This place is only convenient for truck drivers as it's the only option in the area, free parking is definitely a plus. However, the service is poor and they refused to clean a shower room before providing it to me. And the food looks days old. Good thing they got a McDonald's next to it

Crossing point is great shoulder to pull off on if you just need a break while you're on. 64 it's somewhere safe and not in the middle of downtown somewhere. And if you really just need someone in your life that is helpful. These folks here in the store are great.

The restroom was full, the lady cleanin the showers told me i could use one of the shower toilets.. very nice lady.. the person doing the store cash register was kinda snooty.. cost yall a 5 star review.. but, i survived.. i dont like snooty people...

Plenty of parking , showers are decent , shower 2 is better than shower 1 as far as heat . It s kinda a mom and pops truck stop but it works . You don t have to pay for parking which is great

Decent truck stop in a area that there s not much options for us truckers to park. Food was good and if u spend $15-$20 in the store then that will cover the parking charge but you do have to pay to park but like I said not much options around the outskirts of Richmond va

It's one of the few places for trucks to park along 64 west of Richmond. It would be better if they had the parking spots marked.

Great place I always stop here when I m coming through town their food is yummy they have truck parking and are always happy to help. The surrounding area has shopping and other food options just great spot overall

Was able to find parking at late hours. Alot of trash on ground do to truckers being too lazy to toss in trash can.

Life is full of surprises, sometimes up sometimes down. Today was a gift. Thank you Trey, you went above and beyond and are without a doubt a bright spot in my weekend. Great customer service, friendly and kind, on point across the board. Great spot!

This was on of the dirtiest truck stops that I have been to and it used to not be that way. The 2 male employees that was there on 8-6-23 were very unprofessional. The food was garbage. The men's bathroom was unsanitary.

Would be great if drivers knew how to park otherwise the place is decent they have showers not sure of price.they offer hot food and other convenient store items. There is a cat scale and an air hose that works near fuel bays. Also there is a mailbox if needing to snail mail some things. There is also a McDonald's next door if interested.

Stop by on s Saturday morning plenty of truck parking. Diesel and def available. Restroom very clean . Showers available. Had there wings not the best. Staff very friendly and there's a McDonald's right by it

Went in to get food, had no sides at 6 pm. Asked how much for 5 tenders $14.00. Asked if they was fixing more they got smart and said no. First time they I got that kind of treatment here. Have been here several time. Wont go in food anymore.

Got in Friday for a 34 hour restart and fuel staff was great food case looks good so I bought a meal food was good. Came back in to take a shower Sunday morning it was an entirely different program lady at the counter treated me with utter contempt showers were a disaster as well as the food case The differences the staff had on this place from weekday to weekend was staggering Won t be stopping on the weekends anymore

If, big if, the drivers knew how to park in an angler fashion(instead of ending in a curve) there would be a lot more parking.By the end of angler center parking the curve was so bad, the last 2 trucks nearly closed off the drive around exit. Very tight when leaving. Inside the store employees very nice, great chicken during daytime hours.

That generally have everything that all convenience stores have and have a great reward program. The only thing that could be better is the staffing, well at least some of the staff are very rude and don't like to get things from behind the counter or answer questions. On the other hand, there are some really great clerks in there which are very polite and friendly that will help you with anything you need and answer all questions. Also the head manager is very great at his job and will listen to any complaint and ot suggestions that you may have, a real go-getter if I say so myself.

Employees do not knock before unlocking, and opening shower room doors. Employee opened every door to find the clean shower, for me. Towels were replaced, but there was used toilet paper on the floor. Very dirty. While in the shower, another employee unlocked, and opened the door, without knocking. Must. Train. Employees. Better.

Clean truck stop, hand full of fast food restaurants in walking distance and they're chicken is great. Parking can get a little weird and when it gets dark it's really dark seeing there's no lights in the truck parking which is kind of sketchy!

Nice place, big parking lot, food places around truck stop(McDonald's, Burger King) which is very convenient. Showers are 8 dollars. Staff were welcoming and helpfull, at least in my case. Walmart is 1 mile away across the bridge.

This place is disgusting. I don't know who took those pictures, but they are heavily edited or 20 years old. The parking lot is littered with trash...a huge dumpster sits in the back ...looks like a homeless camp.The CAT scales are inoperable. The interior is so bad the health department should shut down food sales. The men's room is a disaster area as well. Broken sinks and urinals, looks like it may get cleaned once a week. Avoid this place if possible.

Doing my paperwork and worker female came out and punched my door three times and told me to move. Got it on my dash cam. Will be filing a complaint with county and calling a lawyer because she left knuckle dents in the door of a 175k$ rig. Thank goodness for dash cams that face all directions. 02/06/2022 @ 2109 local time this incident happened.

Horrible customer service. Walked in at 2:40am. Lady said she couldn't ring anything up till 3am. I asked if there was an ATM. Response was yes but not working in a nasty voice while rolling her eyes. Also ask if Truck Scale was workingShe said No. Don't you see cones blocking it . She also said to me you can go over the bridge to Sheets Gas station. She gave me the meanest and nastiest look ever in life.

ATTENTION: BOBBY McCLOUD I live right up the road from this place. Other then the one worker that is always rude and don't look like she does anything but stand around and chit chat all night. I went in for a lighter 2nite and she refused to sell me the one i wanted... have no idea why she turned down sales but I just said I'll go to sheets for now on... I was a regular customer every day but the rudness of this employee finally put the icening on the cake. I will no longer go to this place ever. This happened at 12:20 am on Tuesday Aug 31st. NO ONE SHOULD EVER GO TO ANY BUSSINESS AND BE TREATED RUDLY BY ONE OF THEIR EMPLOYEES.

Great place. 3 showers. Open 24hrs. Plenty of parking. And is in walking distance of a McDonald's and Burger King. But a short drive from Walmart, Taco Bell and Popeyes
