I was towed in a handicap space in PTC. I am disabled and thought I put the right placard in the window. I called in my food at twisted crab like I do every Tuesday. As I was crossing the street the tow truck was speeding through. I got my food. I seen my van on the tow truck so I ran across the street. I m waving behind it and yelling. He stopped then kept on going. I was in a panic because there are no signs anywhere. I called the police and they gave me the info. The person on the phone was very rude. And I said are you targeting the poor. He said yes and that I needed to pay $145 cash. The police came with PTC security and said they were supposed to call hpd and that they were wrong. The officer told me to call back and ask if they would give me a break since I had proof in the car. He was once again rude and said I had to pay 145 cash. I finally get there after being stranded for what seemed like an eternity. The office was in the truck that towed me and he wanted to see my placard card which shouldn t matter. He claimed he didn t see me which I don t know how when I was directly behind him. And had the nerve to say the owner was nice and was willing to cut me a break but I wrote a review m. I m like I didn t even get to write one I was too busy being stranded and trying to find a ride and money. This is a horrible company and how is the staff David Barlow who towed me writing reviews? Very unprofessional company taking advantage of people

This is a great company for towing. The guy who owns this is an honest & upstanding guy. Most reviews left are from disgruntled drivers who get towed for reasons that are legitimate or from people who call this company but looking for another towing company that shares this yard.

They share lot with another towing company. Only phone number in clear view where the cars are. Rude on the phone once they discover you are a client of the partnering business.
