The room was clean and smelled awesome! The owner was very nice, as he checked me in around midnight. I had just pulled off the highway and happened to pull in their driveway. I had no reservation. I will gladly stay there again next time I travelSafety: I felt very safe there. There was plenty of lighting. It was a well kept place.

We were traveling to a job site and stopped for the night. The owner checked us in quickly and was very nice! We had my small dog with us and he was happy too! We were pulling a small trailer and there was ample parking. The room was clean, roomy and comfortable and we had a great night of rest! Will definitely stay here again on our travels! Stop in and you won t be disappointed! It is a great place at a great price! Thanks for being so accommodating!

It's a Knight's Inn, so I really didn't expect much. The service provided by Jay was fantastic! He was very helpful with getting me a room at a great rate! But as far as the room itself definitely needed a little more attention by housekeeping, but as I said it's a Knight's Inn and it's on par if not a little better than most Knight's Inn locations.

The best part of our stay at the Knights Inn was definitely getting to leave. The positive reviews are without a doubt fabricated by management. The rooms are absolutely trashed and falling apart. The sheets were stained and our non smoking room had cigarette hole burns in the blankets. The room stunk and the bathroom was dirtier than some of the rest stops on the highway. The one towel that was left for us had clearly been used and not washed. The bottom of the tub was black from dirt. We will not be returning and recommend if you re driving by and looking for a place to stay, you just pull over and stay in the car. Updating as I did not get to add pics earlier.

My van had blown a gasket on 81 South to I got a tow nearby to a local mechanic and ended up at this place for a couple of check outs until it got fixed. The place is up a slight hill and gas stations with convenient stores are everywhere nearby. I had a clean room and a quiet, peaceful time. I think it s a great stop if you re traveling by.

Staff are super friendly, polite, and very helpful. Clean rooms, affordable, pet and kid friendly. Mini fridge and microwave available as well. Our family which consists of myself, spouse, 2 kids 11 and 5 stayed for a week. Never had a reason complain. It's location is perfect with interstate access and walking distance to anything you might need. There is also an Italian restaurant adjacent to the building which is superb with awesome staff, great prices and also delivery available. Best place in the area. Check it out, you won't be disappointed.

Found roaches in the room.. got charged $110 said they would speak to upper management never did.. molded fridgerator... Beds were sitting on wood planks as well as room smelled awful... Would never stay there again. As well their rooms says $55 but get charged double for something they know they wouldn't sleep in their selves... Def needs new management and renovation done to the rooms.

Well-priced place to crash for a night (comfortable bed) and outstanding owner. My son and wife were traveling from Texas to NYC. As they approached Knoxville and headed on up through Virginia, they found no rooms anywhere and many places not even answering the phone. Owner of this motel accepted a reservation without payment and welcomed them at 2 am. Great service!

Jay the owner is awesome. Excellent attention detail and customer service is exceptional. The room was clean and didn t smell of smoke. Bathroom toilet was a little close to the door but at this point that s semantics. Very pleased and would stay just to shoot the breeze with the educated and polite owner: Jay. We WILL be coming back.

Stayed here 1 night with my family for a quick stop and was very pleased. Possibly the friendliest manager I have ever encountered at a motel. Saw him cleaning rooms the next morning and was greeted by name with a smile! Hell of a nice guy!

My fianc� and I stayed here when our truck broke down and had to be worked on at the Peterbilt dealership around the corner. Jay the manager/owner was amazing at all times of the day/night. As when we got checked in the first night it was around 1am. He worked with us knowing we really didn t have a schedule or know how long we would be staying. The rooms were very clean. They accommodated us to the fullest. Jay was very polite, professional, and very understanding. And I recommend if you have to stay in this area to stay at this hotel. The prices reasonable and there are quite a few places to eat and gas stations everywhere.

Having never stayed at an Knights Inn before I wasn't sure what to expect. On checking in we were greeted by Jay, the gentleman working the front desk. Jay was extremely personable, chatty and friendly and went out of his way to help us with directions to different places in the vicinity of the hotel, as well as make sure our stay was as positive as possible.Then we entered the room and were even happier to see the very nice double beds with a mini-fridge and microwave. Whatever the cleaning crew uses also gave a wonderful fragrance to the room.To say we were pleasantly surprised by the accommodations was an understatement. I would stay here again when in the area and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, friendly, well maintained and affordable hotel room for the night.

I read all the reviews before booking, arrived at the Knights Inn in Glade Springs and thought i had the wrong address. Most of the reviews rate 5 stars.... Ummm not even close! This is a VERY run down motel with dirty carpets, dirty towels and hair in the tub. Very gross! The only thing nice about this motel is the nice lady at the front desk, and that's it! We went to the restaurant attached to the motel - I was cautious and ordered a green salad. Glad I did i think I may have gotten really sick otherwise.Don't let the reviews fool you! Makes your wonder who wrote them .... Management perhaps!?!

Knights Inn is a reliable place to stay. My experience of two days here was quite personable. I had packed a large load of luggage for one person. However, Leia, who checked me in at the desk, helped me carry all of it up to my room on the second floor. I was not in need of a refrigerator, but she offered to bring one up, and maybe it was a slow day, but she really took the time to let me know she cared. This trip was for a hike on Whitetop Mountain, where I twisted my ankle several times on the way back down. By the next morning, it was very difficult for me to get around, let alone bring all of my luggage back to my car. Jay working that morning did not hesitate to help me bring everything down and secure it. The location of this motel was very convenient as well, and the Italian restaurant next door was very accommodating, remaking my sandwich when I misunderstood what would be included, at no charge. Very friendly group of people to rely on who also respect your privacy and go above and beyond to make sure a stranger feels that much closer to home.

Great place to get out of my truck for a night and enjoy sleeping in a comfortable bed. The owner/manager is SUPER nice, and very helpful. Rooms were nice, quiet, clean. Love the restaurant there called Giordano's...great food, and staff is very friendly. I travel this route often, and will definitely be stopping in again, especially now I know they have truck parking. Waaaaaaay better than the truck stop across the road!

It's a budget, inexpensive, stay one night driving by motel. It is a place to lay your head. It's not a 5 star holiday Inn or fancy hotel. The staff is wonderful and the owner jai is a guy that is willing to work with you and help you out.Pros: right off the interstate , bed, bathroom, heat/ac, working TV.Cons: the bed is harder then the floor, you can hear the interstate while trying to sleep.All and all driving trur I would absolutely stay again. Jai was absolutely wonderful

Stayed here just to sleep while driving through. Good enough for my family of 4 to shower and sleep. The pizza is the best there though!!! They have a restaurant attached you can get food from.

Due to unfortunate circumstances, I've been in Glade Spring going on 8 days. My truck is in the shop due to a breakdown. I came to the Knights Inn, and the staff here have went above and beyond, to make my stay as pleasant as possible. Clean rooms, pleasant staff, easy check in and out. And anything that I've asked for they have been very hospitable. As per me I definitely recommend this place.

The good first:The 3 stars are solely for the staff, not hotel quality.Realy friendly staff and very helpful.Changed our room and bedding quickly.Gave us new towels without complaint.Convenient to freeway and restaurant on site.18 wheeler parking.Quiet despite being adjacent to the freeway.The bad:We found hair (the short kind) and body fluid on both beds. Staff gave us a new room.Blood on the walls & other questionable substances.Toilet dirty.Floor had debri and food.Layer of dirt on bathroom countersDirty dirty place.Wouldn't stay here again unless its an emergency. Stayed here due to AC going out in our truck.

Absolute best customer service Lia is the best I would defiently stay here again if she's working she made my day I had a rough couple of days and she just made me feel at home out of all the hotel employees I've dealt with she is the best the quality of the hotel isn't the best as far as the rooms but Lia knows what she's doing and she is the best in so many ways. She made me feel like family rather than just another customer

Hard to communicate with workers. We were charged the $131.00 for room (2 nights) & $10.00 per pet per night (another $40.00) Were told there'd be breakfast, no. Well as you can see in the pictures the room was nasty, tub, towels & wash cloths, top toilet button, vanity, refrigerator & microwave. You say why did you stay? Because everything else was full up. We went shopping & bought pillows, towels & wash cloths, Clorox Spray & Clorox Wipes etc. to try & make it live able! I know you get what you pay for but couldn't it at least have been clean? As it's obvious that we were miserable I think it only fair that our money be refunded.

Good people. Especially housekeeping lady is so kind. When I had a car broke, I lodged. Had to pay one night extra to stay until five o'clock though its business. I hope they told us breakfast is served up front.
