This business does not honor a local repair shop discount when someone is sent for parts..even though the repair shop is listed on Adavance Auto ..I was informed that personally owned car quest require each repair shop to have info for repair shop apart from being main listed through Advance Auto...I was charged over the top price..unless they have the only part needed again within a 100 mile radius..this car quest if off my pickup part list...

I needed specialty parts they could order me but, I needed them that day. They sent me to a competitor who had them in stock. I appreciated that a lot. I will do more business with them for that reason. Good guys!

Jeff and Mike have always been great to work with and can find any part I need at a great price. If they don t have it in stock they can get it next day usually and it s a better price than other area stores. Highly recommend these guys!

Chris was a great guy. We were on our way back to Florida when we had a vacuum leak causing us to lose acceleration. 10 minutes later and everything was great. If anyone has problems, I recommend the garage there for sure!

They have a great little mechanic shop in the back. Those guys are all customer friendly. Thanks for fixing my van and making my stay in Glade Spring very memorable.

Very knowledgeable staff that has worked there over 20 years. if it doesn't show up on the computer they have a library of books and will spend time to find your part. At a very reasonable price. Prices equial and a lot of times cheaper than your big name auto parts store. Parts that has to be ordered are shipped in a timely manner.

These folks were the BEST! I had car troubles between DC and Nashville and had to pull over. They were friendly and helpful and I was back on the road in no time at all! Made it to Nashville! Thanks!!!!

Jeff is the man. There is other way to word it. These guys go out of their way to make it happen for us every time and if that means working late they will. Great place to do business with.

The Glade Spring Carquest is a great place to get your clunker stretching supplies. This particular parts store has a really friendly atmosphere. The guys inside are always willing to help, and answer questions, and they offer additional services to help the local farmers like assembling hydraulic hoses while you wait.
