Don t walk but run to this place! Matt and Cole took care of me and my husband when we had some unexpected car trouble traveling back to Charlotte. They took us in and made sure that we were all set. We waited and had the work done to our car and I was so impressed because they clearly had a full schedule but had us back on the road within a few hours. They were great from beginning to end

I am not at all satisfied with my Firestone experience and service. I took my car there for several services only to find out a month or so later that the mechanic hadn't tightened everything after finishing. This led to a sound whenever I accelerated or turned. When I returned to tell them about the sound, the mechanic took it for a ride and claimed that the noise was coming from the back seat. I told him that the noise was coming from the front of the car, so he and I took another ride. Whenever he heard the sound I came to address, he said that it was the windshield wipers or some other noise. He also drove very aggressively while I was in the care, revving up in a way that felt extremely unsafe. It took two further trips for them to believe me then determine that the problem was due to the first mechanic's neglect. I watched them give FAR better service to other customers.*I contacted them the same day I wrote this. I sent all of the information Bryan asks for below. I haven't heard anything except that someone would contact me. A week later and it hasn't happened.*

I needed a car inspection and we were heading into the Easter weekend. I dropped of the car on Friday and was told there was quite the que and may not get the car back till Monday. The car was delivered on Saturday with everything finished hence I was pleasantly surprised.

The front desk was friendly but it took too long to do the inspection. I dropped off the car at 10am and did not get it back until 5:30pm.Although the technician checked the car a lot more thoroughly than those from the branch in Parham where they gave me ridiculous findings, the cost of a simple repair was way too unreasonable.A simple repair of replacing the light bulb of a brake was quoted $80 for labor!! The job I did it myself only took me less than 5 minutes!! Your technicians need to be more realistic in giving out work estimate and quote.They are friendly and did what was asked to do though. Only if the quote were more reasonable. The branch is a lot better than the one in Parham where they were really rude and did not care about your feelings and incompetent. It was like if you do not like this branch go elsewhere!

Brandon is very knowledgeable and always keeps us aware of the process. UPDATED REVIEW: WRONG! My car didn't get fixed. Doing the same thing as when I brought it in. I don't want to get into details. It doesn't matter. They won't fix anything or back up there service. Never again!

After picking my vehicle up from servicing, the engine light was on. 2 hours later I try leaving my home and the battery dies, the car shakes, revving high before shifting, low power from car, at stop lights its rumbling. Bring it back to the shop and they run diagnostic codes, deny it was they're fault and then want to charge me $50 for a diagnostic. Stay away from this sketchy shop that won't do the right thing to correct their mistakes. They also told me i wouldn't be charged for certain things that I was. 1 guy tells methe cost is a certain amount, I get there to pay and have to pay an extra cost.

Very unprofessional. Waited 4 hours for a brake change and was never contacted. Then when store was closing the counter guy Elijah tried to convince me it was my fault because I was patient and respectful. If I could rate 0 stars I would for the disrespect and unprfessionalism. Stay far away from this location.

Called to get an A/C refill but their machine was broken at this location. Just wondering how much it would ve cost if the machine wasn t broken I asked and was quoted around 200$ to refill my A/C because my 2010 Honda civic requires SPECIAL FREON (this is laughable to me now) I felt helpless and disappointed I don t have 200$ to spare right now if I wanted to. So was faced with the decision to use literally all of my money on an A/C refill or simply risk having a heat stroke to and from work on 100 degree days. Thankfully my mom has more life experience and was able to tell me that I could refill my a/c easily and to just goto auto zone and ask someone to help explain things to me.So tell me why Firestone didn t tell me I could buy Freon from Walmart or any auto store for about 50$ and fill it up all by myself in literally LESS THAN TWO MINUTES. They wanted to charge me 200$ for the easiest thing I ve ever done in my life. I understand they are running a business but I feel so scammed by Firestone! I wish this world was different and still full of people who genuinely care about one another and not just money.

Bad! New manager came in a few months ago named Daniel. I went back to tell them about a problem and get a refund. Manager said everything was my fault and physically threatened me when he saw I wouldn't budge! He said that he'll "have to ask me to leave in a not so nice way". Fortunately I recorded the conversation and had that part on videoI've been coming here for years for oil changes and alignments. But I recently got coilovers on my car and they said they couldn't do it because the suspension was too stiff. I also got the lifetime alignment at the time because I always went to them for alignments.I went back again 3 more times and they said they don't do alignments on coilovers at all. Tricked me out of $200!

I arrived a few mins before my appt. The serviceman Daniel greeted me immediately and let me know he & his team would be working on my vehicle next. We were traveling through heading home after a weekend, and had a tire problem. We were worried because it was 4:45pm on a Sunday and google said the shop closed at 5. Cliff and Elijah were super helpful and didn t mind helping us out even though they were closing. They walked us through the issue, and even had all the special parts we needed for our tire! Awesome service, friendly, and quick. Def will use if we are in the area.

Was traveling to Virginia when I had a blowout with one of my tires. Staff was quick at getting another tire on my vehicle and getting me back on the road to my destination. All staff friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

DO NOT GO HERE. My mom went here to get her front brakes and rotors replaced as well as 4 new tires. We have had to go back 3 times for repairs on the brakes because they squealed for over a month after being replaced. Firestone told us that was completely normal and they did nothing wrong. Had to call Firestone corporate to fail a claim and the store finally told us to come back in to get the brakes and rotors replaced again. We had an appointment at 9 am and were told we could wait however they kept the car until 4 pm. Apparently they did some shotty job on the brakes and tried to cover it up. Instead of replacing the caliper clips that are vital to brakes that they ruined they just put grease on them. This is the most dishonest place I have ever been to and they never acknowledged their faults or apologized.Service: Brake service & repair

I've used this shop every year for annual state vehicle inspections and wheel alignments for several years. They are great at allignments, but whatever you do, DO NOT GET YOUR CAR INSPECTED HERE. Recently, they've failed my vehicle 3 times in a row, finding different problems each time, and somehow the total they want to charge each time is greater than $3,000. It is ridiculous. The inspectors are inconsistent, and it seems like they just find stuff so the can charge money to fix it. New management maybe?

See my photo with the pink arrow? Firestone replaced the belts in my car incorrectly and as result my belt was scraping against my engine block, which also made a very loud screeching noise that everyone could hear from blocks away. So I take my car to another mechanic and they basically said "Firestone didn't install this correctly and your belt is literally shredding up, you need to go back to them and have them fix it". I ended up having to call out of work (I work as food delivery and my car was in no shape to do deliveries) and spending another day entirely at Firestone so they could fix their own mistake they created. They didn't even replace the incorrectly installed belts, so I basically paid $200 for belts that aren't even in brand new condition anymore. Never EVER coming to Firestone again in my entire life, let this be a lesson to everyone else.

I had a bad flat tire and needed it to fix asap. I called and spoke to Kevin. He told me to bring it in, and he'll get to it as soon as possible. When I brought it in, he was nice and helpful. He told me about a program called resolv. He didn't badger me to sign up, which I like because sometimes people do too much. He just explained to me what the program was and what it offered. He also said it would be a good investment.I had a dentist appointment and work, and Kevin wanted to ensure I was safe and had a ride. I did! But I appreciate the concern. Kevin told me he couldn t guarantee how soon he ll be able to get it in and work on it but said he would try. Originally he said maybe 2. I was fine either way because I didn t need it right away. I went to my dentist's appointment and made it to work. At 11, I got a call from Brittany, who was friendly. She told me the work was done and was able to charge my Firestone card on file. FYI I couldn t remember where I placed my card, but they could pull up my Firestone card which is convenient. Since I get off late, Brittany told me she could hide my keys so I ll be able to get my vehicle when I get off.Overall I am satisfied with my experience!Service: Tires

We've done business w/ this Firestone and the one at Virginia Center Commons periodically over the last few years (depends on the need.) However, this one is the one I tend business with due to proximity to work (my wife the other other for the same reason.) They (both sites) have always been professional, courteous, recommended only necessary services (never have either of us felt pressured by their suggestions) and completed any job in a timely manner.Recently my wife and I were heading out of town and our car broke down on 295 (during rush hour, no fun.) After getting a tow, we had it carried here because it was the closest of the two locations to us. We got our other car and continued our weekend trip.JP called on Saturday morning, verified they got the car and promised to look at it that day. Long story short, it was bad news - engine seized. JP said it was not something they would diagnose further but told us not to worry the car was safe there for the weekend and to take our time in getting it moved. We stopped by on Monday to make arrangements to have the car towed to the dealership to have it diagnosed under warranty. We offered to pay for Firestone's diagnosis but JP said, "No way, we didn't do anything for you. The mechanic took a few minutes to check the car and we couldn't fix it. No charge." I couldn't believe it. I expected at least to pay $100 diagnosis (rather they could fix it or not.) That's just the nature of the business - time is money. Needless to say, this was an impressively kind action and it's much appreciated.Firestone will continue to get our business in the future.

Outstanding service from first phone call to final job. Rung up to get set of new tires on car plus states inspection after the dealer couldn't compete with the same price. Got top quality tires, in only a few days, completely helpful and friendly service, letting me know each step of the way. No complaints, got a customer for life. This is what it should be - no fuss no hassle.

If you love your Car then Don t bring your car to this firestorn..I came here to change oil for 2 year old Honda CR-VAnd guess what they did..they left panel open and I took car and drove on road started sound and found the guy who changed oil didn t close bottom oil panel..Also there was another guy with me , he was whispering big mistake and I asked him what happened..he said oil is leaking after he came here for oil.. looks like they don t have good mechanics..They had to order spares from Honda dealer and after couple of days they fixed my broken panel..Believe I was there for 1 hr sitting and maximum customers came with complaints due to bad work done by them..
