I enjoy coming here for auto parts from time to time the staff is always knowledgeable and will help you too if you need it. They are courteous and professional service has lead me to leaving a review because multiple times that I have visited I always receive great customer service.

Every time I come into this location all the other employees are helpful and friendly EXCEPT for Viet! This guy has an jacked up attitude and he where s it on his face and in his customer service. He is Rude and Condescending. A customer heard the way Viet was speaking to me and decided to purchase my item. Look at that!!! Kindness is all we need!

8/24/22, 4:45 p.m. Came in for advertised battery check. Only told to deal with one person running register. When he got through handling customers, he then pawned me off on another person who accidentally walked by. Battery was tested. Went indoor to discuss price. Customer came to counter and I was blew off. Another employee who walked in and spoke with me. She said to tell the register dude to take the terminals off and test it again. Another customer came in with some batteries and they both helped him and left me standing there. Poor customer service and a sale lost.

I had low tire pressure light on and was concerned about my newish tires so I stopped in for a pressure gauge . Dave and his team were so helpful, they came out to my car and checked the PSI and sent me across the street to Firestone to get air in them . They were so sweet and I really appreciated the kindness

Best one I ve been to. Ray is literally the best. He took his time and made sure I got exactly what I needed. He had such a good attitude and fixed my battery issue which was previously done all types of wrong. He needs to be promoted and a raise lol

I shop at Advance Auto Parts because I prefer using the "Purolator" products and "Diehard" batteries for my vehicles. Advance Auto parts carries a nice selection of these products as well as all the top named motor oils, etc. (whereas Auto Zone does NOT carry the Purolator products, Auto Zone carries the "STP" and Duralast brands). So, it's more of a products preference than saying this store is better than that. Because Auto Zone is another great store for automotive products!

I would like to thank the guy at the counter . I can t think of his name but he was the black man with dreads. He made me feel that my concerns mattered to him. I had to get a new battery and it was pouring down raining. He installed it for me. I suggest that you put some kind of awning on your building for that kind of situation. Protect your employees from bad weather.

Great place lots of helpful staff trying to get Shelly to test your starter. I've always found the staff here willing to help and to get things going look up things for you they don't always have the best prices and their website is very misleading they advertise items that are very low cost that do not fit your vehicle and when you look them up on their website you find that they have something that might work that cost significantly more it's that they do not offer accurate information on the internet but for the most part the staff is helpful the place works great they would get five stars if it wasn't for their misrepresentations on the internet

I just left from up there this morning with my Mercedes because a light was on on the dash. His attentiveness to my problem was top notch. I'm thankful that there are people like him that took extra time in helping me.

Been here for 15 minutes now and have not been helped. I ve been overlooked 5 times and all the male guests have been served before me despite the fact that I ve been standing in line longer than them.Jasmia was sweet and helpful. She gets 5 stars.

9/3/22 After having lunch next door, my brother and I went to Advanced Auto to purchase chrome valve caps and floor mats for my car. The African American man with dreads helped us find the valve caps. As we proceeded to the back of the store towards the floor mats, a Hispanic man followed us. I purposely went down another aisle and here he comes again. My brother doesn't like confrontation so I paid for my things without saying a word. As we were leaving the African American man yelled out "Ya'll pay for that?" It took everything in me not to curse them out and return my purchases. I WILL NOT VISIT THIS STORE AGAIN!

They were friendly and helpful, but did not have the part I needed. I had to order it from the dealership, so not their fault. They let you borrow tools, with a deposit, which is a great service. Some tools cost $200, but you only need to use them once or twice a decade on a car, very nice to be able to borrow.

The manager does not know anything about working on car or motorcycles. Sometimes you need to be a little bit flexible. I needed to check the threads on all filters because I was working on a custom project. She said I couldn t open the box on the oil filters. Which made no sense. If I bought the oil filter. took it out to the truck. open it looked at the threads saw they were wrong I would have to come back and get a refund.

1 star is a reach! This place is super unorganized and the staff is careless. I ordered a part to be shipped to the store but was told the order was cancelled due to not paying immediately but they clearly have an option to do so... unacceptable the African American lady working September 17 at approximately 6:45pm was very rude as well. Will never spend money here again. TERRIBLE

Ya to the young guy who installed a battery on a white Q50 yesterday how about u teach him how to properly install a battery and less flirt with the customers. My wife did more work helping him Install it just for him to constantly flirt with her non stop. Not only that but broke 2 of the push clamps for the plastic cover on the battery then didn t even tighten the positive bolt down so her battery just became disconnected once she got home and it died

I rated it 3 stars because I know companies try to up-sale however, if you show me your screen and only tell me you have the 2 most expensive batteries available and I ask about the other one showing (the 3rd and cheapest priced) and you say "oh yes we have that one too" I don't really like that. Also while in line, the lady being helped at the counter was given bad service, encouraged to purchase the most expensive headlight bulb but not open it until she has someone look at it to see if it is the right one or they will not take it back for refund....just to, after she purchased it, go with her to her car and look at it anyway. I usually go here because it is closer to my home however I might be willing to go the extra mile next time.

Went in today because of my headlight. The staff was super friendly and helpful even during the pandemic. Cree us THA BOMB and she has definitely made me select this store as my go to from today forward.

Good place to get bolts and screws you can't find elsewhere. (They stock longer bolts in-store than Auto Zone.) We stopped in to get some bolts to put in the modified seats for my project Mazda b-series truck.

Went in on Thursday afternoon at 4:12, they had two cashiers and I had 3 people in front of me and 3 behind me in the checkout line... why did it take 13 minutes for me to get checked out? Slow service... I won't be back to this location. Unless I really need use my BofA reward points - even then, that might not be worth the wait!
