I always get my tires done at BJ's. So I called yesterday (Friday) to make an appointment. Mind you I did not ask if they had an appointment for today (Saturday). I was just waiting to hear what they have available. So the guy tells me oh we can take you tomorrow (on Saturday) at 12pm. So I'm like tomorrow at 12 ok I'll take it. I come no one even greets me, two workers were in the waiting area. They both just walked into the bay area where they fix cars. So another lady walks in and waits for a little bit. No workers come back out until she calls out in the bay area. They couldn't find my appointment. They need to work on communication. This the first time it's happened, but poor customer service is not okay. I wouldn't have been as upset if someone would have greeted me and at least apologized for the mistake on the appointment.

Very excited to see a BJs open near where I live since I enjoyed eating there when living in San Diego. Single working mom who gets take out frequently. I ordered dinner through their website which was easy and convenient. Website stated order would be ready at 4:45pm. I arrived at restaurant at 4:50 and parked in "take out" parking spots. A sign stated to call the number listed below and someone would bring order to your car. Called #, no answer. No problem, assumed they were busy so I got out of car and entered restaurant to pick up order. Restaurant has clean with nice decor and was greeted by hostess when entering. I was directed to counter next to bar to pick up my order. I stood at counter for 15 mins without anyone assisting me. Made eye contact with bar tender, and 2 other employees behind the bar. No one acknowledged my presence. Two servers were talking by the bar ( assuming waiting for drink orders) no one even asked " did you need some help?" Went to hostess and asked her to cancel my order. Will go elsewhere.

Best checker/bagger I have ever had. Ever. Anywhere. (And I am not young)Our last check-out experience at Sam's was not good.We knew she was pleasant before we got in line. And amazing at loading the cart.And we found everything on our very long list except fresh herbs. That never happens.

Really low quality and overpriced service at Tire center. I went there this Sunday afternoon because I caught a bolt in my tire on Mercury. I get there and the place is empty with one person who looked at the tire and said they couldn't plug it and didn't even carry the tire; which is a standard sedan sized tire. told me its a 115 to just order the tire.... clearly no one wanted to work today. I will be buying my tire for $60 dollars at Amazon.

O stars if not for Brandon and Phil. Good customer service while dealing with under stocked tires and being under manned every time I buy tires. They just keep working hard and trying to make the experience good for the costumers.

Came in for tire rotation, and Josh was great! I ll ask for him every time I come here! Couldn t of Had a better experience , give my man a raise!

Purchased my last set of tires from BJ's and it was a pleasant experience overall. They offer free tire rotations for the life of the tires (when you buy from them).

The tire centerGreat customer service. Even when I was highly upset about not getting the tires I originally wanted. They still made everything work out and where professional and caring. I'm highly impressed.

Spent 30 minutes waiting in the tire shop and no one ever came to help me. Even after looking at me several times through the window. They saw I was there waiting.
