Stay far away from this shop! They had my Subaru for 4 months because of a front end collision just for them to give it back to me half a** work. They hot glued gun my radiator support (picture to show) and they were payed for multiple items that they just took the money and did not fix. They were payed by insurance to replace my front bumper. Instead to save money they repaired the old one and still did a lazy job on the edges where the headlight are. I had to complain to the insurance company for them to repaint the bumper again. Even when they put the hood on they didn t align it so it messed the paint on my fender. I mean come on they didn t even paint the tow hook cap on the front bumper lol it takes 2 second to prep and they could've just thrown it on the stand with the bumper. They also were payed to replace the passenger side axel, but definitely did not. I had to pay another shop $900 out of pocket to get it fixed and that shop gave me the old axle to prove that it wasn t replaced. Half of the push pins in the undercarriage were missing. My hill assist still doesn t work. Honestly I barely ever right reviews and I worked at a body shop for 7 years so I understand you cut some corners. But this shop cut every corner they could to save a $$ honestly just stay away. There are plenty of other shops that aren t shiesty that do good work. The only compliment that I can give them is that they re color match is decent for 3 stage white and that s the ONLY compliment that I would give.

I just picked up my car and they did a fabulous job on it.They were friendly and informative.I'd recommend them.My car was done in 10 days. 2 being the weekend.

Is a very nice and efficient people. I showed up during their lunch break meeting an estimate and they immediately adjusted their schedule and helped me. They work they did was excellent. They communicated well with the insurance company very timely and communicative.

All I can say is, if you have a problem let Murphy's go with it.Great estimate, went to work fixing it; back and perfect.....and Im weird about wanting it perfect. Great people to work with, if they are going to call, be sure they will. I missed both, of the calls.It was a no worry, time , concern or contact....the gentleman I worked with "Jeremey" Im sorry thats wrong...thx to you all.

My mechanic recommended them, and I always trust his advice. I had a great experience, and everyone was so nice. My car door handle came off, and I was afraid I'd have to replace the whole thing. But they were able to repaint the original handle and just order a new base, which saved me something like $30-$50. I'd definitely go back again.Service: Painting

I'm so glad my friend recommended Murphy's Auto Center! I recently wrecked my car. I couldn't believe that most places were too booked out to even give me an estimate, let alone do the repairs. Murphy's offered immediate walk-in appointments. They were able to schedule my repairs a week later! Their customer service and communication are excellent. They were thousands less than any other shop I had checked with, and they did a fabulous job in repairing my vehicle. It looks perfect! I will never go anywhere else!

The staff went above and beyond to get my car fixed up and returned to me quickly after other body shops told me they couldn t get to it until the middle of next year. Vickie, who I mostly dealt with was super nice and kept me up to date with updates on my vehicle. I hope I never need another body shop but if I do I will definitely bring my car back to Murphy s. I took my vehicle in to be repaired and painted. They did terrible work. They couldn't match the color. The hood wouldn't close right, even after they supposedly repaired it! Didn't guarantee it. No warranty. They don't care about their customers!Service: PaintingService: Painting

The best autobody shop in Virginia. Vicki is a girl to see. I have a Maserati and they did a wonderful job on my car. Erie paid for everything after their client backed into my car. Terrible Customer Service! I had one of the worst experiences i've had with an auto shop here. Specifically with Vickie Sanchez. I brought my car in to have the fog light fastened and the seat replaced. I was advised to come back a month later on a set date. I had my quote ready to go and then was advised there was no appointment made, I needed a deposit, and they dont normally handle this. This is all being said after I have a quote made by Vickie and here company. It was just more and more excuses. I was talked over the entire time and then was told they would be happy when I said I will take my business elsewhere. Still no fix for my car and will now have to find another shop when this could have been done a month ago. I would give zero stars if I could. Great service, and they actually finished my car surprisingly fast in these days of being short staff. The insurance company assigned this shop, but I would come back again.

This is truly a "hidden gem" nestled back in a little commercial area just inside of Hanover County along the Henrico County line where Staples Mill (Rt 33) turns into Mountain Rd. It isn't much to look at, but they are friendly & skilled professionals. I have had body work done to a total of 4 vehicles here. Some via insurance, some self-pay.Outcomes were excellent, nearly perfect every time. The staff has helped me work with my insurance company, the rental car companies, and given me many suggestions to save money when appropriate. These are some down-to-earth people who take pride in what they do, and it shows in their customer service and their actual vehicle repairs. I wouldn't recommend anyone else, after the positive experiences we have had at Murphy's!

Nice people, great work. Had to have my bumper replaced. Paint blends and it looks perfect. Responsive, quick results, and they have my trust...which was very important since Baugh Auto body closed up and didn't even bother to let its' customers know.

Did an excellent job matching the paint and pin stripes on my car when someone backed into my passenger side. All the parts lined up perfectly that were replaced. This happened over 2 years ago- still have the car and it all still looks good. Highly recommend.

Was told the bumper replacement would take two days, ended up taking 8. The shop twice had trouble ordering the correct parts which further delayed and then complained about German vehicles. At pickup I immediately noticed that my bumper was not adjusted correctly and on further inspection that there was a 10 white make that needed to be buffed out. After fixing these issues we then tried to test the headlight wipers but couldn t get them to come out. I was then adivised to just take it to the dealer.
