We generally have not had to write such a negative review on another business, yet when a business/business owner like this totally disregards the customer, we will provide negative feedback as it is due. We do not recommend doing any business with this shop at all. We brought our diesel work truck that we use to move/tow our bee hives to Mr. Waller's Shop. He was highly recommended to us to work with. After we dropped off the truck we advised him that we had already tested the alternator which was good, as well as had replaced both batteries yet still there was a charging issue somehow. Mr. Waller stated what he thought to believe was the issue. He advised that he was a week out before he could look at the truck which was understood at that time. After that week on in to the next week, no service at all. We gave grace and Mr. Ronnie Waller was kindly advised that this was our work truck for our business after we learned that he had not even touched the truck for over 2 weeks of his claim of being a week out. Long story short: Our work truck was there at Ronnie's Automotive for well over a month without any work attempted, even after we had to place follow up calls to see what was going on to no avail. We had to have the truck towed away due to the false expectations set, poor customer service and no response to our prior phone calls. The excuse that we were given when we came to get the keys to our truck by Mr. Waller was that "it had just been so hot out that he just didn't get to look at it" What? This excuse was totally unacceptable! Customer Service Rating: 0 Go to another shop that values your business and your time.
