Went to the new one located off W Mercury Street, off of Power Plant in Hampton Virginia. I needed a new battery and hold down. The young lady that helped me was Amazing! Super nice, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. She is honestly the type of person that you want working for you. She has a great personality and puts you at ease. I asked for a top tier battery at a certain price point and she picked an amazing one (I've used it before) and she found the sturdy hold down I needed. She also recommended getting these pads to go on the threads of the battery to keep it from corroding etc. I didn't even know they had something like that and only $4. Would 100% recommend going here

The kind Gentelman named John went above and beyond to assist me. I am so glad I visited this Autozone. Being that they didn't have exactly what I wanted he took my number assured me he'd get back in contact within business hrs to see if I still needed it. John was Great and instead of going to Advance I will wait on it from John at Autozone.

Joe Seriously Went The Extra Mile Helping Me, I Was Put In A Position Where I Didnt Really Know What To Do Im Glad I Came To This Spot. Christina (Commercial Manager) was awesome! I had made the same purchase with her a few weeks back. I needed to purchase more oil and was headed back to Richmond so figured I would swing by this AutoZone again. The first time I visited this store, Christina took the time to help me find what I needed. I asked if there were any specials or anything. She had advised me about the Quaker State being on clearance. Then she I asked if there were any more in stock there, and there weren t so she looked up numerous stores and let me know who had what in stock. She took her time to help! She communicated with me professionally and was very friendly! Professional, polite, respectful and helpful! I could not have asked for more! I highly recommend THIS AutoZone and Christina! Rachel at the Auto zone marketplace gets 5 stars from me for her legendary customer service. I had to return a part that was defective and she handled it right away. We got the new part the next day and my problem was resolved! She has a great attitude and a nice way with customers. When I have a car need in the future, Autozone Marketplace is my choice!

I came in this place earlier and bought a part (ordered) and went to pick it up with a few other things and got home...no parts. Lazy homeboy up front. Not very customer friendly either Won't be going to this place again

Normally the customer service was great but not today. The guy who helped me wasn t as helpful as I thought and looked at me like I was not knowledgeable of my vehicle. I thought they did an oil change and his professionalism wasn t good. The energy was low, the customer who I let in the door had a horrible low energy IDK. Very disappointed

If you want a good auto parts store, with anything you need as far as parts for your vehicle, look no further. AutoZone, on Marketplace Drive, Hampton, VA will take great care of you. I have been to this location two times in the past month, and was helped with open arms both times. On my first visit, my car was turning over slowly, so I went to have my battery checked free of charge, and Viet, found that my battery was at the end of it's life, and helped recommend the best battery for my vehicle, and helped me install it within a matter of a few minutes. Then, on my second visit, I needed new windshield wipers for my vehicle, and Andrew, recommended the best wipers for my vehicle, and I was back on the road with my new wipers installed within a matter of 10 minutes. Just want to let everyone know this particular location is awesome, and the employees are the best. Thank you for everything AutoZone, Marketplace Drive, Hampton VA. God Bless P.S. Great experience at the Marketplace location. Fast friendly service while getting my battery tested and replaced. The Parts Mgr, Chris, was awesome as was CJ(Cameron) when he changed my battery. They don't know how much they helped me the day before I was to take my daughter to college. They are the best!

First off, I just wanted to say that the man who helped my brother and I had the worst attitude. I don t know what we did wrong to deserve that but we didn t deserve it. I asked the employee for assistance and he was on his phone while I asked him for help. He told us to go ahead and pull up to the curb we did and when we did, he looked at the car and said naw I m not even going to bother opening the hood, you guys open it then he said that he couldn t replace our battery, which we understood. However, we THANKED him politely and he didn t say anything back. Don t understand why he had to give us attitude. His name is Viet.

Pretty good friendly staff willing to help do almost anything didn't carry the parts I needed very disappointing. They could tell me if I was having a problem with the car but they couldn't help me fix it with the parts imagine that an auto parts store that doesn't have the parts you need

Went into Auto Zone looking for a windshield shade and Aaron waited on me and went beyond what he needed to do. I had no idea the measurements of my window so I could make sure the shade would fit and Aaron measured my window for me. After purchasing the shade I was having difficulty placing it n my window and Aaron came outside and showed me how it went.Thank u Aaron for your customer service towards me. I appreciate it much

My experience at this store was terrible, i was there a couple days ago and I wasn t greeted kindly. When I went to check out, The manger Viet had the audacity to tell me what I need for my car after I had already gotten what I came in for and continued to tell me I was wrong, and I was leaving he said a vile side remark

I found this place a lot comfortable and nice to shop parts for my Hyundai Tucson car. The shop staff were friendly and helpful. Will always get there for more when Hampton.
