on a level next to none. This was my second time having repair services completed with Caliber Collision on Thomas street and if the need ever arise again, I won t hesitate to let my insurance company know that Caliber is my only option and its non-negotiable.Dr. Brooks

This was the first time I heard of this company. They detailed how the repair would be evaluated and once done they would contact me with an estimate of time needed. Once they nailed down the completion date they kept me informed of the progress each step of the way.Once I got the call it was ready I couldn t even tell I had been hit. It looks stunningly beautiful. Then they even detailed the car. It was cleaner than when I took it in. That was above and beyond and such a nice surprise.But service does not stop here. If there is ever an issue with their repair they fix it, though I inspected it and it is impossible to see how anything could happen. It is rock solid and perfect in every way.I am glad I chose this company to do my repairs.Service: Painting

I have to say I have not been too impressed by the auto service industry here in Virginia. But the ladies at Caliber on Thomas are amazing. Workmanship is impeccable. On top of that they got it done a week and half earlier then they quoted.

I worked with the Thomas Street location in Hampton, VA and their customer service was amazing. I had to reschedule my original appointment and they got me in as soon as they could which was a week out. They informed me every step of the way. They work with the rental car company to make it a seamless process for you. My overall experience was very pleasant. I recommend using Caliber Collision you will not be disappointed.

Took my van there to be repaired on the passenger side. Maurice was rude to me twice over the phone and raised his voice at me.We picked up our vehicle and the next day I could see color differences in the paint. Looking closer I saw that the body work was incomplete but they painted over it anyways.On 8-20-18 we took our van back for them to address the issues.On 8-22-18 one of their employees wrecked our van in their parking lot.Caliber collision took full responsibility and said they would repair the new damages.They called us to come pick up the van, the new damages appeared to be fixed, however when I looked at our original wrecked side the were pits in the paint, I could see the primer and the door panel is still wavy.Maurice argued with me and raised his voice yet again stating that they were rock chips from driving. I responded with how are they chips when caliber just painted this part and it hasn't been driven? He then said it was orange peel. I said if your referring to the texture of the paint your wrong. After he continued to argue with me I asked him to walk away from me and for someone else to handle the vehicle.State farm sent an adjuster out and agreed the passenger side needed to be fixed at caliber collisions expense.Caliber collision requested since the new door skin wouldn't be in till 9-5-18 for us to pick up our van and turn in the rental. I agreed so that I could make sure the vehicle was driving correctly from the damages they caused in their parking lot.That Saturday morning I couldn't drive the van without warning lights coming on for steering issues and I had to steer the car way to the left to keep it straight on the road.On 9-4-18 I informed caliber collision of the steering issues and told them I would only bring the van back to them if they had a chrysler dealership diagnose and fix all mechanical issues from the damaged they caused.On 9-5-18 Rick the manager said all issues were resolved at the chrysler dealership.On a hunch I felt he was not fully being truthful, I called the chrysler dealership and found that I was lied to.The chrysler dealership informed caliber collision that the van could not be aligned that they suggested to replace the front struts because one or both were bent.Caliber collision disagreed and rejected the fix, even after Chrysler's recommendation.I then informed the chrysler dealership not to release the car back to caliber collision and that I would file a separate insurance claim for the damages they caused.So a little over a month for a 5 day repair and the original passenger side still is not complete. Plus now we have new damages to contend with.I would recommend this place to no one.The lady at the front desk was very nice however.And Shelley who took over the claim from maurice ,the rude guy, was also very nice.Good luck to anyone who chooses to go to this place!

They had my vehicle for 2months got it back and the runner lights flashes non stop while lights are on which made car fail inspection. Instead of them admitting fault on their end they told me it's a recall on the lights but these lights were fine before the accident. Insurance paid now they don't want to fix everyone playing blame game just fix my car it just turned 1 year old this July so just fix you're mistake.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

Very professional. They did an excellent job fixing my vehicle. They always kept me updated on everything that was happening. From start to finish they made sure I knew everything. They were finish with my vehicle within a reasonable time, didn t take long at all. I believe it was Melissa that I had the pleasure in speaking to and working with. They were really great if at any time I need repairs done again to my vehicle. There would be no hesitation I would chose them again.

After my car was damaged in a car accident, my insurance referred me to Caliber Collision. I have been nothing but pleased by the care and service provided by the Caliber Collision team. Melissa and Sarah kept me abreast of my repairs via phone or email at least twice weekly from start to finish.Melissa especially was kind, caring, and informed. In fact, when I first dropped off my car, she did not ask about what was needed for the repair, but rather about my well-being. That let me know that I was in the right place - people before product. Thanks to the service team that completed my repairs within the 6-8 week timeframe. My past experiences have been a FIVE STAR EXPERIENCE.I have had repair and cosmetic work performed/completed on/for my Audi's before with superb quality and results.I wanted to have them perform a bit of cosmetic work on my 2019.I went to them, and they informed they do not accept cash/credit cards as payment now.They will ONLY accept WORK for an INSURANCE COMPANY.VERY DISAPPOINTED in not accepting cash for repair work..Maybe there is more money in/with/for insurance claims(?).Now I have to find a REPUTABLE and RELIABLE body shop that I feel I can TRUST for automotive body repairs/repairs.

I think that overall the job was done adequately, however given the total cost of the repairs, over 5,000$, and the time the car was in the shop they couple have buffed out a couple blemishes, it would have taken a couple hours of their time and they would have delivered a vehicle that is much better than how it entered their shop. I have not had body work done since 2009 (luckily) so I am certainly not an expert on the subject a small fix would have gone a long way.Service: Body & Trim

Tracey was awesome through this whole experience and worked with me to get my vehicle done in a timely manner. She was polite and made the customer experience amazing. Suzan my service advisor kept me updated through the entire process, sent me pictures, and kept me updated without having to call or ask what was going on. Went in for car repairs after an accident. Staff was amazing so friendly and knowledgeable. They sent me regular updates and finished on time. My car had been involved in a hit and run and had a huge, ugly dent in the front, right fender. When Caliber Collision finished with it, it looked brand new. The customer service people that I interacted with were kind and helpful. Hopefully I will not be involved in another accident, but if I were, I would definitely be returning here.

Called in today and was greeted by Nichole who was very nice. Had an issue with my bumper clips coming loose on my Corolla. Seems to be an issue with these cars. She let me know I could come in (same day) and have Tim take a look.I was in and out in less than 15 minutes! Tim is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He personally assisted me with my vehicle and fixed my bumper. And as an added bonus, he even fixed my trunk latch too!Will definitely be back and I highly recommend them to anyone in the Hampton area.Thank you so much Tim.
