They got my '05 truck back on the road and John called in a favor from Ford to help troubleshoot. Staff are very friendly, professional and helpful. I appreciate their transparency throughout the process and am happy to have a reliable truck again.

First time here for service. Had an emissions recall on my GMC Canyon. Staff was friendly and accommodating. They were able to fit in an unscheduled state inspection and tire rotation while I was there. I'll be back.

Don't bother stopping here. They couldn't open my hood. I was told multiple mechanics tried. They were pulling on the gas door release instead of hood release. Would give zero stars if I could.

Incredible experience! Very military friendly. We received the best price for our trade and the new Sierra right off the bat. No haggling required. The service was tremendous and the staff was very nice. My wife said it was the best car experience she s ever had. Thank you all for our new Sierra!

Lovely folks there!We discovered that our inspection had expired. At the end of a long day, thought they'd tell us to come back tomorrow.As we were 2 hours from home we thought we would probably get a ticket. Nope. They took us in, said go to the lounge and be comfortable, we'll get y'all taken care of.What a great surprise, great customer service and many thanks!When we move there, we'll remember you.

My husband and I recently purchased a new to us vehicle from Bill Hudgins. We could not be more impressed with their honesty and customer service. They made the entire process easy and fast. The vehicle needed a couple of small things fixed but they were more than happy to take care of them and even dropped the vehicle off to me at work so we didn t have to go out of our way to come get it. We will definitely be purchasing from them again!

Classic low-key dealership that dealt honestly with me. Flew in from out of town to purchase a used 2019 12 passenger van. I thought something was wrong with the van with the price they were offering. The carfax checked out perfect, and the test drive was great. Dealership said they got the van on a trade-in at a good deal and passed along the deal. That's honest salesmanship to me, and the van was worth more in my opinion. Mickey, the salesman was excellent and highly recommended. Finance staff moved things along. (Had to wait a bit for the wire transfer to post, but I just walked across the parking lot to grab a pizza for lunch. Otherwise things moved along pretty quick. ) Felt good about getting the extended warranty they offered through ally. Made it home fine with no problems and the van drives well. I've worked at dealerships and bought a lot of cars. This place did a great job. Thanks!

Entire sales team was great. Mickey was a great sales associate who was knowledgable about the inventory and just an all around good guy to deal with. Jim and Gary were also great. It meant a lot that Bill Hudgins came to shake my hand and personally tell me thanks for my business. In fact every member of the team who assisted me with the purchase did the same. Great team, and I will definitely recommend to my friends.

This is the second vehicle that I've purchased used from Bill Hudgins. I owned the first vehicle 9 years and purchased it in 2009. I'm extremely happy with their service, they actually seem to want my business. I am willing to drive as far as Maryland to get a good deal on a vehicle, but fortunately I live a few miles from Bill Hudgins. I shopped around extensively and would not purchase a truck unless I felt like I'm truly getting the best deal. They gave me a fair trade in on my 2006 Ranger (several hundred dollars more than the 3 other dealers offered). I got a great out the door price on my low mileage 2017 GMC Sierra. The buying process was low stress, they actually detailed my truck as I was going though approval and doing the paperwork . It was about 2 hours from time we agreed on a price to the time I drove away in my clean new truck. We've bought several new vehicles over the years, and this was by far the easiest dealership as far as buying a vehicle goes. I've spent entire mornings in other dealerships as they tried to upsell me on this or that. Overall, I was just very pleased with this dealership.

This is our third GM vehicle purchased from Bill Hudgins. When we walk in the showroom we feel like family. The treatment we receive from everyone there is amazing.There was no pressure to make a decision. They asked what we were looking for and directed us to several trucks that fit our need. The whole process took less than 2 hours.Bill Hudgins is our auto dealer for life.

Was charged to fix car after part wax only on the car for one year. Didn't get a discountor appreciate for being a loyal customer. Didn't mine paying for the part but theyshould of gave me free labor. All I got was a $903.7 bill. I am not happy at all.

I found the vehicle I wanted, but 4 hours away! It was a great buying experience, no pressure to come in. Everything done over the phone/email and they delivered the vehicle to me with just a few papers to sign. Highly recommend and a lot easier to do business than the local dealers. Mickey was salesman and Jim Finance.

The service was good, but I purchased an Acadia in October 2017 and the AC didn t make it to the summer time. I m in the military so my wife didn t get it fixed while I was was away. The vehicle pretty much has been racking up a new issue every month. The staff was good but the vehicle has continuing issues.

Old fashioned buying experience. No one trying to slam me in a truck and kick me over the curb. Got exactly what I wanted and at a $500+ savings over the Virginia Beach/Chesapeake dealers.It s a pleasure being treated courteously and honestly. Well worth the 50 mile trip!

If I could file a law suite against them I would. They knowingly destroyed my dash cap over an air bag recall and said they had no responsibility. I will continue to post photos and videos and witness accounts every day on this website and others for the public to be made aware of of what was done to me. I did have a dashcap on my vehicle. Your technician was notified 3 times and I was told there would be no problem with the recall airbag. My dashcap is destroyed to the point where the professionals who installed it originally refused to replace it because it's so compromised. I have that in writing. Not looking to place fault. I'm looking for resolution to fix the vehicle that I brought in there to be restored back to the way it was. Honorable people own up to a mistake... dishonorable people don't.Your statement is just more proof that you haven even looked at or listened to anything I have told you.

This was a great car buying experience. The sales person was patient and very understanding.This was not your typical place to buy a car the sales people were friendly and down-to-earth. I would recommend to everyone to check with Bill Hudgins before buying a vehicle somewhere else.

The Service Advisors are top notch and knowledgeable about my GMC !! They always care about whatever issues or concerns I have with my car and other vehicles I take there. I havehad many cars in my lifetime and I have always taken them to the dealership for Service; this Service Department is by far the best I have ever used.

Although the sales person and loan officer person are awesome, and easy to work with, I'm not happy with the service department. Bought a GMC Acadia 3 years ago. The year we bought it, the A/C didn't work, we had it a week and had to return it to be fixed. The next year, the warranty ran out, and had to bring it back for the exact same thing. This time they wouldn't cover it because the warranty ran out, although it was the exact same scenario as the previous year. Last year had to pay for a new compressor that cost $600. This year since turning it on, it still doesn't work, now they're saying it's probably a different problem(although this is the 3rd year in a row with the exact same problem). I'm reading in several different places this is an ongoing problem with this type vehicle, but they're not going to tell you that. It's a shame since the rest of the dealership is great to work with, but when you get the run around for servicing your vehicle, it makes the whole dealership look bad. I wouldn't buy another vehicle from this dealership.

terrible service department . I would never buy a car from a company that has a terrible service department. Not only did they not fix my problem they caused more problems and said there was nothing they can do to fix it and charged me as well go figure. You should be ashamed of accepting a 4.5 star rating with the way you do business. Calling your own reviews in should be legal . beware buyer

No sales pressure. The sales rep, Tim, was knowledgeable and pleasant. He took time to show us how everything works on our Tahoe. We would recommend Bill Hudgins GMC to our friends and family.

Sold us a warranty that was supposed to be comprehensive and it rarely covers anything. It would cover the airbag but not the wiring to the airbag. It would cover the wiper motor but not the wiper motor transmission. Prices seem high but then they are a dealer. Watch your receipts. They sometimes forget to take things off that you didn't want.
