None caring staff in this store, don't provide any input , had to drag information on paints and brands, borderland sarcastic on helping us. Will not come back to store located in Gloucester Virginia off route 17. I'll go to any store except this one to buy Sherwin Williams products that that was recommended by my contractor. Won't name individual on duty Saturday at approximately 12 noon August 2022

Steve is a great help, has high technical knowledge of paint/material characteristics.Yes you expect that level of service because its a paint store.Try that expectation at "name any big box" or auto parts store. Not so much.

I have been trying to look at wallpaper books for over a year now but they have been quarantined . Tried to call and ask today but after repeated attempts calling all I was able to get was a fax line. You would think a company of their size would invest in a dedicated fax line and leave the line for customer phone calls open. I have been purchasing my wallpaper online through other vendors. I guess I will continue to do so.

Fantastic service seperates this location from others Sherwin-Williams. The staff suggested tinting primer for covering a dark shade on the walls. I've purchased a lot of paint from 3 cities over the last year and no other staff paid this kind of attention to my painting projects. We'll be back!

I was met by a friendly professional staff who helped me get the paint and supplies I needed for the job. I was surprised that the cost was not anymore then what I was paying at a lumber supply store and I got much more, professional assistance. It was a great experience.

No idea how to try and match colors and can not mix paint with a paint code. They can scan something you may have to match a color but only way to see results is to mix some paint. I don't understand these paint places nowadays.

Staff has always been helpful and able to answer questions you may have. Prices are competitive depending on what you are looking for

Store needs to keep customer's colors in a better data base. Could no find previous purchases.
