Butch Webster is the finest manager I've ever seen. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly, he makes everything feel easy. I love this store more than any other in the area and it's because of the people like butch who work here.

Never had an issue with this location until today. My app showed an item in stocks at this store but the clerk REFUSED to look. He acknowledged that the item was probably in the store but he simply didn't feel like looking. Unreal.

I like the self check out for quick things like Anti-freeze instead of having to wait in line. It s super convent

Got the wrong windshield wiper clips. I figured the size was specific as far as length not knowing that different cars have different fittings to attach blades. I learned that day. The refunded and replaced and showed me how to install all within 10 minutes of me realizing I messed up. Great service! Fast and friendly.

Luckily I was able to receive the product I needed. However, the clerk, (big guy w glasses) was very rude, had an attitude and was unknowledgeable about the item I needed. Almost sold me the wrong part. Whatever his name, lacks customer service and quite frankly, lacks a decent attitude. That s all.

Mr. Webster, the manager, was AWESOME! He went above and beyond to assist me. I didn't expect to receive customer service like this and this will be the only AZ I visit on that side of town. I was AMAZED and overlooked satisfied. Thank you again Mr. Webster! Headlight customer and tune up recommendation customer.

Rosie helped me and did a test on my battery, alternator and starter and gave me some really helpful advice! I was in and out in 10 minutes, highly recommend!

I believe it was Butch who helped me! My car battery died and I had so much problems getting off the old one to install the new one. (A screw was to tight) I was so happy he trusted me enough to lend me a missing tool. He was so helpful. And honestly I was overwhelmed. But I got the job done and they were nice enough to double check my work. I returned later for them to check the charge of the battery. And I was all set! Thanks again for the amazing service!

I was raised off of Kecoughtan rd as a teenager, my dad would always come to this location. Mr Butch has been working at this location for years. Fast forward to now I m 35 years old and I live off of Magruder Blvd. I pass many auto stores just to come and see Mr. Butch at this location. He s not only knowledgeable, but extremely kind and helpful. He s gives off a Dad vibe how he jumps to help everyone with their car issues. He seems to really enjoy what he does and I just want him to know that he is appreciated! He s been helping me with every car for years. The best location period!

The parking lot is incredibly dicey. The actual store, and associates are great. I always get wonderful service when I shop there. I've also been accosted in the parking lot on several occasions for money. A couple of times those doing the accosting were aggressive. The man who wanted me to buy him a steak very much believed I should do just that. The woman who would walk around asking for money all the time was clearly not in her right mind. I haven't seen her in a while.

Staff changed, therefore, service not the same!I shop there when I need parts, however, my rewards earned are not allowed. Something is wrong with new staff!

The employees are ALWAYS ..ALWAYS very helpful and kind. I frequent this shop about 7 to 8 times a year . They always remember me and go above and beyond un their customer service . 10/10 service

I was in and out in about 15 minutes with brake pads, rotors, DOT3 fluid, brake cleaner, brake pad grease, windshield wipers, and jack-stands. All I had to do was say what vehicle I was getting parts for and they looked everything up and pulled the parts I needed for me while I grabbed the jack-stands.

They are always helpful however, I do believe that there should be some sort of requirements like "Knowledge" of the parts and vehicles instead of relying on computers
