We spent a total of over $1600 at this business between 2 systems in 2 different vehicles.. after maybe 2 days of having the system in one vehicle we had to drive 2 hours round trip to have them fix an issue with a fuse.. didn t think much of it until the same system started having more issues.. after a trip to another audio shop we learned that all of the wiring was not marine grade, power wires to the amp were spliced into the drivers door speaker (as well as many other wires spliced and taped back up), causing the amp to always be on after opening the door. The ground was not buffed and attached to aluminum which was causing the amp to go into protect mode.. last but not least the custom rhinolined box that we purchased from Loud n clear is literally falling apart due to being made with a softer wood. Mind you- every one of these issues is from 1 system we put in with them . I m sure we ll have to have the other system looked at eventually I guess I ll update when that happens.

Very professional and extremely knowledge of audio products and installation. I would personally like to thank jay, he took to time to explain to me what options were best for my son's car, and went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we were 100% satisfied. If your in the market for a stereo or speaker upgrade for your truck or car, don't waste your time any where else... Loud N Clear has got you covered.

Went in not knowing entirely what I wanted and was pleasantly surprised with the immediate selection available. Previous owner of our vehicle trashed the wire work and Loud N Clear genuinely knew what they were doing and got the new system installed easily! Great work and quality. 100% will be back!

Would not recommend! I paid Loud N Clear $1298 to install a new audio system in a Charger, I was told it would have all factory functions of my car. After install I no longer have heated seats or any of my Sport modes, they tell me it's not their fault and I'm stuck with it. Horrible customer service!!

I called up at 1:25 today spoke with Jay about putting a stereo in my truck, today because I m disabled and it s the only time I could get my nephew to go with me, Jay said they was very busy but he said if I could be there in about 30 minutes he would get it done for me.. I Want to thank Jay for the wonderful customer service and he was very understanding of my disability and he got me in and out in a hour.. the service and prices are great!! I highly recommend Loud and Clear for any services you need done!!! Thank you again Jay for the wonderful service!! I will definitely be back and will pass the word about you!!

Robbed me out of 1300 dollars! Terrible customer service and management they mis lead me on what their product and service would be took my money and called me a liar when I came back with an issue and refused to help resolve the problem and work with me. Only go there if you want to get lied to and have money taken!

Great shop. From window tinting to head unit installation. Bug guards, neon lighting to custom subwoofer boxes. Customer service is out of this world. Guys will do anything to help out.

They sell quality equipment. They do not sell junk! They know what they are selling, in other word's they can answer any question that you may have. They install equipment quickly and professionally. Loud N Clear will take care of your ride and you.

These people didn't charge my card until a MONTH AND 8 DAYS after installing my sound system & kept my old speakers without asking!!! Oh and they hooked the amp up to my stock speakers without warning me that the stock speakers may not be able to withstand the amp power, which they didn't! So now I have two busted speakers in the back that need to be replaced. They weren't helpful at all and unwilling to inform me on some pretty important information. I'll be going to Audiotronics in Blacksburg to "unf@%k" my situation. Thanks Loud N Clear.

A job well done. We had a radio and speakers put in. Nice sound, I just wish we were given some verbal instructions on how to use. Every thing is working well and looks fine too.
