I think the five stars reviews must all be from maybe friends or family because I sure was not impressed with them. For starters, they never kept me updated throughout the process. Multiple times I called to find out the status on my truck and nobody would answer the phone and when I did get through they said they would find out and call me back (which they didn't call back). At one point when I talked to them I was told they had all the parts in and they would have it fixed "fairly soon" but when I called back about two weeks later I was told they were still waiting on parts. It took just shy of two months for them to complete the work on my truck. I will give them credit in that the paint color matches very well and you cannot even tell anything happened to my truck. However, the day I picked up my truck I immediately noticed a scratch on my drivers side door that I know for a fact was not there the last time I drove it. I can't say for sure if it was James River Collision that caused the scratch or if it was the tow truck driver but either way it is bothersome to me. Also, less than 24 hours after picking the truck up my low tire pressure light came on and I discovered there was a screw stuck in my tire and I had to have the tire patched. Again, I can't prove the screw came from their shop but awfully convenient timing. Last but not least, I recently had to bring the truck back to them because there was a bolt that was loose on the hood scoop and when I called in early February and asked if I could bring it in on the 15 the woman I spoke with said yes but when I showed up on the 15 they had no idea I was coming. I live 45 minutes away so it's not a quick trip. Overall I'm not impressed with this place and wish I would have just let Caliber Collision fix the truck.

Jamal was so amazing! He communicated with me so well with everything going on with my car. He was so helpful. Customer service was top tier! I was in a car accident that was not my fault which was already stressful enough on its own, but having the customer service here be so amazing helped me stress a little less. 10/10 recommend! I will most definitely be back in the future.

Great customer service and top notch repair work! All the guys that I worked with were knowledgeable about the process and the body work that they did was excellent. They even ran our van across the street to have the state inspection updated since it had expired. It seems like most of the larger repair centers are booked out for months, but these guys were able to get us in to get our van fixed before we had baby#2.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I am very happy with the service from this shop. I have brought two vehicles for front-end repairs and they fixed them up good as new. Devin and Jamal are very professional and will take care of you to the best of their ability. Also worth mentioning is "The Rock", best detailer ever.

Jamal was beyond professional, punctual, organized, and helpful while dealing with two areas to be fixed on my car through two different insurance companies! Excellent customer service! They found damage that other estimates overlooked and completed the repairs including the additional damage for the same money. They do decent work for competitive price. Have had 2 bent fenders unbent . Look good, turned around in the time they promised.
