This place has ripped me off twice. Dropped it off on Friday, said they would have it done by the weekend. Still was not done by Monday morning. They told me it would be around $1000 to make the repair, they never called me and charge $1363 for the repair. They charged me over $700 to replace some lightbulbs on accessory cab that was not even necessary. They clearly don t know what they re doing if it took them that long to replace the marker bulbs.

The team at Goodyear West Broad is outstanding! I brought my car in and they were able to find tires that fit perfectly and get me back on the road in less than 6 hours! Great service!

When I explained to the guy exactly what was wrong with my car, which was that the cable of my headlight was making poor contact, he told me he would charge me $170 just to diagnose it. When I had already told him what was wrong, I only needed a change of lights and a switch. I don't know how much that would cost because I interrupted him with my goodbye.

Andrew was very professional, knowledgeable, put my mind at ease in selecting the right tires and in my price range. He was courteous over the phone and upon coming to Goodyear greeted me with a smile ,kindness and concern. An excellent advisor.

I only gave one star because I had to. Two days ago I had an overheated problem in my car, they charged me $160 and said was nothing wrong with it. Yesterday I was one hour away from home, with my baby in the car and it just broke up in the middle of the road. We had no water or food and the help took almost 3 hours to rescue us. When I called them, they were rude and said they re not responsible for my damage. I assume they didn t even looked at my car because the problem is there, anyone can tell. Now my car is getting fixed, but soonest I get it, I ll be back in the store to get my $160 back! I would never ever recommend this place! Please don t trust them!

11-05-2022 SaturdayTook our Chev Trailblazer SUV in for an oil change on 11-05-2022, Saturday afternoon. The Assistant Manager told us he would not be able to get to it till Sunday at 8 A.M. and they were busy! However, the guys in the bay were just fooling around and not really doing anything at all. He asked me what type of oil was used in the Chevrolet Trailblazer SUV. I told him I didn't know the answer. I told him the SUV was serviced recently at this shop. He asked for the phone number. I am not sure if he could locate the record in the computer. He told me he didn't know what type of oil it took to replace the current oil in the SUV. I thought dude our records are in your computer. I thought dude you should be able to see the type of oil our vehicle takes because we had our oil change at this exact store. Either the Assistant Manager was just too lazy to look at the records or was not interested in doing our oil change. The Assistant Manager has black hair, kind of fat, and tall. We don't know his name but the DUDE SHOULD NOT BE RUNNING THE SHOW AT GOODYEAR. HE NEEDS TO FIND ANOTHER JOB. THIS LAZY GUY IS COSTING THE OWNER SOME LOSING BUSINESS ALONG WITH THE MONEY!!! I HOPE THE OWNER READS THIS REVIEW! FIRE THE GUY! TO OWNER: YOU ARE LOSING POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS AND MONEY, MONEY, MONEY!!!Found the Assistant Manager's Card so his name is: Josh Green - Asst Store Manager!!!!

Stopped in as I had a screw in my tire. Very friendly staff, nice wait area. I was in and out within an hour. Appreciate them being able to help me on such a short notice.

Dropped my husbands wheel off to plug a nail hole in his tire last week, picked it up the same day and immediately saw a perfectly lined gouged in the wheel! This store will not take responsibility for replacing the wheel. Saying there is no proof they did it, despite having a picture of the same non-scratched wheel the day before!

They did a great job. I brought it in for a service call promptly when it was almost ready to be picked up. They mentioned the few items that they recommended to be worked on. The person that contacted us, Brandon, even went out of his way to help us find some specials on tires and an alignment package. Will definitely be going back in using them again.

I had an amazing experience with this Goodyear location today. The staff was super friendly and they were able to squeeze me in even though I didn't have an appointment. I had previously already been to a dealership because I had a leak in my tire and they couldn't tell me what was wrong with it even though I was still having to put air in my tire two to three times per week. These guys found the leak and plugged it. On top of it, they didn't even charge me. I would highly recommend this location to anybody and I will definitely be going back again!

Hi all, I had worst experience with this good year service center. They called me to explain what all work to be done or parts to be replaced to pass state inspection but couldn t call me if they couldn t find wheel locks on vehicle so ruptured my wheel locks as they have to replace brake pads, instead they can ask for like it just like they asked for providing service where some business occur for them, after some discussion later agreed to change the wheel locks at no cost and after today s Mrng call from them asking me to come in the noon, I blocked my office calendar and visited them and i reached them in the noon only to hear some rude response asking me to come tomorrow morning early hours as they sent it back because I couldn t come last week, if that is the case they shouldn t have called me today morning asking me to come in the noon. And again asking for my credit card details though they agreed to compensateEnd of it, I had this worst experience. In the first place, they shouldn t rupture the wheel locks instead they can ask me to bring wheel locks when they called for replacing brake pads itself . That is the kind of service customers expect not just compensation and waste of everyone s time.

Guys there were very helpful and honest. Went for an alignment, they gave me a free inspection and estimate for the proper tires for my car. After inspecting my car, they advised me to the work needed to correct the camber of my wheel. I was advised to do the alignment after fixing the spindle, and that to do the alignment now would be frivolous. They told me to save my money and come back when the suspension was fixed. I'm fixing it today, and will be calling Goodyear on Monday to schedule the alignment and to get new tires!

I took my car in today to get a state inspection and an oil change. They automatically charged me for the mid-tier oil change despite my car not needing it at all, but they did address this issue. However they failed my car for my headlights being too oxidized and one of my parking lights not working. They also claimed to replace the parking lights would require removing the battery, which is why the fee to replace it would be so high. They quoted me $250 to fix these two issues, and since I knew I could fix the oxidation with a $10 kit from the store and get a replacement bulb for less than $5, I told them I'd take my car, fix the problems, and bring it back. They told me I'd have a failing sticker and I should just get it taken care of. I didn't think it was that pressing, so I looked it up and there's a 15 day grace period after failing a state inspection. I told them I'd pick it up and asked if it was ready. They said it would be ready for pick up in 20 minutes. I arrived 30 minutes later, and my car was not ready. Everyone was looking for my key like they had no idea where my car was and they eventually realized it wasn't ready yet. How long does it take to put a failure sticker on a car?? When I got my car back, I checked all the lights and all were functional. I also checked online how to replace the parking lights and replacing them does not require removing the battery. There was oxidation on the headlights, but I have seen much worse on other cars, and my headlights are very bright. To top it all off, my father (who has a handicap decal) drove me to pick up my car and wanted to come in and talk to the people with me. However, when we got there, a car was parked in the handicap spot with no decal or logo on their license plate, so my dad couldn't park in the one handicap spot. When we mentioned it, the manager quickly went and moved the car, so it wasn't the owner of the car's fault.I am under the impression that they saw a young woman and decided to try and pull the wool over my eyes. I've known plenty of men who have gone to this Goodyear and have had no problems, yet here I am being told lights are burned out when they aren't.

I wish I could give more stars but the experience was horrible. They fixed the rim and tire and neglected to tell me the liner needing to be replaced which caused more issue to my car. I called the next day and was told wouldn t be able to give me an estimate until Monday (3 days later). I felt looking at the same first would have been better since I was just there!! Now more money has to be spent to get the vehicle somewhere to be fixed. Totally not helpful and no accountability. Would not recommend.

This Goodyear location has thee best staff!! I recently discovered my vehicle inspection had expired a month ago, so I called a few current shops (where I have established business with), only to be told there was no possible way of getting my car in before end of this month ???? ...After several hours of calling around, i gave up & stopped by at this Goodyear ... NOT ONLY did they get my car done on same day, but THEY ALSO offered a ride home (since they had a bunch of cars to work on before being able to get to mine) so that I wouldn t have to wait there all day.I was so impressed With their service that I threw in an oil change while at it, and by the time I got my car back, the car had clearly received some good TLC because it rode much better than before I took it in. Received Inspection, a few adjustments and an oil change These guys are the best in town!!!Keep up the great work guys!!!

I had a wonderful experience here today. I was traveling into town for a training and had an issue on the highway. Eric (Assistant Service Manager) and Kevin (Customer Advisor) were simply amazing, from my initial phone call until the return of my vehicle. They listened to me vent, worked to ensure my needs were met, and provided great customer service. They are definitely an asset to the company. Thanks Guys!!!!

I noticed my back passenger side tire was slowly losing air. Brought my car in to the shop the next day (Sat morning) soon got a call that they had repaired the leak. AND AT NO COST! :) I've had 3 different cars serviced here. Always excellent work!

I arrive at this Goodyear location to get my vehicle inspected. After two hours, I was told that my vehicle failed because I needed rear brakes, which included, replacing the rotors. I WAS IN TOTAL DISBELIEF BECAUSE I HAVE NEVER FAILED AN INSPECTION!!! I was told that the rotors could NOT be resurfaced because they would fall below the specifications to pass inspection. I was also told that the breaks were not pressing evenly. I found this to be strange because I have routine preventative maintenance performed on my vehicle and the dealership has NOT informed me verbally or on the inspection sheet that my breaks were worn; especially to the point of damaging the rotors. My brakes don't make a sound, they're not grinding, there's no shaking, and it stops perfectly fine. Goodyear provides me with three quotes. One for $428.00, one for $804.00, and one for $565.00 (all rounded to the nearest dollar). I politely asked for my rejection sticker and I leave Goodyear to get a second opinion. I arrive at another repair shop, the same day, and was told that I did NOT NEED MY BRAKES DONE!! I WILL NOT be going back to this GOODYEAR LOCATION!!

Had a warning light come on the night before a road trip. Worse it was a Saturday night. Google search for tire shops open on Sunday led me to Goodyear on Broad Street - open on Sunday AND convenient to where I live. Made an online appointment and got a call first thing in the morning to check on what I needed. Went into the shop and had great customer service that put me on the road on time on Sunday. Highly recommend!

The fine folks at Goodyear have consistently given me suggestions on service my car needs, not what they want me to buy. They have guided me time and time again with my vehicle. Treat your mechanics with respect, kindness, and patience, and it'll come back to you. These are good folks trying to help you. I've been in the lobby with people getting short with these guys. They aren't miracle workers - they're good mechanics. Just remember that. Work takes time, folks. To the Goodyear team - thank you again for helping me get the tires on my Honda rims after having nowhere else to go and needing to get to work the next day. People like y'all that treat people with dignity and care are a breath of fresh air and I'll proudly continue to come here, while referring folks to you. Thanks again.

They sold me tires that were awesome, but a bit pricey. They helped by saving me money on my tires and then explaining Goodyear card to me so I have a little more time to pay it off now instead of dumping big a chunk of change from my pocket all at one time. I've been here several times and they are always fast and friendly. They never tell you, you need something unless you actually do. If you say they do, you are just mad you have to spend money on your car. And I saw another review on here talking about appointments. I just want to clarify as a goodyear customer, that it's a first come first served basis with cars. It's pretty much always been that way, which is part of the reason I love it. The online appointments aren't a promise you'll get seen. It's not a dealership, although you get treated with the class and respect that you do at a dealership. Always nice. A.j. And Jeremy are a great team and make sure you are well and properly taken care of and have everything you need by the time you leave. And if you can't afford it, they tell you about which one is more important so you can do it in visits, instead of all at once. They really are great there.

The service here is generally pretty fast, and the price of their oil changes is pretty reasonable. However, they will find anything and everything wrong with your car. They're all about up-selling on their services. I had a car inspected here, and they came back with me with about $200 worth of repairs to pass inspection (which was just changing a light bulb, replacing the windshield wipers, and cleaning the headlights, all things I can do myself), and then an additional $2,000 of "recommended repairs." The car is 13 years old and only worth about $4,000...no thanks. We won't be back and have decided to take our business elsewhere.

My family and I were driving home to Northern VA from our summer vacation in Myrtle Beach and our tire started leaking air at a pretty fast rate We pulled into GoodYear (after calling a few other places but they couldn t fit us in for a patch) and GoodYear got us in right away! The customer service, understanding, and support from the staff was phenomenal! They understood the help we needed, especially with 3 kids in tow, and asked no questions just took our car in. I highly recommend their service! Thank you GoodYear!

Used to go here regularly, but they let me down the last time. I went in for them to plug my tire, which strangely, they don't charge for. Was told it wouldn't be a problem, and dropped off my car. When I went back to pick it up, I was told that the plug "wouldn't take", so they couldn't fix it. I was then told that because of my all-wheel drive system, I would need to replace all four tires, not just the damaged one. I wasn't happy, I understand about changing them all (since my tires are far from new) so I let them quote me -between $700 and $800. I then took the tire to buddy of mine who owns a shop. I stood there as he checked their work...not only had they plugged the tire, there was NOTHING wrong with their work. They fixed my tire, then tried to scare me into buying a full set from them. My buddy literally tried to remove their repair and couldn't. He over-inflated the tire, and kept testing (reading pressure and with soapy water)...it wouldn't leak. They actually did a great job. So I was disappointed that they tried to get more money out of me by lying. I can't go to them anymore...I don't trust them. That was grimy.

We were on a road trip with a new car and called everywhere to have someone look at the tire pressure as our warning light was on, and to possibly replace the tire last minute. Kevin answered the phone and couldn t have been nicer! When we arrived he asked us probing questions to get to the bottom of what was happening and got us back on the road after a simple fix. Will definitely continue to use Goodyear for my vehicle and Kevin is a real asset to this company! Thank you Kevin!
