It was one of the easiest body shop experiences I have ever had. The guys were friendly and laid back. My truck got fixed and turned out beautifully done. I'll take all my vehicles to AL's

Everyone in this shop is very cool to talk to. They finished the job quickly and nicely. For a work that will cost me "an arm and a leg" based off of what online forum said, it was surprisingly inexpensive here on top of other works done.

If I could give a negative star rating, I would. I waited 6 weeks for an appointment to get minor deer damage repair done on my son s car. I took it this morning for a scheduled appointment & was told that they couldn t take me because they took a walk-in in front of me!!! Who does that? That s OK, I ve done more research & found another local auto repair shop with a much better reputation. Things do happen for a reason.
