Dropped my bike off here in March, was told 2 weeks to look at it, called every two weeks, until I had to pick it up in June, 11 weeks later and was never looked at. I am fine if I was told 3 months when I dropped it off, but to keep telling me 2 weeks, next week and never look at my bike was not acceptable. I hear he is a great mechanic but would not recommend to anyone because of the service. They were always polite, but being lied to for 3 months is not acceptable for any business.

In March 2020 we drove from Pa to pick up a 04 Harley Electra Glide our son purchased from Cycle Solutions. We were told the bike was in great running condition, My husband took it for a quick ride and all seemed good. The owner gave us $400.00 of the asking price back which we thought was awesome.... little did we know..We got her home, our son started her up... all was great until she warmed up... then the grease they packed the lifters with to keep it quiet liquefied and the lifters started making a very loud banging noise... long story short... we were lied to concerning the condition of the bike! 3 months and another $2500.00 later our mechanic was able to replace and rebuild all the damaged parts.Very Disappointed With The Dishonesty from this company!!Be Careful Who You Do Business With!

I had a real great experience here today, dropped my bike off to have the tire I already had put on, had it back by the end of the day. Coming from out of town I was glad it all worked out. They even cleaned my kickstand mechanism without being asked, freaked me out how well it worked.I will say that they are busy and it was hard to get a call back to get in, but since I showed up and dropped it off without an appointment and had it back by the end of the day I m a very happy customer. Since there are no bike shops in Charlottesville every bike shop near has been busy for the start of season. Give them a shot! Really happy with the work

I needed service and maintenance on my bike and Cycle Solutions came highly recommended. After weeks of calling and asking for someone to call me back, checking if my parts had arrived and trying to set up a time to bring by bike in, I ended up giving up and taking my bike to another shop. It's worth nothing that I'm not an upset customer, just disappointed. I would've liked to give them my business, but it really felt like they didn't want it.

I had a very poor overall experience here and would not recommend this shop to anyone.Here's a description of my experience. I called them to get info on prices and turnaround time for doing some repairs. They told me they had about a 2 week lead time. I dropped off my machine, they wrote down what I needed done as well as that I wanted to get an estimate before they ordered any parts. I waited 2.5 weeks but didn't hear from them so I called. They said they didn't have a chance to get it yet. "Maybe next week," they said. So I called back the next week. "Sorry. Maybe next week," they said. So I called back the next week, still no progress. So I waited another week or two until I could get back out there to pick it up. At this point, not only wasn't the work done, but they still hadn't called me with any kind of an estimate. The manager tried to make nice and told me "I'll personally take care of this today and call you with an estimate." So I left it there and gave them a hard deadline when I needed to have the machine back. Nobody called me until the next day and it wasn't the manager. It was the guy who it seems was supposed to have been doing the work all along. They gave me an estimate, I told them to go ahead and reiterated the hard deadline when I had to get it back. The guy doing the repair had no confidence that it would or could be done by then. It turns out that they got it done after 6 weeks of delays. I paid the bill. They did nothing to try to make up for the bad experience they provided me with except a smile and head nod from the guy in charge. I got the machine home and everything seems to work except the rear brakes still weren't adjusted as I had requested. After my own experience, I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

Don't waste your time. Went to schedule appointment to have tires installed. Was told they would take my number and call if an opening ever came up because installing tires is a "back burner job. That's just how it is" no buddy I've already scheduled elsewhere with a shop thats more than happy to recieve my business. And your shop will never get business from me....that's just how it is

Had an AMAZING experience at Cycle Solutions...Gerry ordered me the best priced tire, got it the next day, installed it and I was back on the road!!! This will be my home away from home bike shop. I dropped my oil for a quick oil change and they lent me a pan to do the work and recycle it for me. Gerry is a great guy and Jamerson was excellent as service guy, giving me all necessary info and prices. Did not get the name of the young man who actually changed my tire, (dark hair, glasses) but the work was excellent, clean and perfect! Right down to the metal valve cap with the valve removal tool on the other end. The plastic ones always break. Nice touch!I am very grateful to Gerry for his time, attitude and wealth of experience. I felt at home, as did every customer that came or went while I was there.If you live anywhere near Gordansville, VA, make Cycle Solutions your bike shop. You won't be disappointed. I gave the info to my nephew and he'll be taking his V-Star 650 there soon.

I left my Yamaha Bea Tracker there last Saturday and they called me 5 days later to say it was ready. Amazing service, really nice folks. Highly recommend.

Brought in my Yamaha 4 wheeler with low compression and they had it up and running in a reasonable time, during peak season, for a fair price. Very pleased, definitely recommend!

Went to them for some works couple tears ago and just recently had tires installed, has been fare. Gary cut me on a deal on tires but they were not what I thought I paid for, at any rate the tires or what was on bike already which had lived a long life of 20 years and about 10000.

They have been servicing and fixing my motorcycles for years.Great prices and turn around. Even when im overseas they keep my posted and keep my bikes running .Awesome staff and very proficient.

I have tried to give this business my business for several weeks. I've called twice and left messages, and my office assistant called today to try to get me on the books. They finally answered the phone when she called, but apparently they were perturbed that she bothered to call them at all.
