Above and beyond customer service and customer satisfaction! I have serviced 4 vehicles over 2 years and always been a happy customer but IF you should have something unexpected happen while getting your car serviced, Steven will go to extremes to be sure it s made right and resolve any issues! That is how you really know you can TRUST the place you choose to service your vehicles. Thank you and a customer for life.

I have been going to these guys since February of 2022 when I got sent to the area. They are exceptionally easy to work with, straight shooters, don't upsell and have the best prices within at least an 90 mile radius. Highly recommend you won't be disappointed!

My dad is a great person as a dad and a person he's the best automotive person I've ever met. He always makes sure his customers are taking care of and makes sure they are respected with all rights. He is always ahead and makes sure the customer knows the plan before they start the job. They get the work done really fast and always helps everyone.And makes sure that the customer has a great day with bevard automotive!: ) I'm not only saying this became he's my dad I'm saying it because he's a great dad,man and person. Love you daddy:)

We were there on vacation. He went to do some work that we thought we needed. He looked and realized it wasn't the issue and solved the problem without charging at all. Hands down great guy.

Quality work, the owner is pretty cool, always assisting me with minor things and questions I have. I would definitely recommend to others for minor fixes at the expenses. Have t had any major work done but I'm sure if you have any questions about anything major the owner would definitely give you a good idea of what needs to be done and a common estimate of cost.

This is one of the best auto shops I have ever been to not only do you get great customer service but you don't get overpriced when it comes to fixing your vehicle. Also the owner Steve is one of the best people that will work & make sure vehicle is safe for family & self. And I will recommend him to all family and friends.

Fast and awesome service. 10/10 would recommend to everyone. A repair shop you can actually trust. They have the best customer service and have always given me an anwser to my car problems. Love this place!!!

I live in Fredericksburg but I ll make the drive for this place. They make it so you really understand what s going on with your vehicle and take pride in their work. Very reasonable as well. 10/10!!!!

The guys who work there are knowledgeable, talk to you in terms you understand. Also keep you informed as they work on your car. They treat you with respect, also give you a estimate be for they start with a warning it could be more.

Bevard Automotive also does boat winterization and shrink wraps. Steven did an excellent job shrink wrapping my SeaRay boat. There was a lot of attention to detail. I would highly recommend this shop!

They do good work but when a shop breaks something on a person's vehicle why should the customer have to pay for the part and labor if they broke it I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN OR WILL NO-ONE I KNOW GO THERE EITHER My vehicle may be a '99 but my brake line didn't break in its own everyone says y'all broke it when u put it on the lift wrong !!!
