Great job. Had a death in family and they had no problem adjusting my appointment to fit my needs. They were very friendly and were surprisingly quick. They also have the best prices. I was very surprised and completely delighted. 5 stars for sure.

They work very quick, clean and the cheapest around! My husband's back window broke when trying to move a TV for my mom. We called and AGN was the cheapest and would get the replacement in the soonest. They even vacuumed all remaining broken glass from the truck. If we ever need another window replacement they will be our first and only choice.

Great experience having my windshield replaced by this company. They worked with my insurance .. scheduled me within 3-4 days of calling .. started the work exactly at my appointment time .. and the guy who did the work was quick and efficient! Took 45 minutes to remove replace and recalibrate

Unfortunately had to replace a side window in my vehicle. Tough situation but after calling Auto Glass Now and speaking with Mason, we were able to find it and have it installed quickly, even with a couple hiccups in getting the right part. Waiting room was small but never overcrowded. Pleasant staff. Very competitive pricing for the area. Would certainly go here again if need be!

I had a 2pm appt. I checked in just before 2 and it was an hour and 20 minutes before my car went in the shop. I had checked in as a insurance referral and was charged the full amount at check out, when I should have been charged my deductible. The workmanship was EXCELLENT.

About an hour to an hour and half after I got there my truck was ready. The price was incredibly low compared to what my insurance wanted me to pay which was a $1,000 at another place and they were $200 less out of pocket from the other place as well. I would recommend them and I will use them again in the future. I love that you can apply for and use Zip so you don t have to come out of pocket with the full amount.

Did a fantastic job with the repair but failed to not scratch the paint on my 2024 mustang!! I left them a towel in the car to use just in case but it got ignored. When I confronted the receptionist about the first words out her mouth was a childish lie and once I proved her wrong she tired to adjust her story. Then when I pressed for resolution she lied about a district manager contacting me as well as asked an employee to come to the front as if he was supposed to be security lol. So I had to file a complaint with the better business bureau at the headquarters of this company I will not be disrespected by a desk clerk who didn t inspect my car nor worked on it or even offer me a WAVIER TO SIGN stating they can not be held liable for damages during installation. But it was the lack of professionalism that angered me. The only mistake this company has is bitter desk workers who need to be taught a lesson or two about conducting good business THE CUSTOMERS ALWAYS RIGHT!!!!

Needed a new windshield for a failed inspection around the holidays, and I needed it before my son drove back to college. The day before Thanksgiving, they scheduled us for the first time slot on Friday. We were able to be in and out within an hour. Very affordable, and very happy with their work.

Well, the price was about $100 less than the competitors, but I was not overwhelmed by the job. Both corners of the molding are rippled, and I was told that because it comes on a roll, it just sometimes does that and that in time, it "might" flatten out "some." Also, in the bottom corner, the rubber piece that should be on top of the molding was shoved down under and not even bothered to be pulled out.We moved to FL shortly after getting the windshield, and within a month or so, a crack appeared, coming up from the base of it, under the rubber. There is no sign of anything hitting it; the crack gets smaller as it moves upward. And now there is another crack, again, coming from under the edge of the rubber.

They were very quick for a windshield replacement. Was done on my work truck. I doubt it even took a whole hour. Didn't miss any real time from work. The price was excellent. I was very pleased with this establishment, my quote was $80 less than I paid for my last windshield 3 years ago and the man who did it was very professional and timely. Orlando Hall put my windshield in and he even took the time to put my auto starter tucked back in, the last installer simply left it hanging so I made sure to go back in and personally thank him. I would recommend this place and will be telling all my friends.

I had a 3pm appointment and it s now 3:55 and I have not been seen. I brought my baby to the appointment because they said I would be in and out. Now I get the excuse of the appointment would take 1 to 1 1/2 hour including wait time which was not even said when I booked the appointment. Frustrated is an understatement. Waiting for the district manager to give me a call.

Symptom:Leaking water into truck cab when it rains from previously improperly installed/set windshield. Out of state from that initial shop.Discovered location having driven by - good google reviews.Pros: Saturday: Great customer service - Our first point of contact (CSR 1) who scheduled our service was efficient and knowledgeable. Ordered for following Monday service. Monday - Vehicle's new windshield appears solid, but still need to wait a few days for final assessment. Probably will be fine. It looks good. Aside a short message intro-recording, they pick up the phones.Cons: Monday: 180 in customer service. Lackluster communication/status updates by a different person (CSR 2). Longer in-to-out time than anticipated (I think this is due to reception's communication - not the install technician). Vehicle drop off - I called to confirm appointment before arrival. Was told was good to go. Then upon arrival was told the shipment had arrived but CSR2 couldn't see confirmation of our windshield being in said shipment. Advised it should still be there and I can leave the vehicle. Was told would receive call when vehicle is ready. Trusted that info and left. Never received the final call to pick up the vehicle. 2 hours later I called for status check, was told it's good for pickup. Upon pickup, CSR2 advised don't wash for 48 hours and work is under warranty and sent me on my way. Attempted to ask a couple questions about ongoing maintenance, potential windshield products they might carry for upkeep (rain products, etc.) - as every shop is different in products & services, and this is our first time using AGN. CSR2's attitude was curt and pressed. Made a recommendation that communication/status updates be improved, as I never received the call the vehicle was finished and CSR2 pulls up a clipboard and says "well, it says here we called you". Ok, not gonna pull out my phone history to prove the point that they didn't call me, just thanked CSR2 and left.Honestly, even if the work and repair are under warranty, and we discover an issue about the install, we'll be taking it to a different shop. The people who are client-facing rep your business and their attitudes speak volumes. I've been working in customer service for 30+ years and our business and recommendations go where welcomed and where 5 minutes can be spared to communicate with the client professionally.

My experience was good. My windshield was cracked on my 1995 impala SS was told by one glass company the glass was hard to find my wife called his company and they had a glass within two days. Install great service.

Tim was excellent, he was in and out of my house to replace my windsheild in less than 30 mins despite having ti move twice for traffic, the windsheild is perfect and I couldn't be happier with it.

I hired them to do a rock repair to my windshield. When I had it done a few years ago under insurance, the company that did it did such a good job you could not see it ever had a crack.Unfortunately with Auto Repair Now, they make you sign a waver and when they re done, it looks like they never fixed anything. Supposedly they ve tried to strengthen it with glue. But I m totally unhappy with this work and won t ever be back. The photo I added here is POST REPAIR.Danny s auto glass is $15 cheaper (I found out after the fact, but they can t do anything now that a repair has been done). I ll try them next when I need it again.

Auto Glass Now has a professional team that delivers fast top-quality service at a affordable price. On Monday, I called and asked if they were able to fix the chip in my windshield before it cracked completely and they instructed me to come on in. When I arrived and checked in, I noticed a full lobby and thought that I would be waiting for a long time. After I gave them my keys, I may have waited 10 minutes, the chip was fixed, and I was on my way. I highly recommend Auto Glass Now. I am truly impressed with the exceptional service that I received.

I had no issues. My appointment was for 10am and I was gone by noon. The gentleman that did my windshield saw I needed new blades and came and told me,which I had already knew that I did.

I called today for a quote, and the young lady was so nice, and gave me a very reasonable quote, and I made an appointment for service tomorrow. I am so happy that I called, the phone service was so professionally done, couldn t have been a better experience with this establishment. Very happy future customer. Got my windshield repaired, had an appointment, but was late; couldn t get off work in time, but the young lady said that she would fit me in. I walked over to another store, and when I returned my car was ready, maybe forty five minutes. Can t ask for better service than that. Please call Auto Glass Now, if you have a broken windshield or any problems with your windows. I am recommending them to all my associates.
