There is a system to follow and it is pretty easy. Also you will save money by coming to Costco. I paid less than a third what this other place has quoted me.My four tires failed at State Inspection, they charge over $3,200 for parts and labor. My husband and I came to the Costco Tire Center and thinking that we could drop my car off, it turned out that they do not take any cars over night any more. I paid less than $1,000 for top of the line Michelin tires. I was told that they will call me when the tires are in and I can drop my car off early in the morning. My tires arrived the next day. However, you need to bring your car in EARLY IN THE MORNING. They open at 8 AM, I got there at 8:10 AM and I was the 8th car. They only take 20 cars each day. You can also make an appointment, which will be in two weeks and I didn t want to wait. By noon my tires were ready. As long as you follow the process, it is simple and will save you lots money.1. Pick out your tires, and pay2. Wait for their call to let you know that your tires are in3. Drop your car off when they are open

My husband and I walked in to buy 4 new tires for my Jeep Wrangler. We dropped it back off after the tires came in. Nate helped me when I came back and I had the best experience with him. He s professional, friendly, and very courteous! Top notch guy!

Always great deals on tires, but what good is it if you can t get an appointment for 2 months and the walk in slots fill as soon as they open the door?

Don't bother coming here for tires, use the Costco in Chesterfield. Guy at the counter told me If I got there at 7am they could have my car done in an hour and a half. WHAT?

Had a very bad experience today. I went today to fix my car tire that had a nail in it. After an hour I got a call that my car is ready to pick. When I went there to pick my car they told me they got to replace the tire as there were too many nails in it and asked me to pay for the new tire. I knew he was lying for sure but ended up paying as I was in rush. He also mentioned they already replaced the tire. After waiting 10 mins in the waiting area when I went to the back side of garage, my car wasn t ready and they were replacing tire. Person lied that my car was ready.Costco might be selling the tires at reasonable rates but certainly robbing customer on their services.

I finished shopping at Costco at 4:30PM, walked to my car, and saw a large bolt sticking out of my tire. Dat walked me through my different tire options. Dat and his supervisor Jose found a way to fit in installing my new tire at the end of their work day. They provided excellent customer service. Thank you again!

More tires than I would ever have wanted have been purchased here. The team does a great job and is always willing to make the experience great. Show up at 6:30am to get in line if you want it done that day.

This is in realtime as I am still waiting for the completion of services, however, the initial experience has been great. Friendly staff, quick service and great prices. Wait time was 2 hrs which was reasonable given there were 6 people ahead of me. The car is taken in within 40 min and so the turn around time may be even shorter than 2hrs. Will update if anything changes.

As most people who need tires on short notice, we were frusterated and sweaty when we walked into the store. It was 7pm and this was the only place open. Landess at the counter initially told me they couldn't do it because they were understaffed and busy. We walked out even more frustrated and still sweaty. When we got to the back, Landess was already checking with Nate (i believe his manager?). They hooked us up with the one new tire and had us on our way in less than an hour.They were both exemplary, helpful, and did everything they could to help us. Thank you guys!!

The best service and best deals if you are a costco member. Only problem is that sometimes you need to wait a week for getting ur new tyre order shipped to the warehouse

Usually a good experience, make sure your tires are all filled to the correct pressure when leaving or your TPMS may be messed up.

Was there to get a set of new tires, i arrived at 9am and was waiting for 3-4hours before it was ready!Their wait time is ridiculous!
