I have a 2015 Ford Escape requires extra love and care when repairing. Jeff's team takes great care of her and figuring out her issues and providing regular maintenance. 5 outta 5 in my book. Keith and his team at Progressive are absolute rockstars! We've been bringing our cars to the them for at least 6 years now. This past visit my well loved vehicle's dashboard was lit up like a Christmas tree. Instead of these tiny blinking lights bringing merriment and joy, these tiny blinking lights forebode a cautionary tale of what delayed maintenance would wreak upon my well loved SUV, death and destruction! Keith and his team took their masterfully tuned wrenches and beat down every one of those tiny blinky lights off my cars dashboard so it looks as good as the day I bought it. Magicians I tell you, they can fix anything...well...maybe not everything. To my knowledge they can't bring back Crystal Clear Pepsi...yet!!! Thanks Progressive, we will be back.

Totally satisfied with the work done, in fact I live in southwest Virginia and held off getting my car serviced until I was coming up to northern Virginia just so I could get the work done at Progressive. I ve been coming here for years and have always been happy with their work.

Progressive services and repairs all of our 4 vehicles (1 car is over 20 years old). They keep records on our repairs, recommended service, and estimates from previous recommendations. We receive email reminders for needed maintenance as well. Making an appointment is easy, they honor our appointment time and the repairs/services are completed in a timely manner. I took my little truck in for regular oil change and other maintenance and the safety inspection. They were kind enough to remind me that the vehicle did not need service. Excellent service from prompt scheduling, to car expertise, to customer service. Progressive took care of my state inspection when I forgot to ask for it. They got me a ride on a hot day. They even had a dog treat for my dog when I brought him to the office one time. They have taken great care of our cars for years. I have found Progressive Automotive to be courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and more importantly to me, honest.I originally came to them after catching the dealer making an out and out lie about the work that needed to be done on my car. In addition, the dealer had missed a very dangerous situation that a five year old could have seen.I used to do all of my own automotive work until age caught up with me and Progressive Automotive was highly recommended to me by three different friends.Progressive Automotive s pricing is very competitive. The competitive pricing along with only recommending work that needs to be done has definitely earned a five star rating from me.Jeff, the owner, is a very personable and conscientious individual who really cares for his customers. Wes and Keith at progressive popped the assumption I had where inspections are just bait to get people to come in, fail their inspection, and then charge $1000 to get people a sticker.Keith put up with my impatience that s been heavily influenced by Amazon prime shipping and let me bus when my car would be done.When my car failed inspection (headlights out, horn didn t work), Wes let me know possibilities, worked harder to find cheapest options, and all I can say is the work he put into communicating with me and making my car work well at the lowest cost to me was so refreshing and appreciated.Thank you! From me and my wallet and my car that gets me where I need to go.
