I had to bring my '23 Audi S3 in for service due to a very small oil leak and an alignment concern. Both Joseph and Kaitlyn, my service advisors, were extremely helpful and provided updates as my vehicle was being worked on. I felt valued as a customer and my car is now back to 100% condition. Thank you for all your help! If you are looking for a place to have your vehicle serviced, I would recommend the team at Audi of Hampton.

I scheduled an inspection for 920 on a Wednesday. I called that am to confirm expected time, and was informed an hour and a half. I dropped off my car around 910. I returned at approximately 3 pm, having yet to hear anything. I was told my car was still being inspected, due to a backlog from emergencies, and would wait another hour. As a result, I ended up getting stuck in heavy rush hour traffic instead of the lighter traffic I planned the appointment aroundWhile I respect that emergencies happen, it does not make my time any less valuable. I would have liked to be informed that the 1.5 hour timeframe was not remotely close. Frankly in that situation I would have just preferred to get my vehicle because I ended up losing several hours of my day.Again while I understand that emergencies can arise, communication is a must. Though I bought my car at this location I'm not sure it's worth the hassle of returning for service any longer.

I have had my services performed at Tysinger Audi for three years. Ty, my service manager and the Audi service team are excellent. Ty keeps me informed of the status of my car during services and gives me option on care for my car.I appreciate the detailed information (reports) on how each area of the car checks out, as well as documentation to make choices for future services. The best thing that I can say for doing business here is that there are very few surprises. Estimates are provided, and service is done in a timely manner.A+ car care!Service: Brakes

My service manager was Ty Pennix. He is very professional and keeps you updated on the status of your vehicle throughout the maintenance process. The wait was reasonable. Called twice. Can't talk to a real person. Left messages both times asking for a price quote, or how to get a quote. No response.
